    This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. It’s clear they don’t have it together. I ordered online and gave them extra time before I showed up and it wasn’t ready. The inside was closed so I went through the drive thru where they told me to go through a side door. Inside, it looks like they haven’t cleaned… everything is a mess… I am included photos. It was so gross it made us not even want to eat the food. You cannot reach this location by phone, the number on Google never works. Probably so they don’t have to listen to complaints. I’ve never been able to reach them. So we just tweeted at the main Panera account who gave us a refund. We sent them the photos too. I wish they’d shut this location down or actually try to make it better. This is not just due to anything regarding the pandemic. It was bad even before then. Their listed phone number has never worked even a few years ago. I’m done with this location now. For good.

    I walked in, noticed their are kiosk to one side to take my order. I asked the lady behind the count if I am supposed to order from these. I dont honestly know as I haven't been here in a while. I was flagged down by another woman who asked me to order via her. I make my order based on what's avaliable. I pay 15.57 for what you see in the photo. A 4-5 ounce chicken, Brioche bun, some spicy condiment and pickle chips (3 or 4 on sandwich) and the 1 ounce kettle cooked Potato chips (Super super plan) and a large drink. My problem is this. Nothing here is made fresh, nothing is created by the staff. Everything you buy and eat here was made in a factory and packaged here. They unwrap it and warm it up and give it to you. And then charge you the price of somewhere who cooked from raw. This play is a present Microwave food joint. Nothing more Nothing less. The people are nice and their service is nice. The value is not that great. This location appears to be closing soon. No one is ever in here. Right now at the busiest time of the morning. Two consumers including me. And I've been here for 30 mins. Something needs to change before this place goes under. I use to love coming here. But after this nearly 16 dollar sandwich, chips and drink... I might avoid them next time.

    Pretty basic Panera. The pastries on offering were unappealing, so we didn't buy anything other than beverages.

    Ordered delivery and was disappointed once again. Ordered a sandwich and it had two very thin pieces of meat. Also, I ordered the Chicken Caesar salad and it only had one piece of chicken the size of a crouton (see picture for a laugh). I put it on a plate thinking maybe it’s in the middle of my salad and not visible but nope. Rip off! Save your money.

    Ordered carryout two orders of pick two. Photo of my half Chipotle Chicken Avocado (where's the avocado?). My green goddess chicken Cobb salads was also missing avocado and boiled eggs.

    The food is absolutely phenomenal. They are always fresh and are tasty. But I'm sure you can relate with me about the service. I waited for about 45 minutes and they still haven't started making my food yet. Me and my mom only got partial refund after waiting for another 15 minutes. They are also kind of unorganized and the food is basically their only redeeming quality.

    Typing this as I'm walking out. Ordered the steak and cheese sandwich, one of my favorites at other locations, but this particular one had to have easily had a quarter pound of horse radish on it. I have no problem with horse radish, however, a little is a lot, and a lot is way too much. I couldn't get 2 bites into the sandwich before I had to stop. I'm not normally one to complain or ever leave a negative review, but the sandwich I bit into was probably the single nastiest thing I've ever ordered. That's just my rant on the sandwich. Then we roll over to the staff, the staff were bad before we even got to the front of the line. The girl working register was being extremely rude to an older lady who simply couldn't read the menu and asking for assistance, asked her if she was stupid, told her to hurry up, absolutely atrocious and inexcusable behavior. I get to the front and I am met with a very rude "what?", she is short the entire time I put in my order. That all being said, this has to have been one of my worst fast food experiences to date, and I will probably be dragging this location through the mud for a while.

    As so many have stated, this location is going down fast. It used to be great service and good food. Crazy thing- I enjoy giving my business to people that are happy to be employed. That said, I ordered a Baja Bowl and was informed they were short on an ingredient, but I was still charged for a full bowl. What? The young girl was so ungrateful to have a job, that I'm certain they didn't make you apply for. She also did not apply my points to my acct.

    DIRTY RESTAURANT!!! This Panera I hate to say is a very dirty restaurant now. Used to be very well run and clean. Don’t know what happened to this place. It’s gone downhill.

    1st & last time to eat here. Rotten lettuce on my sandwich. I could have gotten really sick. The place felt unkept & people behind counter were talking to each other instead of taking care of customers. Stood at pick up 15 min before anyone checked for my order. I wish I had read all the negative reviews 1st. Owner should be ashamed with these bad reviews

    This must be a joke. This is "half" a salad for $10?! I got 1 1/2 pieces of chicken, half an egg and about a cup of greens. On top of that, they "were out" of the supposedly in house made dressing it's supposed to come with. I can go to Salad and Go and get triple all this for $7. Panera is officially off my list of restaurants to patronize. Pathetic.

    Placed an online order, was suppsoed to be ready at 1029. Its currently 1045, I walked in and asked after sitting in the pickup spot for 10min and theybwere just putting the order together. Absolutely unsatisfactory, dont put a time and not be prepared to meet it. Only one thing required cooking everything else was pastries and drinks. My hot sandwich was cold and we asked for no whip cream and it had whip cream. Also asked for napkins and untensils. Had to run back in to get them. Will never come to this location again!

    Worst panera I have ever been to. I ordered 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup. 33 minutes in and I still don't have my food. The staff seems to be run by children. Whoever manages this facility needs to be trained to manage. The line is only 5 orders deep. But I did notice the delivery orders are being filled before the orders of the patrons in the facility. Never again!

    Ordered originally from the drive thru, a “you pick 2”, and requested a grilled cheese with only cheddar cheese and bacon. Was informed that they were out of the usual bread and approved ciabatta to be used as a replacement. After waiting 20 minutes even receiving my drink, I finally got my food to find the bacon completely missing. Went inside the store to correct the order and spoke with the manager, who asked if I would just like them to give me a side of bacon for my sandwich. I requested that the entire sandwich be remade. Waited an additional 20 minutes to receive a grilled cheese sandwich on a hamburger bun with bacon bits and American cheese. This location is a joke.

    We ordered from the kiosk. Our food was ready quickly and was good. The store was out of napkins in the dispensers, there was trash on the floor, and most of the staff were not paying attention to customers. A group of staff members were standing at the front counter and loudly talking through our time there. They were using inappropriate language and the atmosphere felt like a high school cafeteria.

    I ordered bread bowls for a women’s dinner at my church. Brian was amazing! He stayed on top of things and had everything ready to go on the day of the activity. Great experience! I would totally order from them again!

    Ordered online, showed up, waited 10 minutes to hear they didn't have any bagels, although the app told me my order was ready. This happens monthly. I'm done with this location, poorly managed.

    The pepperoni mozzarella melt was pretty disappointing. They could’ve doubled the mozzarella and pepperoni and it still would not be enough. Just basically like toasted flavored bread.

    I’ve given this Panera about 5 tries within the last two weeks and 3 of the 5 times I’ve been “greeted” (if you even would call that) by the same woman who always acts like any question or order you have is an inconvenience to her. She was quick to cut me off during my order to tell me it was sold out and when I was still interested in ordering something else in place, I asked what other items they had. She responded with the worst attitude and I ended up telling her forget it and left. Will not be back.

    It has been a while since I have been to Panera Bread. Not a verygood experience. Staff hanging out in back waiting a while to take your order. Then forgot to make one sandwich. Food was fine once we got it.

    Had a really terrible experience at our family dinner at this location. They made my vegetarian bowl with big chunks of chicken and when I went to get it replaced, they took forever to get me a replacement, no apology offered either. The Greek salad had a huge dollop of sour cream which is not how they have served it in the past ever, the dressing tasted completely different and everything had a weird smell. Sorry Panera! This is not the service or food quality expected from you!

    Started meeting with a group of guys every other weekend about 6 months ago and this location has gone downhill severely. We will no longer be meeting there. Food is great but the floors, tables, and bathrooms are disgusting. We were the first ones there at 8am 2 meetings in a row and they weren’t ready to take orders, no tables were wiped from the prior day, and the floors were extremely sticky. Please got it together, your food is great!

    Panera is just so awful now. Sandwiches are horrible and service is terrible. Specifically asked twice about bread coming with soup and was told yes it comes with bread. Instead we received 4 bags of chips. Even says on receipt 4 sides of French bread. Just pathetic. Sandwich has hardly any meat, no cheese and no sauce.

    Customer service needs work. I ordered two things and was rushed to the window. I said orange juice twice and when I got to the window, no orange juice on receipt, had to swipe my card twice. No apologies just an attitude, just like when I ordered. Then I had to pull over and wait for my order. Get it together, hire people who care about what they are doing. I then waited 10 minutes for my food. I won't be back.
