Kim is the absolute BEST wax specialist I’ve ever had. She’s very careful when it comes to shaping my brows and has learned and remembered my preferences for all of my different services. She also is just an amazing person in general. I had an eyebrow wax appointment with Rachel; she was amazing! we had good conversation and she did several check ins with me about shape, next steps, and even asked about the temperature of the wax - which I thought was very thoughtful-.
