I went with my girls to this McDonald's 2/4/23. We ordered and pulled up to the drive through window. I watched as the store manager picked his nose then proceeded to hand us our food and drinks without washing his hands. I have never been so disgusted. I pulled around and walked inside with all of our items. The man who picked his nose and handled our food/drinks greeted us at the door. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he was the manager. I told him that I saw him pick his nose before handling our food and drinks. I said I wanted new items by somebody with clean hands. This is beyond disgusting and unacceptable in a Fast food place. I work in the food industry and this would never be tolerated. I ended up paying for food that we never even eat last night because we were all so disgusted. That's 30 plus dollars wasted. I reached out to corporate to express my concerns. They forwarded my concerns to another store manager. She reached out once and left me a voicemail and said that she would call back again later. She never did and basically just sent a follow-up email saying she's been trying to reach out to me several times which was not the case and if she can help at all in the future and let them know I asked for a refund because at this point I'm so disgusted with McDonald's their customer, service, and all aspects of it I have yet to hear back anything. I'd stay away from this location.

For a year now I’ve been ordering an iced caramel coffee It’s just iced coffee cream and Carmel syrup. They give me a regular iced coffee. They don’t stir them, how are you supposed to stir with a paper straw❓ When you ask them to stir it they look at you like you have six heads. How do you not know to make what’s on your menu ❓ I normally don’t write reviews but I’ve given them many chances to get it right. I will be nice and go 2 more times to see if they can get it right it is on the menu so I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make something. if it’s correct the next two times I go I’ll be more than happy to add a positive review.

This McDonalds really needs some customer training, I walked in yesterday to get dinner for my family and waited a while before anyone came to take my order. The staff there walked pass me several times and no type of customer service. Finally when they took my order, they did the exact same again to the next customer, they were left standing there for several minutes before they took the order. The attitudes is another issue, customers come there and spend their money and have to deal with McDonald staff being rude. Drive thru; you cant get your order at the window, you have to move up and park and someone brings the food out meanwhile the customer behind me gets their order 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Makes no sense to me.

Horrible Service and food was disgusting. When you walk in they all ignore you, waited to be acknowledged after 20 mins of standing there. I saw a doordasher come in and didnt acknowledge her as well and gave her the food with a nasty attitude. Never coming back here again, now i go to the mcdonalds on rt 10. They are very professional and efficient. A whole different atmosphere.

Terrible! Got the bacon ranch mccrispy and it was atrocious. The chicken was so small it looked like a mcnugget on my bun with half the breading off. Loaded with lettuce like that would make up for it and there was NO f'n bacon. Really sloppy and just unacceptable honestly. The only reason I didn't go back and show them is because I had already gotten back to my house and the Knicks playoff game was on. And my double cheeseburger tasted like it was made 3 hours before I ordered it. I'd give them 0 stars if it wasn't for the fries being fresh. Get it together McDonald's the food you make isn't that hard.

ive been to the ledgewood multiple times and always get the same dude taking orders who has a HORRIBLE attitude, especially when asking questions about things. went here today at 2pm and had a question regarding a drink and had him respond horribly. i hope something can be done about this.

horrible hair on my food. bad service and very rude employees. the fries taste like there old and gross.

I don’t think i have ever actually received what i actually ordered from here. Something is always fully missing from the order or it’s just completely wrong. half the time the fries aren’t even cooked through. or if by some miracle your order is correct the food is ice cold. not worth the convenience of it being down the street from me. the amount of money i’ve lost from the amount of food i’ve never received. never again i’ll just go to the one on 10 or 15.

I've been to this location 5 times in my life and I'm not joking when I say my order has been wrong Every. Single. Time. Once I ordered a cheeseburger with Mac sauce and lettuce, and they gave me a bun with lettuce and ketchup. There was no burger AND no cheese. Just plain bread with lettuce and ketchup. Hire better staff.

Clean good service super fast food I’m happy. It’s a McDonald’s not a 5 star restaurant. Compared to other fast food places I been too I’m very impressed!! People also treat you like humans here. I’ll come back for sure

Went through the drive through and although the wait was a little long, it seemed like they were training someone so no worries. Order was hot, and most importantly correct. Good McDonald's 👍

Meal was ready when i got there no waiti g like i do at my home McDonalds in Pottsville PA. Fries were much better tasting and softer like i like them as opposed to Pottsville PA McDonalds. Sandwich was excellent.

Great place to eat, very clean and the employees there look like they like to work in that place not like other mcdonald's that they employee are so mean with customer 5 start to this place!!!!

This place can never get an order correct. It doesn’t matter whether you take out or get delivery. The food isn’t bad but it’s hard to leave a good review when part of your order is always missing. There are 2 other McD’s nearby save yourself the aggravation and go there.

This one is nice , clean , stuff is very attending Hot and crispy ff
