Nice servers, cheerful and friendly. Food was good but you had to use plastic silverware. Pretty pricey for 2 breakfasts.

Delicious, home-cooked food!!!! Coffee was from Colectivo and on point. Fantastic vibe/ambiance inside. Service was friendly and efficient. A hidden gem in New Berlin that I will definitely patronize again.

Stopped for breakfast today. Parking lot is a very confusing free for all so be careful. Food was good, prices a little high but happy to support a small business that stayed open and struggled through 2020. Best of luck to the owners Al in all it is worth stopping !

Ordered fish tacos for the first time tonight and had our food delivered. Very good portion size of food and the fish tacos were delicious! The sauce had just enough kick to it, but not overly spicy. I would definitely order again. Delivery was great -- 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered.

Cozy, fun atmosphere with a dog-friendly patio area outside. The food I ordered was excellent - one of the best benedicts I’ve ever eaten. The employees were friendly and the service was great.

Nice and unique menu choices. Food was good and prepared quickly. Bacon was tasty but a little overcooked (twice cooked) for me. The egg was cooked about right. The toast was buttered ALL the way to the edges! They pancakes were the fluffy type which isn't my favorite but were very good. Loved the lingonberry topping. Service was friendly and helpful. Google description says staff wear masks but no one was. As another mentioned, parking is a free for all with no lines. The outdoor seating is a bonus and is nicely arranged. It reminds me of Florida breakfast restaurants. I would have given 5 stars if staff was wearing masks. Despite my couple of criticisms I loved this place and will definitely be back when in the area and am excited for my wife to try.

Wow! Delicious, adorable, and super friendly staff (Halle is awesome!)! The owner walked in and was thanking all the customers for our support during this time. He also mentioned they installed special UV lights which kill the virus to ensure our safety and comfort. I ordered the Garden Benny and it was amazing, delicious and beautifully presented. My first time having yukes (smashed Yukon potatoes) and they were great as well. A more than pleasant experience and I highly recommend supporting this lovely mom & pop cafe in New Berlin!

We wanted a good breakfast spot with outdoor seating so we could have our dog with us, and we couldn't have found a better place! The food and service were great, but what really made it a whole experience was the owners coming around and talking to everyone, they were truly genuine people. They gave our Labrador an awesome treat, so we know he was a happy boy! We're from South Dakota and wanted a good breakfast on our way home, and we got that and more! If we're ever in Milwaukee again, we will definitely make a point to stop here again! Thanks for the perfect beginning to a long road trip!

Cute place with very tasty food. Went here with a group of 8 family for lunch on a Sunday and were seated immediately. Everyone said good things about the food, and the portions/prices were fair. I had the country fried steak and it was some of the best I have ever had- extremely good flavor and crispy fried steak. Husband said the bacon in his blt were great

My wife and I started our 20 year anniversary with breakfast at the Sunny Side Up Cafe. It was a very pleasant experience with warm friendly staff and great food. The portions were large and was more than what I expected in a breakfast. The silverware was very heavy duty and did the job well. We have eight kids and we should try to get some nice silverware like what they have here. :) Thank you for such a nice experience on our anniversary.. :) Patrick and Katie

We came on Saturday afternoon, the place was not busy. Our meal was good, french fries were not oily and yes, you have to ask for water like in other restaurants, average prices. We will definitely come back.

When my danish waffle came to the table it wasn't warm enough to melt the butter, which was already soft. My husband ordered his eggs over easy and they were served over hard. The reviews were great, so I was optimistic, but knowing how to cook an egg and serving food while hot are basics.

Great place for breakfast! They have good sandwiches too! Food is always delicious and well prepared. Their hash browns are delicious (however, I wish they weren’t a $2 up charge). Their ham, bacon and sausage is the best around. Really can’t go wrong with any menu item… everything is delicious!

Prices are a little high for what they are, especially on the potatoes. Got over easy eggs and they were mostly cooked and my wife's food has under cooked scrambled eggs and no cheese on them. Had to ask to get cheese removed from the bill as none was on eggs. Would've told the waitress but didn't come to check on us for at least 10 mins after our food came.

My husband and I live in TN and are visiting family and friends in WI. We had some free time and came here for breakfast. It was so delicious. I had a giant omelet and my husband pancakes. Everything was amazing. Our waitress was wonderful and we enjoyed everything. Great that they had Colectivo coffee as well, we miss them down south.

Love the breakfast burritos. They're huge and come with potatoes. The rodeo omelet is tasty as well. My favorite so far is the famous Benedict. Service is fantastic as well. This is my go to breakfast place in New Berlin.

Had the skillet scramble, was absolutely gross, like someone threw up in the take out container. Didn't look anything like what was described in the menu. Also orders to remove things weren't followed. Couldn't eat this mess. Biscuits were flat and greasy. Bacon was over processed and over salted. Not worth the price or your time.

Perfectly cooked over easy eggs. Huge portion of potatoes and a thick chunk of very good ham. Can't ask for much more at breakfast

Outstanding food and outstanding service. My new favorite breakfast place. Had the breakfast burrito which was huge and a perfect balance of eggs, sausage, peppers, etc. Saw about 5 other things on the menu that can’t wait to try, which is unusual for me because I’ve got picky tastes.

Had a fabulous breakfast this morning. Attentive staff , really good coffee and wonderful food. New go to spot in New Berlin when visiting. Additionally they have two sorts of hot sauce to earn five stars. Details matter and they clearly care about good food and service.

Service was not friendly and prices high for the treatment. If you’re going to charge like a nice restaurant, then be a nice restaurant. If you make a mistake, don’t be annoyed with the customer. It was not busy or I might understand. PS water would have been nice but I certainly didn’t feel comfortable asking for it.

This awesome little café is the place to go in New Berlin! Not only is the food delicious and generous, but the atmosphere is so unique and comfy! This quaint little place has a "personality" all it's own too...which makes it so much fun to come to..not to mention that the owner is a hoot too...he brings life to the place! Truly one of a kind...we'll be back for sure!

The food was AMAZING ... delicious flavors, great portions, and very filling! The Bloody Mary was EXCELLENT ... not much forngarnish but you don't even need that when the mix is SO good! The staff were all friendly and helpful as well! We can't wait to go back!

This cute little spot has some great food! I went simple and just ordered bacon, eggs, and a side of toast. My eggs came out perfectly, as did my bacon. The coffee was good, our server was very busy but was friendly and attentive to our needs. I'll definitely come back!

Great breakfast. Danish waffle was excellent as were the eggs and sausage. My wife had the ham and loved it. Super friendly service. Excellent little breakfast cafe.

Décor screams out; "we are not a chain restaurant!" It's clean but decorating was definitely done on a tight budget. Fortunately one does not go to a restaurant to eat the rummage sale artwork on the wall. The hours are also a bit odd; open for lunch and breakfast and Friday night fish-fries. We were there for the fish fry. Service was excellent There were only two people in front but they were both moving around cheerfully and checking on us frequently. The menu has a good assortment of fish fry meals with options for fried or baked, cod or shrimp. We ordered the 12 piece family meal. The Cod had a nice batter. I personally prefer nice chunky cod loins, These were fillets, but reasonably sized. There were a few smaller ones, but they made up for it by having well over a dozen pieces on the plate. Plenty of leftovers and and they passed the next day cold fish test ( if it doesn't taste greasy eaten cold it was fried at the right temp.) The taste was on a par with the better restaurants. They won't make you say; "That's the best fish I ever had!", but there is no cause for criticism either. Fries were nice fat crinkle cuts served nice and hot. The meal came with 3 potato pancakes. There is so much variation in potato pancake styles they are hard to compare. The taste was OK but there wasn't any crispiness. Individual 3 piece meals were about $15 each, The family meal we ordered was at least 4 times as much food as the individual meals and was $45, so a decent savings if there are 4 of you or you like leftovers. My only real criticism is the plastic cutlery. The fork would bend inserting it into a french fry or trying to use the side of it to cut off a piece of fish. They really need to make the jump to metal utensils.

Absolutely delicious. Huge portions and a very attentive staff! Well be going back very soon.

Breakfast was very good. Our waitress was super friendly. I have to agree with another comment and say the plastic utensils need to be regular silverware. My husband had the ham of the bone and struggled with trying to cut it. He really needed something more sturdy and sharp.
