The morning gentlemen E that took my order was highly polite and well manners. The other gentlemen in the back said good morning with bright smile. My ice latte taste really good. I will be returning to this dunkin for now on in the morning.

They're always fast and pleasant. The place is kept clean definitely one of the better dunkins to be honest even though it is small

I come to this location very often because it’s on the way to my job. Sometimes there is a wait but I always get my order prepared correctly and they are also so nice! Today, a young lady named Fallon was working the drive thru and she was so nice and informative because I truly didn’t know what a latte was. But we both laughed about it. I will continue going to this location!

Every time I go there the workers are fighting and cursing. If they put half the effort into preparing food and coffee that they do finding things to fight about, maybe it wouldn’t take 15 minutes to get an iced coffee and a plain donut. No presence of management, no urgency, no consistency in food.

The worker had a trainee, and he managed to teach the kid and get my order put faster then I've ever had a dunkin order made.

I ordered a large coffee with hazelnut syrup and 2 orders of hash browns, extra crispy. Was nearly 10 minutes before anyone even came to the window. Then the people working drive thru were sitting here continuing their conversation while i’m waiting to get my change back. The guy literally stood there with half of my change in his hand and stopped to look at the lady and keep talking for a solid minute. Then he took forever to count out my change… the screen tells you exactly how much to give back… doesn’t seem that hard for a grown man to figure out. Then they got my coffee order wrong, twice. I asked for hashbrowns extra crispy (because they always undercooked here). Had to send them back twice because there was not one crisp on them edges.. and the last time they asked me to describe crispy to them… crispy is crispy yall. Idk who’s doing the hiring here but jeez louis! Wasted over 20 minutes of my life helping people learn how to do their job🥴

I love Dunkin donuts and every time I got enough money I go there and get at least a dozen donuts

the workers here are always friendly and nice but they ALWAYS mess up my order or forget things and i have to turn around and go back. today i ordered glaze munchkin's and they gave me jelly filled.

Honestly this is the worst Dunkin' I have been to. No idea why I have to wait in a line for 20 minutes to get a coffee. The line is never long in the drive through so I have no idea why it takes 3 people so long. Not to mention the attitudes! Honestly so rude to their customers. I liked how this was right by my house but I think I just drive the extra mile to Tim Hortons.

Wife loves this place. She usually stops in before work & the kids go to school. They know her an their order by heart. Always ask how things are and the kids. Amazing location.

They give me my coffee in 2 cups because the first cup was cracked I noticed.. which still leaked all over me let’s be more professional

I’d give 0 if I could. Workers are absolutely RUDE. Coffee tasted burnt and out of donuts every time we go in.

Asked for a decaf iced coffee with cream, they brewed their decaf coffee SO weak and used so much cream that the iced coffee is almost white. I asked them to remake it and the girl argued with me, they remade it, and it still looked almost white. They said "that's because it's decaf" as if I haven't ordered iced decaf coffees at every other coffee place you could imagine. The amount of cream they use is suitable for an espresso drink, and if that's truly just how they make their decaf they need to use much less cream. I eventually left with my cup of milk. The least they could have done was dump some out and add extra coffee, but they will only give you what the buttons on the machine measure out. No less. Girl was immature and rude about it.
