I wouldn't recommend midsouth pain clinic if your needing pain management right away. Something they don't tell you is, no pain management on first visit, plus they send you to South Haven Mississippi because they don't have the equipment other than south Haven, someone that needs relief ASAP has just got to suffer. The nurse at Tupelo office is very very slow, I had to wait in pain 1 1/2 hours and then find out they are more of a natural pain center. Be aware and ask questions when and if you make appointment.i would recommend longtown in tupelo or others. I not able to drive a 100 miles, plus why do that if you know all other pain centers will help you right away,. office girls were great and friendly but Friendly doesn't take your pain away. The nurse keeps these things from you until you spend your money. I gave this place a one star. Beware, ask questions when making appointment. I feel sorry for those who are truly in pain such as I was.

Not for everyone. You have to go to Southaven before you can receive any treatment. All they want to do is give nerve blocks for back pain.

Pain was helped. Dr was very nice. Clinic was SEVERELY over booked. Took 2 hrs past my appointment time. Staff in back was socializing too much with patient laying on table waiting with paper gown and no sheet.

Staff was nice and faculty was clean. The nurse practitioner can't write your script in the tupelo clinic you have to see the doctor in Southaven. Not an issue, just take awhile before you get relief. The Southaven clinic i have never been to. But if there anything like there message service there not great. I missed there first call and tried to call right back. Have left 3 messages over a span of a week still no call back. Overall the Tupelo clinic is nice.

Not worth the 1 1/2 wait just to be told they send you to Southaven for actual treatment. All they want to give you is nerve block that you pay for out of pocket. I had to leave untreated and STILL in pain after dealing with this pain for a year already because I wasn’t willing to pay $500 upfront for a nerve block. They don’t give any medication on the first visit which means you don’t get treated. You just get talked to. It’s basically a consultation.

Ms Stephanie is a wonderful lady sweet nice as they get she understands and listens makes time to listen what's going on with you couldn't ask for a better doctor if all doctors in this world were like her people would be healed God has his hand on her she does everything she can to help. There's not enough words to explain just how good of Doctor she is. I've been seeing her for 2 + years and she's got me where I can move better and live my life when I couldn't before Thank God for Ms Stephanie and her wonderful staff.

I’m giving only 2 stars because, even tho they are thorough, professional and friendly, it took WAY to long for an office visit involving NO procedures at all. My appointment time was 10:30 am. It was 3:30 pm before I was finished and left. Most of the time was spent in an examining room waiting to be seen. So it seems overbooking was the issue which now days should NOT happen. Stephanie is great at what she does. She listens to you, she seems to understand that pain is REAL and does what she can to help you be pain free.

Totally ridiculous I went for my headaches and she said I told them it was my back. On every piece of paper work I put down headache not back. Also told her that I’ve tried all kinds of meds and even shots and chiropractor but still nothing helps. I told her the only thing I could take that helps was hydrocodone’s and she told me there’s no proof anywhere that they help for migraines. So I can’t explain it but that’s all that helps me and I have to be careful taking what I have so that I don’t run out. That’s why I was sent to them but I see that they don’t want to help the ones that need it. I believe that if I’d said it was my back I could have got some help but I’m not going to lie about it. I’ve been taking them for years because it’s all that has helped. Why I don’t know but that’s what I needed. Also I sit in the room waiting for almost 2 hours when you could hear them talking and going up and down the hall. She said no matter what she wouldn’t give me a prescription for them. Well contact my doctor she can tell you she’s been trying everything and nothing else is helping. So I guess they don’t care who’s in pain when your trying to be honest. I will never go back to that place again. She acted as if I had a drug problem but I make 30 pills last me 2 or 3 months because I can’t hardly get them. Thanks to the drug addicts. I suffer with them as long as a can before I take one of my pills so that I don’t run out. I never have and never will be someone that’s takes pills like that. I even spent the money to get me the medical Card so I could try the miracle marijuana but I’m allergic to something in in go figure. Sad when you need help and can’t get it but I personally know people that don’t need it and gets it. So stop judging me for taking the only thing that helps. If she had them as bad as I do she would try anything. Not at all happy with my visit.

Seem to be a lot of waiting to be seen. However they did say they were having computer issues. The location wasn't easy to find. But the entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable in their specific areas, as well as very professional. .my treatment will be on-going

I was referred to this place by Clinic I went to when the person that makes your appointment call me to set up appointment in Tupelo I was not told that my services had to be done in Southaven when the appointment was made my appointment was at 1:00 I sat from 12:50 to 3:15 when the nurse practitioner finally came in the room about 3:00 and talk to me about what was going on then I was explained after the fact that my treatment had to be done in Southaven and I live in Columbus.of course you know I was very upset she didn't even offer to say let's see what can we do to accommodate you in any manner of course I paid my office visit and I'm sure they're going to try to charge my insurance . it was very unprofessional she said that she could not help me at all and walked out of the room I do not recommend going at least to the office in Tupelo I have no knowledge of the office in Southaven

Midsouth surgical staff was very professional and friendly and they made me feel comfortable while there, and the clinic part at 1004 staff was not giving enough meds to last to next visits twice and so I had to deal with the pain for almost 3weeks as of yesterday when I had the last part of the nerve burning and then they told me I couldn't get an appointment until 100 days later which I have to still with other pain, not happy but I give them a 7 overall .

I’ve been going to Midsouth pain treatment center since we moved here from Florida in early 2020. I’ve received EXCEPTIONAL Care by Nurse Practitioner Ms Stephanie Cagle & the Pain Management Doctors in SouthHaven. As a disabled Veteran, whose disability originated in the Military, I’ve been in Pain Management CONTINUALLY since early 2004. Throughout my care in FL, I was prescribed addicting OPIATES & the pain management never COMPARED to the quality of care I’ve received HERE. It’s been a BLESSING to be OFF harmful opioid medication & under superior quality TREATMENT. It’s ABSOLUTELY changed my LIFE & improved my QOL significantly. Ms Stephanie recently referred me for an MRI because my pain was elevated & treatment wasn’t improving as expected. Upon her keen observation, she immediately referred me to a neurosurgeon. Thank GOODNESS for Ms Stephanies medical acumen as she immediately recognized a significant problem (related to my military disability). I’ve recently undergone another needed surgery & due to my military disability, I know I’ll never be 100% pain free; HOWEVER, thanks to Ms Stephanie Cagle, I received immediate attention & the problem was resolved. I’m confident & very assured that the Quality of care I continue to receive at MidSouth Pain Treatment Center will ALWAYS be superior to others. I KNOW I’m in great hands with the finest provider’s around. Thank YOU & God Bless You for YOUR continued EXCELLENT CARE🙏🏻🙌🏼

The people that gave me an appointment made it at the wrong location and when I walked into the Tupelo location they took my information found what happened and took care of me. The reseceptionest worked hard to get me seen and start my journey to a pain free life. All the nurses and the npc treated me with respect and did not look at me like all I want is drugs. When in truth all I want is to be pain free how ever they can do that is great with me. Thank you for seeing me Lyle B.
