My mother was supposed to have a follow up appointment with Dr. Singh after being in the hospital. Dr. Singh wanted to see my mom 6 weeks after discharge but when my mom called the office they couldn’t accommodate and made her follow up appointment in 3 months! It’s absurd that they do not have appointment slots for hospital follow ups. Dr. Singh prescribed my mom hydrocortisone for a pituitary gland problem. Now hydrocortisone is a steroid, and she should be monitored. Now after waiting 3 months my mom finally arrived for her appointment to be turned away bc they no longer accept her insurance. Ok that’s fine, stuff like this happens but I work in the medical field and you are suppose to follow up at least 1 visit with any patient you have treated in the hospital to make sure the treatment plan is working. Then refer her to another endocrinologist that participates with the patients insurance. My mother even offered to pay out of pocket just to talk to the doctor since she is having issues with her medication that this doctor put her on. They refused to see accommodate her. I will be filing a complaint to the medical board and calling CentraState to place a complaint on a physician that they hired to see their patients. This is medical malpractice. We are furious.

Dr. Singh and Dr. Prasad are both extremely kind compassionate and explanatory doctors. I was having some trouble with my insurance company and the office manager right away. Got on the phone with my insurance company and insured that I was able to get the test they wanted that they were swift in their actions and extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend this office to anybody who has any rheumatoid or endocrine issues Both are very professional in there specialties

Dr. Singh is my endocrinologist. I came to see her because of my sugar levels and she was very thorough with explaining to me what I have to do to lower my A1C. She takes her time and answered all of my questions and made me feel better about all my concerns. Apart from that she reviewed the rest of my blood work and noticed a vitamin b12 deficiency which she is treating me for as well. Her office staff is one of the the kindest most helpful around. They attend you as soon as you walk in the door! They are never rude and always helpful with booking appointments and answering any questions and accommodating all their patients. I have been to the office in both locations (Freehold and Jamesburg) and they are both very clean! I enjoy going to either location and I’m very glad I found a great doctor’s office who treats their patients well and is close to where I live.

My mother was recently hospitalized, Dr. Singh was her referee endocrinologist in the hospital and offered her her services outpatient. It took three months to see my mother and after confirming her insurance over the phone the day of her appointment they declined her service saying they no longer except her insurance. She was willing to pay out-of-pocket in the office they have said they will not allow her to pay out-of-pocket. She has Medicare as primary, for some reason her secondary insurance was placed as her primary and services were decline led without even attempting to fix the issue. I am referring physician to this office and I will never refer a patient here again for the way that we were treated the physician wouldn’t even come out and speak with me or my mother to clarify any issues.

I’ve been using Monroe Rheumatology and Endocrinology from October 2021. Dr. Singh, M.D. has been so helpful in diagnosing my problem. Dr. Singh sent me for a complete blood work up, which indicated low testosterone after recovering from Covid-19 last year. The problem I had is when my Health Insurance changed, and my Testosterone Replacement Therapy wasn’t covered. I called the Doctor offices and spoke with Jessica “office manager “. I explained the problem with my new insurance. Jessica and Dr. Singh filed an appeal and of course the insurance company denied the claim. That could have been the end, but Jessica stepped up and filed appeal of the original Denial. We won the appeal. I’m so grateful for Jessica and Dr. Singh, most importantly they cared for my well being. Thank you, Vincent

Dr Singh is the best endocrinologist!! I was so lucky to find her!! She is very knowledgeable and kind. She explains everything and doesn’t rush you at all. The front desk staff is top notch!! Amazing consistent service!! Jessica, the office manager, is the rock of the office. She went above and beyond to help me when I needed a little extra handholding with a medicine change. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr.Singh is my endocrinologist doctor who treats me for PCOS. I came to her because I told her I am low on vitamin D and also would like to know more about pcos and how to take care of that. She immediately sent me to get blood work done and within days after I was able to get an appt with her to go over my blood work. She prescribed me the correct medication to take. I am so happy with her work and how she takes her time with her patients. I will definitely be telling my family and friends about this office. The staff is so nice and sweet
