2 teen employees were too busy giggling and not customer focused. I felt like I was interrupting. Won't return here, I'd rather go to Walmart and I don't like Walmart either

Recently visited the store and it seemed the staff was too busy talking to each other about their personal life to stop and help any customers. The decor is already slightly over priced so if they don’t have customer service, they don’t have much in my eyes. I don’t plan to be a returning customer

I just love Kirkland's. Everything is in style and trendy yet you can find classic too. Very affordable. Very fairly priced. Always impressed with their variety. Love it.

I visited this store with my husband and neither of us were acknowledged by either of the two young women in the store. Mind you the store was empty. Greeting customers is the bare minimum. If that's how they treat people living in this area, it's no wonder the store was empty. I miss Pier 1.

Love this store Amazing decor. Always running deals Super tempting every time when I go in! Do have to be careful if u r sensitive to smells. It smells good, however I do get headaches if in too long. But have always been happy with what I've purchased
