Birthday dinner date; I ordered the bloomin' onion, toowoomba salmon entrée with seasoned rice and fresh mixed veggies. Everything was delicious, hot, and fresh.

If I can give this store 0 stars I will. We stopped in for July 4th and the service was horrible. We waited one hour for our food, had to constantly ask for another drink. The table behind us complained about their food as well. We figured we waited one hour for our food so it will be amazingly good. Wrong… my steak was supposed to be medium rare and came out with a heart beat… literally. The loaded potato was loaded with kosher salt instead of the actual food. My food was completely cold, as well as two other meals on my table. We all sent it back and it came back cold. Again! The ribs were so well done it did not fall off the bone. We got to outback at 8:40pm, wasn’t served till 9:51. And we are just now leaving at 10:32. Service was okay, food was horrible. At that point my whole table could’ve gone back and cooked our own food.

We waited over a hour for our food. My steak was not even medium well it was medium rare to chewy and it was just gross. Also my Cesar salad was not greatest either. Husbands steak wasn’t as bad but it wasn’t the greatest. I asked for mash potatoes and they were out, they didn’t even ask me what else I want and just gave baked potato. We are never going to go back there. I hate complaining but sometimes it’s worth it

2nd time eating here.Typical Outback Steakhouse. 1st time the food was, hot, fresh and good. The staff was friendly and professional. Service seemed a bit off and disorganized. Tonight service was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was mediocre. Ceasar side salad was good. Bloomin chicken sandwich was not good. Plus for the price the sandwich should have been larger. See pictures, that is a normal SC size hamburger bun it is on.

Amy G did a great job taking care of us and management was great as well. They were super swamped all night but kept it all going. Helped make my wife’s birthday great even though we were dealing with a family emergency. Many thanks to the staff as a whole!

We are regulars here and today our service was better than it has been in a long time! Brooke was a great waitress and I hope to have her as a waitress next time!

Shayna B was our server, we were the last to be seated in her section and she was cut (meaning allowed to go home and complete her back of house duties) shortly after we sat down. Even though she could have had another server take care of us, she stayed and gave us the same service we would expect being her very first table. To shayna, from the people who just had our first date since my fiancée was injured, thank you for being great. Oh, and the food was good too!

Autumn was an amazing manger tonight. During the night she visited my table multiple times and ensured we were taken care of. She ensured are food came out correctly and thanked the server for taking great care of us. Thank you Autumn at Outback for such exceptional management skills.
