I
was
a
patient
10
days
,
I
was
a
walk
in.
Before
being
seen
,
I
asked
many
questions
such
as
out
much
out
of
pocket
for
sutures
,
the
visit
and
my
follow
up
.
The
PA
Nicole
Suvillan
and
the
receptionist
at
the
front
desk
,
explained
very
clear
that
the
$270
I
paid
out
of
pocket
was
included
for
the
visit
,
the
sutures
&
I
asked
is
there
a
fee
when
I
come
back
to
take
it
out
,
ms
suvillan
and
the
receptionist
said
that
will
be
included
in
the
follow
up
.
I
asked
for
it
to
be
in
writing
and
it
was
verbally
said
once
again
,
it’s
included
in
the
visit
charge
that
I
paid
for
.
Once
day
9
came
to
come
take
out
the
sutures
,
I
walked
in
and
waited
2
hours
to
be
seen
,
just
to
be
told
the
dr
didn’t
do
a
good
job
basically
with
stitching
me
up
and
it
wasn’t
fully
closed
so
they
didn’t
want
to
chance
it
to
take
out
they
stitches
since
it
was
on
a
joint
bad
place
on
my
hand
.
Not
to
mention
2
stitches
fell
out
on
its
own
so
that’s
why
it
wasn’t
fully
closed
smh
no
good
.
So
when
I
went
that
day
the
PA
Christine
said
to
me
I
will
not
be
charged
for
this
visit
,
because
it
didn’t
get
the
stitches
taken
out
and
wasted
my
time
anyways
,
when
I
could
of
been
told
from
jump
can
I
show
them
how
it
look
so
they
know
If
it’s
ready
to
be
taken
out
.
I
asked
her
before
leaving
will
I
be
charged
since
nothing
was
done
and
she
said
no
.That
day
no
one
mentioned
anything
about
a
payment
.
So
today
12/22
I
had
an
appt
for
10am
.
I
come
in
and
it’s
mentioned
to
me
that
$50
needs
to
be
paid
.
I
kindly
explained
to
them
the
details
in
regards
of
that
and
it
was
explained
the
$270
was
paid
for
which
is
included
in
my
follow
up
.
I’m
not
paying
$50
and
it
was
told
to
me
that
it
was
included
in
my
follow
up
visit
.
So
I
didn’t
get
my
stitches
taken
out
,
they
need
to
communicate
better
with
patience
and
have
it
in
a
writing
the
fees
and
stuff
people
are
paying
for
.
They
didn’t
do
a
good
job
on
my
hand
anyway
.
I
will
never
come
back
here
.
Y’all
need
to
get
better
with
patient
communication
and
being
clear
to
what
needs
to
be
paid
for
when
it
comes
to
a
DR
visit
.
You
guys
lack
that
and
now
look
.
