😠 I just left point burger and actually walked out after sitting at the bar with my husband for over 10 min only to have the bartender walk by throw the menus down and say I willbe right with you. After another 10 minutes we decided to leave since we could see we still wouldn’t be taken care of . I no... People often mention good, burger, great, cheese, server, burgers, table,

The idea that you can go to a burger place and actually order what type of bread or bun you want and then the type of meat is an amazing concept. I was won over by their staff that was very pleasant and they even had a band playing outside for the outside eaters. I will definitely be back again with my family!

Staff was great. Server was top notch. Made my own burger through their process. Everything looked good. The burger itself looked like it was boiled instead of grilled. Was soggy and did not look very appealing. Was for someone else's with a birthday so did not say anything to spoil the mood. The area that we were sitting in was particularly HOT like there was no AC on in that area. Was not busy due to start of State Fair.

After another 10 minutes we decided to leave since we could see we still wouldn’t be taken care of . I now walk past the desk and I tell the young girl what terrible service and her comment” thank you have a good day!” I will never go back to that place ever, we actually felt like it was an inconvenience to be in there and maybe someone should tell those two young ladies your customers allow you a paycheck.

Excellent service! The staff really helped us out after the Pewaukee one provided no assistance after cancelling our son’s birthday party without notice (day of). They really went out of their way to make sure the kids had a good time and they got tons of toys from the games! Highly recommend the NB point burger bar. Also, food was great!

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Sat at the bar. Nice big screens above the bar and all along the walls. Could see a screen from any vantage point. Ordered the point burger, prime angus, montamore cheese, Nueske’s bacon, truffle aioli on a brioche bun. Orders medium. It was great, ooey, gooey, and juicy. Able to taste the cheese since it was a generous serving and Nueske’s bacon is always Smokey flavorful. Tablemate has The Blue Burger - prime angus, blue cheese, balsamic onion jam (they should jar this and sell it) on pretzel bun. Delicious! Ordered a side ceasar salad - over dressed and not anything special.

Had the shaved prime rib sandwich. It was amazing! Also the clam chowder was so flavorful and the fried pickles were really good! But the best was the chocolate malt!! It was to die for!!! Super rich and smooth! Our server Sarah was attentive and wonderful! Will be back!

Our server was good, but the dining room was less than half full and it took 50 minutes after ordering to get any food. We didn’t even get it until after we asked about it and we’re about to leave. The wait and food quality were terrible and the burgers were rare instead of medium as requested. We were very disappointed.

One of the best burgers! The family and I tried this place for the first time and was quite impressed. Burger was juicy and was full of flavors. I believe I got the mushroom swiss. And it was amazing. Food came out fairly quick, staff was wonderful. We will be back!

We were sat right away. I had the Hangover burger and it was very good. The fries and chips were well-seasoned and didn't even need ketchup. Our waitress was super nice and did a great job. I have now been to the Point Burger Bars in New Berlin and Pewaukee and they've both been awesome.

Food was good. We had about 15 people and we had Simon as our waiter. He was Excellent! He was always there to make sure we had everything we wanted. He was super polite and friendly. He took all the separate bills with no issues. Definitely a keeper!!!

The food was Good. I have been going here for about 2 Years now for Bike Nights on Wednesdays with my Milwaukee H.O.G. Chapter. In The Past, there has been a Good turn out of bikers. My Sister and I went to Bike Night there a couple of days ago on Wednesday and there were not many Bikers there at all my I would say maybe about 100 bikes if that. We had some burgers and then left

I've been here many times. This last time I came here we were celebrating my mom's birthday. My family ordered burgers and shakes. Great food! Great shakes! Our server was so kind and helpful. Each of our shakes came with the shake glass and the metal container so that was a lot of dishes on the table, but I would have liked water on the side as well. I will definitely be back!

Just passing through Wisconsin and I decided to stop by Point Burger as an impulse. The food was good for the most part, just a little over priced if I’m honest. My burger selection ended up being $15 and that didn’t include any sort of side. If I wanted to add fries, it was another nickel and dime opportunity of $.99. A good selection of sides, but each one of them cost an additional amount from $.99 on up. I decided to order an appetizer of potato skins, only three of them came with the order and that alone cost $9.99. (For 3 potato skins) that’s $3.33 for half of a potato. Little crazy if you ask me. the final straw for an unpleasant experience for me, was one of my refills had a hole or a crack in the cup and over time leaked soda all over the table. I mentioned this to the server and they were apologetic, but didn’t bother to clean anything up and I finished my meal with soda all over the table dripping down. I finally had to ask for more napkins so that I could at least keep it from taking over where I was eating. Oh, and to top it off, the cost of a simple refillable soda is $3.49. Again the prices are a little crazy.

My wife and I went here for dinner, I enjoyed the Saturday night special of Prime Rib and my wife had a salad and chili dog. The food was very flavorful and fresh but the thing that stood out the most was our incredible waitress, I wish I could remember her name. Definitely will return and hopefully we will get the same waitress

Food was really good and Daisy our server was very attentive. It was freezing in the rest but Daisy spoke to manager who turned up the heat. I had the chicken potpie which was huge and provided me with three additional meals.

Went to eat here after an issue at a different restaurant. We called ahead to verify they have available seating. Had a group of 10 and were seated promptly and given water while waiting for part of our group to arrive. Daisy was great and very receptive to the needs of our table, very down to earth friendly waitress. Food was phenomenal for the prices. Wasn't too busy but came in during a snow storm. Atmosphere was very open and clean lot of tvs for sports.

Daisy did a phenomenal job accommodating our party of 10 on very short notice. We had a tough time being seated together at Texas Roadhouse down the street and the experience at Point completely changed the tone in a positive way. Your lucky to have such a personable waitress. Staff was amazing as well.

Staff is very friendly. They have a great beer selection and a decent bar menu. Overall the food and experience is good, but the menu feels expensive for what it is. A classic cheese burger is about $10 for something you could make at home. If you do a build your own burger it feels like your getting nickle and dimed for each item, ultimately that classic cheese burger is more expensive to build your own than order it and throw away the parts you don't want. $8.95 for a basic burger, plus $1 for cheese, ¢45 for mayo, and every other add-on, and a few dollars for bacon. Bottom line #expensive.

Good service, food was very tasty. Actually tried the prime rib tonight along with clam chowder and French onion soup and it was all good. Always enjoy the beers as well. Sports bar atmosphere and family friendly, too.

Great burger and salad. Had a bunless heart stopper burger and it was great. Service was excellent as well. Will be back soon to try something else.

One of the best burgers I've had! Cool place in New Berlin. There was a great band playing in the back parking lot but we were in kind of a rush so ate inside. Friendly and fast server!

Great day to sit in the outside seating area. Fantastic service. Food is typical, but no complaints on my part. Very good beer selection. I've been here before, and I'll be back. Nice casual atmosphere.

Usually like this place but for some reason everything was too salty or greasy. I always looks forward to the French onion soup and I could not take more that 2 spoonful, so disappointing. The fish sandwich was super greasy, the bun broke apart and the fish fell out of the breading right away. The outdoor entertainment was a blast.. Jackie brown performed and let my little one join her one person band by playing the shakers. Fun family environment. Sad about the food because I usually enjoy it. Hopefully it was someone having an off day.

Great place that holds bike nights! Love that you can build your own burgers and they are good but the meat itself could use more seasoning. The milkshakes aren’t good unless you get the alcoholic ones bc otherwise it taste like artificial flavoring. I would recommend to visit here once or twice a year? Waitress was very attentive!

Absolute WORST experience! My boyfriend, daughter and I waited 20 minutes for a table when there were multiple open. Sat 15 minutes before our server even approached our table. Ordered our appetizer, club sandwich, and kids meal right when she got there. Our simple pretzel came out thirty minutes later, and we were on an hour of waiting for food before we walked out. NEVER AGAIN. We spoke to the “manager”, who was also waiting tables, and had zero sympathy. We understand that times are tough, and places are understaffed, but business is business. Don’t take on more than you can chew. Completely disappointed and will absolutely NEVER return.

Since I have special diet restrictions that's usually where my reviews start. They were helpful in figuring out what items would cause an allergic reaction. But they had few options that were compatible with my allergy and my other restrictions. I ordered the salmon, since it is one of the items that I could eat safely. Sadly it didn't taste very good and didn't sit well for me and one of my companions who also ordered it.

The homemade chips and cheese curd are great. Burger was not worth the price.

When i think of a good burger its not here, the price to portion size is horrid.. even if it is a exotic meat, or reg burger.. fries were good, the sandwiches that were ordered looked pretty nice, a little skimpy with the veggies, but looked well constructed. Overall the food was delicious. Service could have been better since there was only 2 or 3 other tables. Will try again someday.
