Don’t stay here if you value your privacy. I always thought the tenants were the source of Siegel’s bad rep, but in this case, it’s actually the property manager April. I can only speak for myself, but she attempted to bully me out of my unit by claiming I had an unauthorized female staying with me. This is based on her discovery of “female items” when she was doing a calking inspection on my unit while I wasn’t home. Upon being pressed, she couldn’t actually identify any female items or explain why she was perusing my belongings when she was only supposed to inspect the calking. Even the Siegel Group admitted that she violated company policy by serving with me a rude and fictitious violation notice saying I could not extend (even though I’ve always paid my rent and minded my business.) I feel sick for ever having given money to this place (and it’s not even cheap!) Under the right leadership this could be an excellent place to call home. Neighbors are friendly, I’ve never seen a bug and the staff is polite. However, one personality has turned it into a toxic environment, which is unfortunate because the property does have potential. I would think long and hard before renting at this place, especially if you are a minority. I can’t get out soon enough!

I don't like to write badly about the hotels I stayed in, but in this case I feel the need to sound the alarm, maybe someone will take some action in the future.I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, for which I paid $ 765.I can say that I was shocked when I entered the room and I saw that the window did not close well. I mean it remained open. of course I had to fix it myself because when I told the manager she didn't take any action . After that i have the next shock, I had no pillows, toilet paper, trash, towels nothing. for these if I wanted I had to pay around 35, 45 $ a week. the furniture in the room was extremely old and the room was extremely dirty. I had to stay two hours to clean, the room had a window curtain that was sinister and so dirty. there were beetles in the bathroom. I saw them every day. I was scared one night when I was taking a bath and a beetle came out of the tub.in the morning when the chamber maid was cleaning other rooms, she was making a lot of noise waking me up. you can also hear absolutely everything the neighbors are talking about.I honestly do not recommend you to stay here because you have other better options for the same money. when I tried to ask the manager for a better room because I told her it was dirty and the window was broken (it didn't close) she told me I had to pay more money if I wanted a better room and she didn't take any measure. so after they have your money you are on your own if you have something. And you should have given your interest when I came to the Reception and I said no now after I left you a review.

So I figured I’d give an updated review. I’ve now lived here for about 3 weeks to a month. I absolutely love it here!!! The property is well maintained. The girls downstairs are super accommodating and knowledgeable in everything possible. If you have questions they answer them promptly. Maintenance is quick about getting things fixed, I had my sink leaking, and I told April at the front and in less than 20 minutes maintenance was at my door to fix it. I don’t care what people say about weeklys this place is amazing. I’m very much about the customer service and it’s customer service that draws people in especially if the initial conversation is over the phone and that was definitely the case for me. Thank you to the staff here for being you and working hard to keep the place nice, and always giving my pup some love when you can.

I had been on the hunt for a weekly for a bit I had called around to a few different properties, when I called this property they were extremely friendly, answered all my questions, and just all around polite and had amazing customer service. I moved in here and I’ve had nothing but exceptional customer service from every member of the staff including maintenance. The tenants/guests that are here have been nothing but friendly. No signs of a single bug in my unit. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking if they have the availability. April and all they girls in the hotel office are outstanding!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to do my review about the people who work in customer service, I was in this place 4 times in two weeks, the first time I as looking for unit available, they asked me for my phone number to let me know when they have a unit available, they never gave me a back, during the second week I went On Thursday. The manager told me that maybe there was a unit available next day at 11 am on Friday, I was there on Friday at 11 am, because I Knew it they never call back. The person on desk told me that she had one available and they have to cleaning up until 3 pm, I was back at 3 pm and the same person told me that they didn't have the unit available yet and they will call me back, I said, Yes, but I asked if I could pay in advance, but she didn't accept and told me we will call you back, they didn't call me, why this people play like that? Why the people lie like that and make the customer a fool? how can you trust in professionals with that behavior?

My fiancé and I have lived here a little under a month and it's been a pretty decent stay. The neighbors range from neutral to pleasant and everything is in working order. The room was cleaned and put together very well and I have yet to see a single bug, which had been noted in other reviews. The employees are always super sweet and ready to help us out. Spotlight on Ashli and Miranda who have been awesome since we moved in.

Great place to stay. My children and myself have been here roughly 6 months. I have no complaints this far. Its clean, quiet, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The GM, April is great. Since day one, she has always been helpful and very accommodating to my children and myself. She shows great leadership, and makes running this place look like a breeze. But staying here I know some of the difficulties that comes with her job. Very kind, hardworking woman. I appreciate all you do to help keep this place running well. Always improving the place as much as she can. The staff is a true reflection of her leadership. They act like they're family. Which makes the environment much better. The women that work the front desk is always very pleasant. The maintenance man Sean is always on top of his job. Hard working as well very kind and helpful. For this to be my temporary home. They make you feel like you can stay forever. However I need a bigger place. If it was just me, I wouldn't mind staying here for awhile. I hope this is helpful to anyone reading this. Peace and love everyone ❤️

We are currently living here. The rooms are okay. The mattress is rock hard so we had to go out and buy our own mattress because we couldn't bare to sleep on the provided mattress any longer. The room always smells like urine. We've cleaned the carpets (that we did and paid for ourselves and they were DISGUSTING) and deep cleaned the room upon arrival. One burner on the stove is faulty. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. The toilet has to be flushed a specific way or it won't flush. Some of the people here are just downright rude and inconsiderate. Especially during the night. There's always yelling or doors slamming. Some body let's their children play in the halls during the day. The walls are thin so if the person next door has the tv volume up, we can hear it. We can hear if the person above us walks around their room. Stomping all night long. There seems to be a small bug problem. We've been squashing crickets left and right in our room. Only seen one roach in here. The rates are okay. The location is great. But the quality of the place is simply okay.

Ashli is very lazy and lacks customer service. She never answers the phone and smokes outside half her shift! The phone will just keep ringing. Lazy and annoying as a tenant!!!!

I stayed here about 10/2020 to 3/2022 I never missed a payment during covid. I watched people get evicted for complaint their toilet was dirty when they checked in. I stayed in room 123 the carpet gets wet I was told it was due to sewage. Several months after I moved to 128 I heard a customer complain. I said that still is not fixed? I lost my luggage and many things because I was told it was sewage water. I received an eviction notice about two weeks before my last day of the rent cycle. I believe because of my comment about room 123. I was moving out but some things were still there and I had to stay late at work for 3 days. I had about a week left. They took over the room, I lost scales, my college ring garbage can and all of the food in my fridge. Someone was in the room 128 when I arrived to get the rest of my items, they double rented the room. Nothing was offered back to me. When last saw the manager I told her you do not get the room until my last day of my already paid rent. She said I don't blame you. I asked the manager why I was evicted she said that was the regional managers call. I can't tell my boss no then explain to my daughter why we don't have a home. She went on to say there are people that didn't pay their bill during covid that should be evicted. Since I'm now located near their corporate office in Ohio, I plan to setup a meeting with the corporate office. During my stay there were fights in the halls, women during the night screaming at their John's, transients messing with guests, pills all over the laundry floor, dryers with dirt in them from transients clothes, a woman that stomped on the floor above room 123, she was eventually evicted . Police officers were there often. They have a problem keeping maintenance and security. I spent more than one night in my pickup because my key card didn't open the door and security was not available. I always paid before it was due. The outside cameras don't work. My Pickup was damaged in the parking lot, I asked for them to pull footage, that's when I learned the cameras don't work. I didn't make noise I never in my stay had a TV on. I didn't make a stink because I moved to the Suites.

My grandmother stayed here years ago. the rooms were so nice and very clean! The staff was very caring and made sure she was safe and well cared for when she went to and from her room. I think they accept pets too, not sure.

Man…I really was gonna leave a glowing review because during my entire stay, staff was friendly. They were friendly UNTIL I CHECKED OUT. I had an early flight and wouldn’t have been able to turn in my key and check out personally. So I made arrangements with the hotel so that my family member could turn in the key and tidy up the room and collect deposit. Manager knew about this. Manager told front desk staff, and a note was left so front desk knew. I gave keys to my family member and they dropped me off at the airport. Policy on the walls and in the contract states that the room must be inspection ready and the guest checked out before noon. My family gets back to the hotel around 10:45am and finds the house keeper in the room and my belongings bagged down in the office. The staff then starts telling her I BROKE THE WINDOW. The temperatures outside have been consistently 105° or more my entire month and a half stay, so I NEVER opened the window. I kept the smelly AC on the entire time. But staff accused me of BREAKING the window and clogging the sink. They tried to KEEP my deposit! The sink stopper was in the sink and rice stopped the water from passing through it. I told my family about it and it would have been an easy fix. All she had to do was pull up the stopper and dump the food in the trash. Sink wasn’t “clogged.” The policy states that if cleaning took more than an hour and a half, I would get charged. Housekeeper hadn’t been in the room for more than 30 min and she went in there BEFORE CHECK OUT. I DIDN’T TOUCH THE WINDOW. I MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR MY FAMILY TO CLEAN AND TURN IN KEY BEFORE NOON. STAFF WENT IN BEFORE CHECK OUT AND HADN’T SPENT AN HOUR AND A HALF CLEANING. TO LEARN THEY HAD TRIED TO PIN THE BROKEN WINDOW ON ME WAS OUTRAGEOUS AND TRYING TO SAY I CLOGGED THE SINK WHEN THE STOPPER WAS IN AND IT WAS JUST FOOD SITTING IN IT STOPPING THE WATER IS NUTS. They entered before I checked out. I’m leaving one star because I was able to sleep and another star because my security made the place feel relativity safe. But trying to keep the deposit by stating I broke a window I didn’t touch and coming into the room before I checked out to do the inspection is unacceptable.
