Garbage sandwich. Extra meat and cheese? C’mon. I know you workers are the victims in a cold heartless world and don’t make enough money and blah blah blah but seriously, complete and utter failure of a sandwich. First time I’ve been back to this store in probably 5 years. I will never be back. Embarrassing.

This is the 3rd time I have gone to this location and could not get the products I wanted. Last night, they were out of most everything. I left and got Chinese food. Not the staff's fault, they say "supply chain issues", like everyone nowadays. Happens too often at this location! No ham, rotisserie chicken, steak, lettuce, all breads except Italian. Absolutely ridiculous!

Emma and Dillon are garbage employees. I came in about 8:10pm 7-25-2023.(give or take 5 minutes) And emma told me they we're closed when I confronted them, and said they closed at 10 right? Dillon became very aggressive and unprofessional. They both argued with me. Then I asked for their names and all of a sudden they wanted to make me a sandwich. I said forget you guys and was leaving. Then Dillon flipped me the middle finger. These people shouldn't be working here if they can't do a simple job correctly. I am very mad about this incident and hope the right actions are taken I will not return to this location if something doesn't change. PLEASE gm or owner watch your cameras at the time I provided above. I am the motorcycle rider. I enter with my helmet on.

I came here on Aug 2 shortly before 5pm. There was ONE worker helping everybody. He did a fantastic job, but they really need to hire more people. I felt bad for the kid

I put in a mobile order today and it took them 40 minutes to make it. I feel bad for the lady that was all by herself trying to keep up. She was doing her absolute best, it’s unacceptable and unfair to put that stress on her. She was still very nice even thought some customers were not nice. She deserves a huge raise!!!

Clean, lady super nice, clean store food fresh BUT I wish subway had more specials Prices really went up.

I was in today, very fresh and great service from Shelby and the other guy working.

Poor service, and the employees like to argue with you when you have problem with your order.

Few days ago we got our usual subs they were Amazing but the only issue I have is the older lady that made them, she made them excellent but her attitude was another thing. I asked her if this was my order I got 6 subs and my name is Lisa and right away she said No so I waited and looked and seen it was my order then I said Miss I think your wrong this is my order then right away she has an attitude and says EXCUSE ME and walked over I pointed out that was my name my cc and my order then she said Oh I didn't understand you. Not understand clear English O.o Then I asked her if Melissa was there and shes like Why then I go and explain because she is an angel and I wanted to say Hi to her and hope she is ok. Some times people need to think twice how they talk to people that are being nice and not want to rip someones head off.

I like to do pickup at this store. I make the order on my phone whenever I see a decent enough coupon, my favorite is the buy one foot long get one free. They make It pretty fast and they come right out to the curb to drop it off. My favorite is the meatball sandwich.

The older lady was on drugs and couldn't remember anything I was saying and got my order wrong twice. Veggies were frozen and she said they don't carry mozzarella cheese when it's posted everywhere. I will not go back to this restaurant.

We go out of our way to go to this Subway. They are cheerful, efficient and do a great job with crafting our sub!
