very upsetting. a few of the fish seem to be alright but many of the tanks look unkempt. besides that, lots of tanks had lights off, some fish were dead or dying which isnt necessarily awful in fish stores but combined with other things it seemed suspicious. Some fish, including adults, were in tanks far too small/cramped such as the discus and some loaches. another wierd problem were random betta fish in some of the tanks, while sometimes they do okay with other fish, that does not mean they should be kept in some of these far overstocked tanks with angelfish, guppies and even some large fish that seemed to be stressful for the betta. very disappointed.

I took my 3 year old grandchild in to look at fish. I'm not an aquarium owner or fish buyer. However, i was impressed by the variety of fish, scale (no pun) of equipment and accessories available large and small i would recommend aquarium people give this place a visit

The staff are great at offering advice on all aspects of fish, tanks and food. It was busy when I went in, but being patient and waiting is definitely worth it.

Limited numbers in the shop at present, so you essentially have the place to yourself while you're in there. Tanks look well maintained with varied and healthy stock. I contacted three different staff members via Facebook, phone, and in person at the shop, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had a problem with some aggressive male pencilfish and they were happy to take them back from me and swap them for females. I've been very happy with previous purchases here well. Great shop, highly recommended!

Starting out on this hobby, and I have to say I not disappointed. The Assistant (I want to say Darren) gave me all the help and guidance I needed. Was extremely knowledgeable and found time to help me to set up and create a shopping list to get my aquarium going. Great shop with lots of stock. Will def be using them for all my aquarium needs. ---update it was Andy. But all the staff are great and offer advice and pointers

Very good quality shop with knowledgeable staff. FYI same car park as the garden centre, but the shop entrance is separate.

Great staff. Very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Some lovely fish in stock and even a couple of rare varieties 👍 Prices are reasonable and a very good selection of foods etc. The garden centre next door has a good selection of tropical plants aswell which is a bonus for me. I'm sure I'll become a regular visitor and customer.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The staff are always amazing, really friendly. All of the staff are really knowledgeable. I've bought all of my fish from there, my complete set up and the fish food and never had any problems. I've rang them a couple of times for some advice and they managed to answer my questions. If anyone is looking for a good and knowledgeable fish shop I highly recommend here. I travel past 3 fish stores to come to this store as I know I'll get the best service and products

So glad I found this store. Very helpful staff and plenty to choose from. Store always looks tidy and fish tanks on display are absolutely first rate. Just purchased a Pond for garden and several plants to go with it. Great choice. The store is now my Go to place and fully recommend to anyone wanting great products/ prices and a first class service.

Great fish shop, knowledgeable staff and the fish we've had are always healthy. Very flexible with returns and taking on fish you no longer have space for! Outside area at the back could do with smartening up. Is next to a great garden centre too, lots of free parking.

I could spend all day here looking at all the plants and gifts, I come for lunch often, they are always busy so you do have to be patient, but the staff are lovely as is the food and the scenery.
