Salesperson Ryan was super helpful in showing me all the different mattresses available in the comfort style and price point that I needed.

Joe was great! I highly recommend this location. Joe was very educated and easy to talk to. He wasn’t pushy just informative. The whole process was smooth and I left with a great new mattress!

I found a platform bed online and went in store to see what was in stock. I was confused when I was roped into paying for it in that store even though I had to drive to Eagan to a different store to pick it up. The total was significantly more expensive than what I remembered, but now I can see it was because they charged me full price instead of the sale price. They confirmed what I had heard about mattress stores. Never again.

Ross & Joe provided excellent customer service!!! I first spoke with Ross over The phone regarding the best mattress for my 85 year old mother who has been experiencing back pain. Once we got to the store both mèn were knowledgable about their inventory. They were also patient with and kind to my mom.

Joe was our “sleep expert” and he was excellent. He listened to our needs (one side sleeper and one back sleeper) and showed us the products we requested to see and those he thought would work for us. He spent time with us and answered our questions. Excellent associate.

Unfortunately, we feel stuck with a mattress that gives us both back and neck pain. In the end of our experience, we felt a lot of pressure to get something. Now, a couple of years later, we both hate the bed and neither of us ever gets a good night's sleep. The mattress we got, which was supposedly made for people with back pain, actually causes me back pain when I sleep on it. We're now just miserable and trying to decide what to do with this stupid thing.

Salesperson, Joseph, was incredibly knowledgeable and appropriately friendly. Joseph gave me three different bids on three different products and gave me time to think about it. He reviewed with me the bid on the product I chose to make sure I was clear and comfortable. Again , super knowledgeable about all products.

Phil and Paris were very friendly and also very knowledgeable! I Really enjoyed my experience there, and they knew exactly what I was looking for when upgrading a mattress. I looked online to check out reviews of others and ratings of other locations as well, it really was these two at this location that made me want to go no where else!

I stopped by my local Mattress Firm because I was in the market, but at that point had my mind set on purchasing a bed in the box online. By the end of the night, I had purchased the Sleepy Hybrid Medium after trying out a couple mattresses in my budget. Darius was super helpful, and a good listener like a good sales person should be. This is a new location and it’s great! Agree with the other reviews that Aaron is a fantastic resource. He is knowledgeable and personable. No sales pressure...but he did a great job of educating us on the options available to us. Not knowing anything about mattresses, this is the first store we walked into and Aaron made sure he got our favorite mattress in our hands, with a deal we couldn’t refuse.

I did all my research for what mattress I wanted/ needed before I went to Mattress Firm. When arriving Asher (store salesman) was very friendly and asked what I was looking for. When I explained, he quickly showed me the brand I wanted. He was able to tell me the differences between each mattress, and had me try all 3. He never attempted to get me to try different models/ brands. He knew what I wanted and he helped me get it. I hate shopping, especially for a mattress, but Asher was able to set me up with a mattress, delivery, pick up of my old mattress, and had me out within 30 minutes. The whole appointment was easy and good.
