Always a great experience. Good quality rental equipment, very helpful staff and great support, even on a Sunday evening! Prices are good and no "hidden fees" after returning the equipment. If you need a heavy piece of machinery, trailer or even just a tent rental for a family gathering, I wouldn't even bother shopping around, just call Sussex County Rental. These guys are the best at what they do and the quality and consistency of the equipment and experience will never disappoint.

Saw a trailer they rented to my friend. Broken light, clips holding the ramp were grossly inadequate. One ramp was a different color than the other. She lost a ramp as a result of the weak clips and they told her it was her fault. The ramps were 2 different colors because that probably happened to someone else. Shady dealings. Don't drive away without taking pictures of the entire trailer and inspecting it with one of their staff!

Had a very positive experience with them. We reserved large tents, chairs, tables, and fans and everything was in good order and condition. Equipment was dropped off/setup exactly when they said it would be, and same with the pickup after the party. The fans especially were such a plus to have with the august heat and humidity. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience from start to finish with Sussex County Rental Center! I was planning a Surprise 30th Birthday for my fiancé since May, when the party wasn't until August, (4 months advanced planning!) & SCRC was great every step of the way. They were super helpful and accommodating/understanding even when I had to change around quantities with tables & chairs due to fluctuations in RSVP numbers as time went on in the planning process. Brett & Drew were great to coordinate with & made none of this process stressful for me, just all around super easy. The delivery & pick-up times for all of the equipment was handled quickly & efficiently as well. Can't thank them enough for making our party a success with all of their tables, chairs & high-top tables!

Helped a friend pick up a log splitter. The two gentleman that helped hitch it to the truck were very willing to give us a quick toturial on safe operation. A fair price as well. I'll be back!

I Rented An Air Compressor for a DIY automotive project, and the General Manager went above and beyond helping me understand the new Air Impact Gun I had purchased and the Rented Air Compressor Operation. He also taught me about post maintenance, so that my newly purchased tool will last. His assistant staffer was also Awesome. Great Customer Service! Great Experience!
