Run, run now and run as fast as you can. There is not a single positive description I can leave for this place. Starting with the fact that no matter what, eventually you will get bugs in your unit even if you started with none simply because the drains are badly infested with German cockroaches and in due time they will make it to your room. When it comes to the staff, especially every male in the office, they are extremely rude and have no sense of what customer service is supposed to mean. These people are supposed to be skilled in how to treat a customer and what it takes to make sure we leave happy, not to be rude or have an attitude when asked to perform a simple task such as retrieving our mail. And most definitely not turn us customers away when we're there to pick up our packages during office hours. Not to mention the numerous packages that have gone missing from the office, even when I have correspondence stating that something has been delivered, specifically to the office. This place needs to either properly train their staff in proper customer service or hire people that don't need it.... Though there is only one person this does not apply to, can't remember her name but she is great (I believe she is a shift supervisor, not quite the manager or the assistant manager). The lady that always has her hair pulled back in a ponytail and is quick to assist customers and always in a good mood it seems. She is who you should model every future employee after and fire everyone who came before her. Period. It should be very easy to figure out who I'm talking about. I understand working in hospitality can be stressful, but it's not impossible to overcome this.

I couldn't believe how bad this property has become. Roach infested no longer customer service is a concern. I use to live here 8 years ago. Felt safe outside at night time. The office staff was always available and happy to meet your needs. Well not happening now. A friend I know stays here and roaches are everywhere inside her unit. I told her to complain to mgmt. She said it doesn't do any good. They don't care if there is roaches. She told them she has roaches coming out of the water faucets the couch is infested and they have done nothing. Seems they concern is only about the rent. This is truly not right. Maybe the health inspector needs a call. Water leaks throughout need fixed not let like this. Water leaks under sinks. Causing the issues with cockroaches. Fix this unhealthy living condition.

If i knew this place had bugs coming out the wall i would of turn the other way . no matter what you buy at the store to kill them you cant get rid of them . n on top of that my air conditioning dont work in my unit i told them many times to come fix it and still nothing its been a week n a half ago since they know about it and nothing haven't been done. The manager told me she was going to get it done but i still cant sleep at night because its super hot in the room i be sweating all day.think twice before moving here

I've been reading all the reviews and i cant believe what I'm reading. Listen things aren't perfect here but it's the BEST weekly in Las Vegas! hands down! I think all these people have forgot there in a weekly . I mean you have neighbors and the staff here are extremely busy but they still are on top of things...for the most part. As far as "BUGS" if you are clean and don't keep junk in your room then you will maybe see a bug once every 2 days or so. Your not at the Hilton...Listen this place is not perfect but like i said its the best weekly in Vegas.

Had to update , had to stay here again, my Dec 2021 stated the staff awesome, still are but I am So pleasantly surprised. Was worried bcuz they put me in same building as before where roaches were everywhere but not only have they Almost have it under control, security is on top of it. See security everywhere and looks like they got rid of troublemakers, MUCH better. Impressed at their efforts to clean it up. So many families being forced to stay in temporary housing due to rent crisis, our kids need to feel safe and it's nice to see they are taking measures.

This place is horrible. There are bugs everywhere and the service is disgusting. A cocky, arrogant, young black female at the front office is the worst employee there. She is rude, has no couth, and is completely unprofessional. And it seems like management doesn't even care how the customers are treated. She continues to be awful. You know the saying, one bad apple spoils the bunch. In this case that is so true. Packages are never found, but you're charged fees as if their service is spectacular. You're automatically disrespected, but are expected to be polite. This place is not worth the money they charge. Try other weekly rooms and if you can, honestly avoid this place at all cost. Believe me, you'll regret wasting money here. What good is it for you, as management, to address the comment about the bugs when the office staff is clearly the real problem? You think spraying bug spray is going to create professional, educated, and descent employees?

Employees are hard to deal with. 15 minutes late on rent literally and was charged 50 dollar late fee. Also weekly rent for one bedroom I pay is more than neighbor pays for a 2 bedroom and manager says "everyone is different". What??? Oh and roaches. They are in every unit some just worse than others.

**UPDATE** My stay initially was pleasant but has been on the decline. I’m highly disappointed as a paying patron of this community and am blown aback how I have been treated. The sensor in our room ac went out and we put in a work order to have it replaced. We had to put in emergency order after work hours as directed since the office was closed when I got off work. The after hours maintenance crew worker came with the nastiest, filthiest, ac equipment subjecting my children to unsanitary air conditions that WE have to breathe in. We have been treated poorly by several front office representatives. One of the tenured maintenance woker (older black man, short) made subtle jokes about my concerned demeanor when going to pay our rent with these issues still pending after a week of no progress. This maintenance worker gravely lacks work ethic as it reflects in his behavior on the clock as if there is nothing to do which I’m sure work orders are backed up. He wasn’t making any effort to busy himself to assist tenants with their ticketed items. I’ve resulted to this form of feedback as no one has taken the time to address our concern with children involved. A report has been made to code enforcement showing the poor condition of these replacement air conditioners and hopefully corporate will take my concern for the way their patrons are being treated and why the integrity is diminishing. It’s sheerly no one cares. (Initial Post)will add more stars once this property does a power wash of the stairwells to tenant units. I will be adding photos to show how bad it is. There is a terrible stench and needs immediate attention. Highly unsanitary.

Paid for a week and haven’t been able to move in because of the bug infestation. They showed us a 2 bedroom model during the daytime and when we came back at night to move stuff in the place was covered in ants and cockroaches. Was told by management that there were no other 2 bedrooms available to switch to. Funny thing is I called the next day and asked if they had any 2 bedrooms available and told me that they had “plenty available” but as soon as I told them I am already renting a unit and need to switch because of the infestation and then they said they could not accommodate our request. Meanwhile we had to buy our own bug bombs and instead of getting rid of the problem, more bugs just came out of the walls. Management does not care. They literally told us that the rooms they rent are infested sometimes and they just don’t know. How is this remotely legal? We have to be out of our place by tomorrow and there are cockroaches and ants everywhere. Even went back this morning and found a cockroach with eggs inside! Haven’t even been able to move in yet for the week that we paid and already not a fan of the building or management. They simply don’t care. On top of that they only give you two card keys and want to charge $20-$30 for any additional keys. Haven’t moved in yet and already looking forward to moving out. Do not rent a room here.

This wasn't initially my first option but it became my best experience when I relocated my entire family from California. They were very helpful, courteous, and inexpensive. SS owes me nothing and I would always recommend making this your home away from home.

I have been here now for almost 2 months, I have not seen one cockroach unless you count the shady people that you should come to expect when you're staying in a weekly. So long as you keep to yourself and make sure your door is locked always this has been a perfect experience for the situation I'm going through it's a good hideout it's also a good residence if you happen to not be able to live at yours current residence right now. The rent goes down every single week for loyalty programs they have here and aside from the keys always getting demagnetized my experience here has been as good as it could possibly be for the circumstances.

Its ok place to stay if ur first starting on ur own for the 1st x the price is pretty good for 2wks they look like apartments not a hotel suites.some of the staff r sweet and very helpful and the other half give bad service and not helpful and will make you wait for a room or tell u they don't have anymore rooms when really they have plenty if ur in bad shape I would ask for a room on the 1sfloor because the 3rd floor will kill u

It's a way better than the average weekly. The ground crews do a great job picking up after people who litter. I feel safe, almost all the. Office people are great. I wish they would open the other pool and exercise room though we are paying "resort fees" but all and all a good place.

Not too bad inside but..., Outside is a different story! Kid's playing at 1am outside, human zombies roaming, I didn't feel unsafe as looks like everyone minds there own business. Would visit again.

I go there cause I have a friend who lives there. The place she is in is nice. She does have plumbing problems. She also had someone try getting into her place last night. But she thinks it was someone who just got a wrong number or building ... InSo if you do go there to rent for a week or month or whatever make sure you use the top lock too. Also the thing I like about that area is they have guards that walk the place all throughout the day and night.

Its an alright place for being on the corner of Russell and Boulder HWY. The cost however I find to be a bit to high for what there is to offer. There's a lot more space than other weekly's though, and the air works better. It is definitely only a place for a short term stay the cost can quickly get you stuck in a loop not making it easy to move out.

This is the best place to live. Penny and Teresa are very great at there jobs. Penny is the best manager ever...very concerned and helpful that this building is ran properly and with integrity and helpful services. Biggest and cleanest units of its kind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Added gates to keep our homeless, which that barely happens because they have security and makes it harder for shopping Walgreens and circle K to make us walk an extra 20 feet. Unnecessary reason to add a gate to the office, it used to have a path until they removed it in early/late 2019 The main sign doesn't have a logo yet. The laundry room, right in-front of building nine still didn't replace the 4 broken dryers and 3 broken washing machine. This place should have been shut down because of the cockroaches, we tried everything to get rid of them. Now you have to seal them out of your suite and that's manually, the office will just send in fumigators. There's hella a lot more security than maintenance since there was a couple raids here and there. Which it killed a innocent old lady from surprised heart attack for the wrong room. I absolutely hate it here, this is nothing but hell for poor people, don't move in here unless your very desperate. Don't end up like me.

Look I live here and by far I haven't had any issues with the toilet if I did id fix it myself, dont need to both the hard working people in that office, so by far I've had an amazing experience here at the sienna suites ♥️

The price was way too high for the roach infested room. Plus security was constantly stopping everyone even tho we told them we where staying for a family reunion. And we had several rooms we rented. But 2 out of 4 had roaches and just not very clean it felt dingy.

this place is extremely gross. They have roaches all over the room. The tub, toilet, in the fridges, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and on the bed. I reached out to management to get an exterminator and they said they usually come on Tues and Fridays...Meaning that this is a regular thing. and to top it off... the exterminator never came! they make you sign a paper saying you cannot get your money back before you even see the room, and now we know why! I waisted over 500 dollars on my stay. disgusting!

Easy to rent, including same day. Have seasonal pool and hot tub. 3 laundry rooms that are clean. Lots of walking security on premises. Front office staff was helpful and friendly. Regular Las Vegas drama you find in large apt communities but nothing serious. Rooms are clean, decent and furnished and appliances are all working with no issues.. but have seen some small roaches here and there. I honestly am beginning to think it comes with apt living in the west though.

Plus it's sad that the owner of this place thank they doing right and the Manager Penny messing over people left and right. Like she made my kids and I become Homeless because if she had signed the paperwork to have the balance paid from chap we wouldn't of had to be on the Streets. I really dislike her ways forreal that ain't right Mr or Mrs Owner. It's time she retire and let someone else get her position Straight up. She made me and my kids Homeless 😡😥😭.

Since being under new management things have been so good!! Staff is AMAZING. Security is tight. This place saved my family and I. While it says Hotel it is an Extended Stay so families do live here, especially after the pandemic because landlords DO NOT take private landlords as rental history and this is accepted as rental history, which is why it can be kinda noisy at certain times . I feel alot of reviews were done by tourists who didn't know where they were staying.

I have lived here for a year, they work with you as long as you keep up. Definitely a ton of drama but I keep to myself and go to work and grocery shopping, try for the second floor or third floor and definitely look for corner units its wonder to have your windows open and dont have to worry about people walking by looking in your unit. 3 stars because they make changes without informing you and the gym hasn’t been open since I’ve lived here which is something im paying for the pool was closed during the summer season.

My daughters and I have just moved here. We've been having about a week now. Front Desk was very kind and accepting. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Neighbors are good too.

Been here a month and so far so good. Like my apartment and the neighbors in my building have all been pleasant.

Everything about here is a one star. They got roaches and maintenance is lazy. Front counter people are rude and entitled. Over priced. 1900 for a 2 bed room with no central AC. Laundry room stinks. Pools never open. Can't use the amenities basically. Parking is horrible. Nobody has assigned a parking spot. Kids yell all day long. And people fight the other half of the week. Truly the worst place I've ever lived at.. I can't wait to move out of this place. And oh living here does not count for renters history or anything else ...

People are excellent. Teresa helped us and was wonderful. Very helpful. Room is good size and well furnished but has cockroaches.

It’s very busy, noisy, and lots of kids running around with not a lot of supervision , roaches in rooms, cops here constantly, huge fights all the time. Very uncomfortable , the wi fi never works or the cable, and the pool is empty.

I had to stay there for two weeks and in that time someone shattered my driver's window and a few days later a drunk threw a whiskey bottle at me. Very low class place.

This location will not accept the CDC affidavit for the federal moratorium on eviction. Tho the federal order states all that is required under penalty of perjury is the signed affidavit to be presented to the front office, this location will not accept it and is requiring additional documentation from previous employers which is not required. Calling thier management company and then the news station in the morning.

Best long term stay on the BOULDER HIGHWAY. Clean,well maintained, good management. 24 hr security.

My oven doesn't work the kitchen sink leaks and they will not do anything about the people upstair all day and night sounds like there about to come throw the roof or they are remodeling something yesterday I and my family got woken up with them fighting and screaming.

Unbelievable. How is it ok to be denied from picking up my mail when all office personal is still perfectly present in the office, still behind the counter even. Even though I showed up with 1 minute to spare before the office "closed", regardless that shouldn't matter even the slightest. I don't care if I got there 5 minutes late the fact that all office personal was still present should have been the deciding factor. If they're there, I shouldn't be kept from picking up my mail, period.

Seventh day in a row today waited on hold over 4 hours and still no one answered to take my call. I really appreciate that they take care of their landscaping. It is very green and kept clean... Especially in comparison to other weekly rentals. I love the pool. However, due to co-vid, I have yet to dip my toes in! They need to open the pool up. For this reason I'm dropping a star.

I would recommend. Could use improvement on the rooms and maybe front desk service. Other then that not to bad a place ...like the security I feel safe there and they keep the areas pretty nice and clean....over all B+
