Management is absolutely horrible. If I could give a negative star I would. Lowes messed up the carpet padding at my house and refuses to fix their mistake. I have called numerous times gone into the store and gotten nowhere, I have even tried calling corporate twice. I have been blown off multiple times now. I am so upset with the service they provide and I don’t want anybody else to experience the same thing.

Its touch and go. The first time we went for a grill everyone was friendly. But we had to order it and wait because it was on back order. And when my fiance called customer service because it was already been 3 to 4 weeks since we bought the grill everyone we spoke to had an attitude. And when we went in to ask about leaf blowers the guy didnt really know anything about them. Customer service was pretty good when we had to return the leaf blower.

If you are purchasing appliances for delivery, do not purchase them here. I purchased all new appliances in July and still do not have all of them delivered (it's now September). It has literally been the worst experience I have ever gone through. Lowe's has contracted out the actual delivering of appliances and there is an absolute disconnect. Lowe's employees complain about the third party and the third party complains about Lowe's. You can't get ahold of the delivery company and no one at Lowe's can help with anything. Absolutely chaotic and just terrible! Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

If you are purchasing appliances and including installing them by Lowes. Do not take this step. I had a washer and dryer delivered and installed. After 2 months the supply line was left on the bottom of the washer and was rubbing on the drum/motor that was turning. This ate a the hose and I had water leaking. Afterwards reaching out to lowes multiple time and they just gave me a different number to call. Anyone I called I was referred back to the store. Store kept giving me different numbers. At the end they "took my contact" and a manager was going to contact me. Well guess what, nobody has. "1 yr warranty on installing" is a pile of du-du. They should be happy that I have a pan under my washer or this would have been a insurance claim. Where my insurance would go after them for damages. I have appliances installed at my projects cross the cities and they never do what they say they will. So buy and have them delivered (but that's as far as I would have them do anything) Pay a professional company to come and install. It will cost more but will save you in the long run. Never have the delivery employees installing. They are not plumbers and per code they don't need to be. Just think about going to a gas station and having the cashier swap your engine.

Opened up a Lowe’s Consumer Credit Card when I made a purchase, with the understanding that I was getting the promotional 12-month 0% interest, only to find out the store associate didn’t know what they were doing when setting up the credit card, and setup auto-payments, but was rather surprised to notice I have still been paying interest on that purchase. Called out Lowe’s on the issue, only to have them tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. This is apparently the kind of customer service you can expect to get from Lowe’s. I definitely will be giving Home Depot and Menards all of my business from now on.

I just discovered that my elderly mother has been without a working refrigerator for months now because these unpleasant people sold her a defective refrigerator and refused to take it back. Instead they insisted that she try to have it repaired first. Now it’s outside the windows where returns are allowed and the repair company she is required to use through their warranty program has been MIA for two months! DO NOT BUY YOUR APPLIANCES HERE! You will get absolutely nothing for your money but a lot of disappointment. Update: 5 months after purchase, and my mother just informed me that shes canceling Easter dinner at her house because this lemon of a refrigerator stopped working again! She had to throw out the ham and all the groceries she bought. Worse yet, my dad lost a months supply of insulin. I told them they’re going to have to cut their losses soon and let me help them get a different fridge (form somewhere more reputable) but my mother is stubborn and doesn’t want help. She says they’ll get by just fine until the snowbank they keep their food in melts. 😕

As others have noted. Purchased appliance, and day before scheduled delivery. They called and said Lowes card did not go through. So no delivery. It did go through, and had file a dispute to get it removed. Then went to Home depot and had a great experience.

They always have great looking plants. When I go, the only thing you have to be worried about is they often have pests in them, gnats and mealy bugs are the ones that I have the most troubles with when purchasing plants from here. The staff is always friendly and any sick or injured plants. They give on a discount to try to rescue.

I hate to leave a review like this but DO NOT ORDER A DOOR from Lowes in MN if any of this doesn't sound fun: 1. Switched install company originally that pushed install back. 2. Had to play the in-between person between Summit and Lowe's to ensure product was in for original install. 3. Had to scrape paint off the window from it being painted from Thermatrue door (3k). 4. Door was installed incorrectly. Door doesn't lock, probably because it isn't straight and plum, and no insulation was put in! 5. Have probably 3-4 hours of time between Summit and Lowes to get it figured out. Needing to close work orders, open work orders, people not replying and being disconnected. As I mentioned, hate to say this but this is all reality and the store will probably tell you to order a door through them because their doors are like "Cadillac's" and Menards is like a "Geo Metro". Literally what was told to me. I wish I would have gotten a Menards Geo Metro door that would have saved me money and headache! Buyers beware!

Very disappointed with employees at this store. We had to walk around 2 employees talking in an isle. Found two more employees talking in appliance dept. I had to approach them to ask question. Oh I don’t work in that department. Try going to plumbing. Trying to find plumbing, asked a group of 3 employees, standing around. They pointed in the direction of plumbing. My husband and I were looking at kitchen sinks, not one of those 3 employees, approached us for assistance. We were clearly interested in products, checking box availability. Not even a glance or word. Would not shop here or recommend this store!!!

Super disappointed, we ordered some cabinets that we were told we could return in the store only to find out that we were outside of our 90-day window. We called the corporate office and confirmed they would take it back even to be extra safe if it didn't work and we kept most of the cabinets but these two would not work. In the email confirmation it says nothing about a 90 day window or in the order number. He said it probably does on the receipt but even the manager of the store wouldn't help. He was very nice and cordial but just a 'policy is policy' type of deal. Menards & Home Depot will return stuff years later if need be, I would suggest going there instead. I should not have assumed that they would as well, but I was very surprised they let their competitors handle this so much better.

This is my local Lowe's and I typically have good experiences here. Today was an exception. I needed 1 gal of paint (a duplicate of a previously purchased color & I had the 1st can with ne for reference). Upon arrival, there were no less than 5 associates gathering carts, 2 at the front door promoting their credit card, and 3 in the paint department. There was 1 customer ahead of me at the paint department, who was being helped. I stood there for 10min while 2 of 3 associates putzed around and nobody offered assistance. Once helped, getting the paint was smooth. There were NO cashiers at the front, just the self-scan option. As much as I dislike self-checkout at any retailer, it's especially irksome at Lowe's. Disappointed and hope this is not the start of a trend.

One star is too many for this people. You stand in the store for 20 min to catch someone at the store, and if and when you do, they don’t try to resolve any issues. I have some credit at the this store, but it will be thrown away. Enough is enough. I have been coming here for years with all that disappointment…..I will not come here again!

Prices are higher here than most other stores similar. One thing that was disappointing. It's August 1st . Every single other store has plants on sale. All but Lowes. Their plants are priced higher than ever. I also have mixed feelings seeing their Halloween display up already. Earlier and earlier every year.

What a great Lowe’s! The staff offered assistance as they walked by and made sure I had been helped. :) Had help in lighting by Vern who is very knowledgeable as well as Linda in Appliances who was beyond helpful.

I love Lowe’s. They have a better assortment of product, with quality products and the prices are good. If I have a choice I go to Lowe’s every time. But, I live in St Cloud, MN and it is hard to get delivery.

Service was great! Registers were not. Only the self checkout was open and we had nothing but difficulty. 2 women needed to help us when our batteries would not scan. Even UPC did not bring up price.

Good prices. I found several items (cleaning supplies) with busted caps and broken plastic handles for squirt bottle type cleaners. I was a little disappointed that as I was nearing the checkout, I noticed and had to go back and found several more like this. The staff are friendly. Good selection of grills, smokers, griddles, and more.

Purchased appliances from this location and their delivery truck allegedly backed into my parked car which did significant damage. Nobody took responsibility or helped me with the issue. They dodged calls/emails and this was never taken care of. Update: Working with corporate now to get this resolved, will update my review.

Wow! Totally impressed with the staff here. From Linda, who helped me find *exactly* what I wanted, to Mario and co-worker, who delivered and installed my machine efficiently - I am both relieved and grateful that I had such a positive experience buying a washing machine at Lowes.

This makes 3 times I’ve had a broken Kobalt socket or ratchet and brought them back for replacement and…………of course, all 3 times they either don’t make the same one anymore (good way to get out of warranting a tool), of didn’t have the right one in stock and wouldn’t open up a small set to honor their warranty (who doesn’t stock a 10mm 6 point 3/8” socket?!) . So much for “lifetime” warranty. If you want lifetime warrantied tools, this isn’t the place to buy them from. I will Never shop there again and I’m sure they don’t care at all.

Shout out to Toby over in appliances! Between helping us out with a good deal on a fridge he went the extra mile to help us load it. Would recommend him to anyone I know looking for appliances

I've only dealt with Lowe's twice, purchasing appliances online and both experiences have been HORRIBLE!!!! 1st time I bought an over the range Microwave with exhaust fan. They do not offer installation, I had to figure out call around myself and I did. The unit got delivered, after the person installed it, I noticed a huge dent on the side and had to keep it after all the trouble I had during the installation. The 2nd time, I purchased a dishwasher because it was the only place they had it available. They did not offer install at the checkout for some reason, so I called the store, it was transferred around three times and could not find a way, even though this time they said they offered installation, the only way I could purchase it was to physically come to store in person to run my credit card, the store that it was purchased from was too far from me and also defeats the purpose of buying online, so I went with a trusted appliance repair person I had. After scheduling the install with my own person, removing my dishwasher for Lowe's to haul away upon delivery, I received a notification the installation day was changed for two days later because they did not have it and another store was fulfilling the order. I called the store fulfilling the order and they apologized that the original store did not have the product they listed as having and should have told me sooner they didn't and said they also did not have it. Their customer service is clueless, their website lists items they do not have and for the 2nd and last time they caused me a lot of trouble and wasted my time for nothing. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Tired of going here and being forced to use self check out!!! I went to a register to today were a lady was helping a customer. When I went to that line she told me she was closed and I had to use the self check out. I asked her why? I didn't want to go to self check out and to be checked out by an actual person. She had no comment for me. I have gone to many stores with self check out and they always have 1 lane open with a cashier if the customer wants that option. Since seems to no longer be an option here I will be going elsewhere.

Well maintained store. Great managers. Have shelf- checked inventory for me, something that's more difficult to receive as a courtesy in retail. PRO desk is competent, have found all associates friendly and most knowledgeable.
