moment
I
walked
into
the
store
I
was
greeted
very
nicely
and
immediately
approached
surrounding
the
circumstances
of
what
I
would
like
to
do
that
day.
We
started
off
on
the
right
foot
and
Jeff
who
took
care
of
me
was
fantastic.
The
store
was
immaculately
clean,
well
organized,
neat
and
well
presented.
All
items
hit
the
four
(p’s)
in
relation
to
my
background
in
marketing.
Product,
price,
position
and
place
of
items
were
very
well
presented
and
detailed.
Jeff
guided
me
through
my
whole
transaction
process
and
was
extremely
fair,
genuine,
kind
and
understanding.
There
are
plenty
of
shops
all
over
for
pawning
and
collectibles,
and
I
chose
Collectors
Coins
and
Jewelry
because
of
the
presentation,
honesty,
fairness
and
integrity.
He
even
stayed
open
an
extra
hour
so
we
could
do
business
because
I
was
in
the
area.
The
man
is
a
gentleman
and
one
of
the
good
guys
in
business
that
was
built
on
bullion
and
collectible
transactions/bartering.
All
in
all
the
experience
was
5
stars
and
if
you
are
looking
or
around
the
area,
I
suggest
you
check
out
the
interesting
and
valuable
items
he
has
in
his
inventory.
I
can
see
a
very
promising
future
with
this
shop
and
a
Jeff.
You
can’t
find
honesty,
integrity
and
authenticity
in
this
business
very
much
anymore,
and
the
genuine
kind
hearted
assistance
and
knowledgeable
information
I
got
the
pleasure
of
witnessing
when
I
dealt
with
Jeff.
Thank
you
so
much
for
your
honesty
and
fairness
in
all
transactions
and
treating
me/making
me
feel
special.
Just
the
way
the
situation
was
with
Jeff,
it
made
a
major
reason
for
me
to
promote
his
store
and

along
