Think about how many Pizza's that have hit that oven at Frank's on 206 in Flanders since 1969? That's a lot of Pizza, a lot of great Pizza. They are super passionate about their Pizza at Frank's and they take pride in their product. Was lucky enough to get a fresh slice from a pie right out if the oven. The crust was incredible and with fresh sauce and cheese, this put pizza over the top. One of the Best in the Local Area, could be the best in Mt Olive. Looking forward to going back.

First time I've tried this place and it's now my new favorite pizza place! All of the food was delicious, especially the Buffalo wings and deep dish pizza. The prices are incredibly cheap compared to other places and you get twice the amount of food. Delivery was within the time frame posted and the driver was super nice and friendly. Thank you for the great service!

While returning home on Wednesday this week from our mini vacation of 2 night's - 3 days in Thompson, Pennsylvania with friends Bob and Francine. Stopped for quick lunch of very delicious pizza. Bob had slice of Sausage and Pepperoni. Francine enjoyed a slice of Plain. Kit had her usual Sicilian middle slice with no crust. My choice was the Sausage with Pepperoni and a slice of Grandma. Everyone reports crust was great, sauce, cheese and toppings were fantastic. First time here even though we've had many trips through the area over past 3-4 decades. Definitely a place to stop by if in the area.

Not necessarily the restaurant, but their Cluck-U wings are NASTY. Low quality. Frozen. I had to legitimately PLUCK feathers from half of my wings. I asked for thermo-nuclear sauce. I called to make sure it wasn't BBQ based. Not only was it BBQ sauce, but it was taste/smell/look/ texturally identical to my husband's BBQ sauce. Regular store hot sauce is 10x hotter than this "nuclear sauce." Will certainly not order wings from them EVER again. Eggplant parmesan is good, however. A little bland but it's quite good and large. Cheese steak sandwich and meatball sub were also good.

The burger was rubber, chicken cheesesteak was dry. Gets 1 star for having over priced beer

Ordered delivery from here twice and the two stars are because 1. It was delivered on time and 2. The driver was very polite. The pizza itself never comes as ordered and has been disappointingly COLD. Extra thin and crispy - not extra thick and chewy.

Best calzone around. Service wasn't great, and the place needed a major makeover. It's very dated and depressing inside. I live 30 minutes away, so we eat the food at the restaurant, but if I lived closer, I would just get the food to go. Also, we did get the special calamari. It was delicious. I could recommend asking for extra toppings.

been coming here every now and then since i was literally 5 years old. ive seen the changes and gone through my own to say the least...to me it means alot when i walk into a place and no one judges or laughs at me etc and franks is unfortunately one of the FEW PLACES that never made me feel unwanted or anything after all the changes ive gone through. ty for everything. baked ziti was great tonight :)

Awesome place with amazing pizza. I love the Sicilian with peppers, onions and pepperoni. I just wish they had rice balls available and didn't use that bbq tasting Cluck You sauce on their buffalo wings. I always ask for my wings naked so I can toss them in real buffalo sauce when I get home. Also a great place to have a beer while you're waiting for takeout.

An hour and 20 minutes to have a cold 2 topping pizza at a cost of $25 delivered to me. My house is 7 minutes from your business. Never again. I'll stick with Dinos across town.

I'm sorry I have to write this review right now. Not sure why we give this place a a million chances. Pizza is always mediocre, the California chicken sandwich was honestly the worst sandwich I had in my life AND today we got a big order to give them one last chance, my dinner was not in there. We called and were very reasonable with them and they said they were gunna deliver it to us. They called back and said we never placed or payed for that meal, weird cause I got my side salad for it??? They made us repay. The guy even re read the receipt to my brother and he said baked ziti on that list but gave back no receipt to him. I have never written a bad review and I always can put myself in the restaurants shoes from working in the food industry, so you know this was a really bad experience.

I've been a long time customer of this restaurant. Tonight my order never made it to my home. When I called the restaurant I was told it was delivered regardless of the fact it had not come and there was nothing they could do despite the fact they had been paid online. When I asked to speak to the manager he was rude and disrespectful to me. He tried to blame me for the driver's error and grudgingly offered to remake my order if I picked it up. He refused to reimburse me for the delivery fee I paid. His rude manner caused me to contact the online app for a refund. He refused to authorize it! The manager spent some time complaining to me about overhead costs and gas. I wonder how he expects to keep his business running when he treats regular customers so terribly? Needless to say I will never order from Frank's again

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Called it in at 8:50, mind you they close at 10… I ordered for a pickup on Thursday, September 23, 2021! Large pie with breaded chicken, peppers, onions and garlic. Ranch on top. So the pizza dough was soggy, the chicken undercooked… peppers and onions were raw. Two guys working there and they charged me 35$ for this pizza. I glance at the menu when and I see the most expensive pizza with 4 toppings is 24$. I can’t believe they served that to me. Drenched in ranch to hide the fact how awful it was.
