ביטלו חופשה שהייתה מוזמנת מחודש אפריל כי רצו להרוויח יותר כסף . זלזול גדול בלקוחות אומר הכל על המקום

It's a shame. The director is a robber. I reserved in thie hotel and the director called me 2h before the arrival to tell me that i have to confirm my room in an other hotel. I booked a room for 972 nis and he wanted to sell this other room in is other hotel 1400 nis. No spa in winter he said. Nothing included in compensation. A pure shame. We cancelled.

להתרחק! בעל המלון מבטל עיסקות בדקה ה90 איך שמתחשק לו במיוחד בבוקינג בטענה שהעסקה לא שולמה ! לא מומלץ בכלל אלה אם כן בא לכם להרוס לעצמכם את החופשה ושיקחו לכם את הכסף

מיקום מעולה סוויטה יפה ונקיה, ואחלה בריכה. מאוד נהננו

Very beautiful and nice place to stay, we didn’t have any problem… The location is excelent, much better than staying in Tel Aviv. Near to the supermarket and in front of the beach! There was only a situation that happened on xmas day, it was already 23:00 pm and the fire alarm started playing very loud and we had to hurry up bc nobody knew what was happening… Still don’t know if it was an issue or just some kind of “prank”. But it ended up all ok.
