I had a horrible experience... I was referred by a friend and was very excited about receiving my new lashes ($200) Not that I have a problem with the price, I figure you get what you pay for. Well took 3 hours and started to burn towards the end. I was told that was a little irritation and it was normal. So i left for the day hoping that all would be well. When i went home and looked at the lashes that evening I realized that they were going like 50 different directions and my eyes were blood shot and still a little irritated, by morning I looked like i had pink eye in both eyes. I contacted Heidi whom is the owner of the salon, and was told that it is common for the eyes to be red for 2 days and that it would go away , I then asked her where was that warning written down so that i could have used that as a precautionary measure and made a decision whether or not to receive the procedure. she said she completely understood and she said she would handle it. I then received a call a few minutes later from the employee that did the procedure, Janice also know as Heidi's sister. Well she was completely rude and kept cutting me off and I was told there is no refund and that I should go to the doctor. I would never recommend this place to anyone. A the very least should have remained professional and offered a sincere apology and just stated policy, but the customer service, not to mention the pain and the ugly job that was done was definitely not worth $200, Waste of time and money...

I've been very upset at aqua spa for quite sometime now. Been meaning to write a review. I got my manicure messed up here before and they said they would re do it again but I did not want to wait another hour. Then at the other location power went off while I was getting a facial. Both times manager did not speak with me and both times I paid full price. I have been coming here for years and recommended probably about 10 women who come here regularly and some not already due to their experience. Well, after 3 months of not going here I decided to come back in here for a quick pedi. I usually do get pedi and mani but they did not have anyone available to do it today. I did regular French pedi and it actually turned out great. New girl Natalia did great job and was careful and very attentive. I wish I could give 5 stars but my last experiences and lack of management concern leaves me with 3 stars. Hopefully one day I will be able to change it back to 5.

This is my first time coming to AquaSpa and I enjoyed it . The receptionist Samantha greeted me and introduced me to Young who took care of my gel Manicure and waxed my eyebrows. They were nice , professional ,very relax atmosphere and I can't wait to go back .

First time I got my eyebrows done here. She had taken off the top corner of my eyebrow. Literally said "Uh oh" doing them. They eneded up thinner than I wanted and I swore I wouldn't go back. Today I had no choice because the place I normally go to was closed. And my eyebrows look except I have a stupid looking red line under my eye cause she ripped my skin off. I didn't realize until she went to wipe the wax off and it was BURNING with whatever she put on me. I went home waited for the redness to subside and in that area it never did. This place is NOT a good place for eyebrows. Update: Second photo is from this morning.. It literally scabbed.

First experience here was very inviting and relaxing, area is very sanitary and definitely gave me a better experience than ones I’ve been to previously. Good place to practice social distancing if that’s what an important factor to you. I got Janice and she was a pleasure to have attend me, she is very cautious and attentive but she also makes sure her service is best. I will definitely be going to her every-time I come here now.

Please note edit below: For less than what I was spending to go to a "nail" place, I get a relaxing, spa atmosphere, pleasant workers and a professional job. And they honor my appointment, instead of taking a walk-in and trying to convince me they are "running late". Very professional and I'm proud to recommend them. EDIT: after expanding to another site, and the owner not spending as much time at this one, I definitely noticed a change in the service level. I took my daughter for a side by side pedicure with me, and the two women made her feel VERY uncomfortable about her hearing issue, made fun of her (guess they didn't think I understood them), and injured her foot. Needless to say, that was mkt last visit.

IMO A good pedicure is hard to find. Aqua day spa did not disappoint. My technician was Joanna. Warm personality, good cuticle removal and great massage. Spa was clean and very inviting. Relaxing lovely atmosphere. Looking forward to going back for a pedicure and perhaps a gel manicure. Prices were a couple dollars higher than normal, but worth it. EDIT 10/21/20: I have been loyal to AquaSpa since day 1. Every single technician I go to is awesome. Gabbi is my new pedicure person, she's fantabulous. Jackie takes care of my gel manicures. Jackie does a great job... terrific personality. I refuse to go elsewhere.

I just had the most amazing spa Pedicure. Silvia was my pedicurist and did one of the best massages on my calf and knee. She was very thorough and detail oriented. I left feeling wonderful and very satisfied. Will be coming back and asking for Silvia again!

Quality service at a reasonable price. Went today with my daughter. She got a manicure. I got a pedicure. We both thought it was one of the best we've had. Will be returning.
