Completely dirty , every single table the floor ,the rest rooms ,the fountain drink area was all dirty . Customer service was completely terrible. I'm shocked to see this establishment crumble …. Update : 11/26/21… still dirty , bathroom has toilet paper not on the roll holder . Completely unsanitary! BACK TO TRY AGAIN,, same nasty unsanitary conditions . Tea station dirty and had slimy tea , I took one sip spit it out because it was sour then saw the slime on the inside of the container. Does the health department come in here ?????????

Had the best chicken salad sandwich. So fresh, and delicious! The place was clean. Staff was friendly. I'd definitely go back.
