    Review: New Haven Mi Subway located on 26 mile rd. Awful customer service last night. Came and the lady was rude at the speaker and didn’t hear us. We wanted two subs and a few cookies and easy order to do. Got to the window she said are total we gave her $50 dollars saying they don’t take big bills where’s the damn sign saying they don’t. Then she said it’s card only and we were gonna drive away but we were hungry and everything else in this part of new haven sucks so we gave her a debit card and she throws the machine at us saying please please leave a tip no we won’t because your service sucked and are order was completely messed up th e meat wasn’t worm. Subway needs to close all them down.

    Subway, 26 Mile, New Haven. Horrible, horrible, horrible! I had to call to complain because two of the subs I ordered were wrong. The girl who answered the phone was rude. I was asked to bring the subs back which I did. The two workers there dissect the subs and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Another customer came in after they dissect the subs and I was asked to have a seat so they could help the customer that walked in after me. I think my order should have been made first. Both workers were rude, no apologies, no thank you, nothing! This isn’t the first time this Subway has messed up my order. This time I received very bad customer service and the subs weren’t even good. Therefore, I will not be back to this location again.

    Consistent Incompetance...This is the 5th time this has happened recently. I always order a sub with no Black Olives and Spinach.....and of course she puts Black Olives on it even after writing "no bo.".....No biggie if this was a one-time or rare occurrence, but it happens ALL of the time. Very Disappointing as I go there at least 3x per week. This is getting old.

    Dirty tables walking in and it’s a small space . The dude started the order not listening to what I was saying put frozen eggs on the sandwich thinking frozen eggs would cook on the sandwich in 30 seconds knowing he just took them out the freezer.? Subway just lost all business from me and my family .

    Tried to steal my money, had to do chargeback through bank. Edited for response I was given: I already did call the shop and was told I would receive my funds automatically 2-3 business days... after 30 days nothing, I had to do a chargeback with my bank cause you guys tried to steal my money....

    Hands down not happy not even trying to be that person but spent $40 something $ almost $50 and subs was barely even toasted if even toasted they put wrong cheese on all of them and even messed up on my daughter's kids meal sub just my protein bowl was cold I guess people expect you to eat cold meat more than even warmed up in the microwave or nothing not happy like I Said not trying to be that guy but if you're spending a decent amount of money you should get your needs met last time at 26 Mile location if you want my advice go to the 23 Mile and Chesterfield location more friendly and you get what you ask for and they ask you questions about your food when you're ordering it and how you want it have a good one

    Ordered online, location closed inside, whatever. Subs we’re ready to go before set pickup time. Had bogo offer, 1st sub toasted was meh. 2nd sub not toasted, ate day later was the #5 Cap Ham & Moz.. was SUPERB. Hands down best sub I’ve ever had at a subway. Completely elevated my opinion of them. Fat slice of Mozzarella, added salt, oregano & pepper with the MVP dressing. I’ll be back a lot sooner. It’s been 5 years.

    Ordered our subs online picked them up. Our bread was still doughy and the tomatoes were not ripe. The steak and cheese sub was a huge mess. Had to eat it with a knife and fork! I wish people would take pride in making our food. That is the job they chose. At least they could do it right! SMH!

    Whoever made my sub today 9-24-23 @145pm did an amazing job. She took the time to make sure it was perfect. This is best location subway has in 20 miles. Keep up the great work.

    This place is a joke. Did online order went to pickup had a trailer couldn't go threw drive threw they had front door locked and both employees stood there and put their hands up I explained I had a online order and a big trailer I can't go threw the drive threw. They said we'll to bad. Waited till the 2 people sitting inside left and walked in to wait

    Food taste good however what I don't like is a they present themselves as a healthy alternative to fast food and they are not! Thier bread has so much sugar in it, it's closer to cake time than bread
