😠 I am very disappointed how I was treated by the phone appointment person. I think it very rude to call someone Black. when I said African American to the person on the phone. I explain to her Black is a color in a crayon box. I am not crayon. I am a person. Your company need to find someone who can... People often mention great, company, CARE, services,

I am very disappointed how I was treated by the phone appointment person. I think it very rude to call someone Black. when I said African American to the person on the phone. I explain to her Black is a color in a crayon box. I am not crayon. I am a person. Your company need to find someone who can do better. how can you disrespect someone over the phone over and over again. Your counseling company need help from the inside out. how can you help people, when you phone Rep. is disrespectful to new clients.

CARE Counseling confirmed that they would take our EAP benefits as 6 sessions would be covered. We gave and they accepted the EAP confirmation code. Since completing the sessions (and doing so before the 6 sessions were up), they charged our new insurance company weeks later, refused to respond to calls, and only after our insurance finally got in touch after weeks of trying, now say they don't take EAP. This is a SHAM company that is out to take advantage of their clients. NEVER use them. Now any care we hoped to benefit from has been replaced by unexpected bills we were assured were covered by the company.

I feel it is VERY unprofessional for an establishment to require custody documentation for a child to get services. It makes the parent seeking treatment feel uncomfortable. It is especially unprofessional when services are being sought due to ongoing (8+ years) abuse by other “parent”. There is absolutely no reason that this should be required of a parent especially when these services aren’t being sought for a custody case but rather a genuine concern for your child’s psychological well being. I am very disappointed by this.

The care services are great, but unfortunately we've had several recurring billing issues with this group. They charged us the wrong amount on several occasions, and we've been billed for services we didn't receive multiple times. Their billing department goes straight to voicemail and you get passed around. No accountability. Fixing billing issues is clearly not a priority.

I started working at CARE Counseling in 2019 and I'm so proud to be a member of this team. Leadership is kind and compassionate, and my colleagues are smart, thoughtful, lovely people. I highly recommend CARE for adults, teens, kids, families, and couples.

My fiance and I went to Care for our premarital counseling and they were great! Their team really helped us talk through some big questions we were having trouble getting to ourselves and I know we are going into our union on the best possible foot because of their help. Also, the offices are really nice and the parking is great!

This place has been a joke. I’m trying to take steps and get help for my depressive disorder and I have tried 2 times to schedule an appointment. Both times the appointments were scheduled and both times the therapists were no shows. No communication. If you are having a hard time, try a different place because communication is disheartening here.

Billing department claims they try not to bill you twice in the same week, and yet they hit my card for over $400 within two days. No one was helpful over the phone, despite cleaning out my checking account. Everyone was rude, absolutely zero incentive to keep using your service. It's a real disappointment that the people who offer therapy don't care when they are the reason for your mental breakdown. Terry in particular was callous and rude despite the fact that their negligence was the cause of a suicidal episode. My therapist is great. This company is absolutely atrocious.

My experience with one of their clinicians can only be described as trauma. Be wary of Chris Clark if she happens to be your clinician.

I’ve been at CARE for a little over a month now and can’t even begin to explain what a great place it is to work. I have never felt so valued as a new clinician and am provided so many opportunities to get great training and guidance.

After experiencing some complications, the CARE billing team was extremely communicative and helped rectify the matter at hand. I would highly recommend CARE to anyone looking for counseling services.

Getting sent to a church after they caused a lot of your problems, says a lot. Tweaking and trauma often act the same. I'll probably be back with a worse attitude

I had a wonderful experience speaking with Erin at an event in my community and I am excited to start this journey with Care Counseling!
