    It's 6/16/2017 2pm. The two girls that are working right now are so rude and unprofessional. I asked few question about a product and all I received was attitude and a eye roll specially from the shorter while girl . They were yearling across the store at a women with a child because her child was l climbing ladder which they should have never left in middle of the walkway. And even if the child was climbing they should have come up to the costumer and not yell across the store. Very unprofessional. Love coming to the store to get items but costumer service is most important in business, from now on I'm don't mind driving little further to get my supplies. Not coming back here again.

    Felt safe. I got most of the things on my list. The out-of-stock items were due to manufacturing delays. Staff was helpful with finding substitutes.

    I needed a particular curler. The employee was busy working and I didn’t want to bother her so I started to look for the item, she offered to help me and found my item right away. Nicole was helpful and kind. I will definitely be back. The store was organized and clean. Thanks Nicole.

    Parking is right in front of the store or a store down.... it's excellent! Staff is friendly, always asks if I need help but never harass or follow you around; I already know what I'm doing when I purchase. Prices are competitive to other stores and they always have what I need on the shelves! Idk what's not to like!

    I’ve shopped here twice and been charged the wrong price or had a promotion not applied correctly each time. The mistakes averaged $5-10. Make sure you check because the associates don’t care.

    Right when I walked in I heard one of the employees loudly talking with a coworker about having to poop while being on a date. I was taken aback, but ignored it since the workers were in the back and hadn't realized I came in. However after seeing me the one employee (young woman in glasses) continued the conversation, describing the event in gross details. After several minutes I awkwardly interrupted in order to ask if they had a specific product. She turned to me quickly, said no, and before I could ask for a recommendation for a similar product she turned back to her coworker to continue their personal convo. I immeidately walked out and went to another Sallys. Not sure what training these employees undergo, but clearly it isn't enough.

    I came in with a hair emergency tonight and the very helpful woman called what I assumed was the owner and FaceTimed so that I can get the products needed for my hair color. They were very helpful and courteous

    Went during the pandemic when Curbside pickup was being offered. I paid in advance, called when I was on my way and when I arrived I was ignored by 2 women as I knocked on the door (like the sign said to) . When she FINALLY came to talk to me, she was very annoyed asking for my name, relocked the door to ck for my purchase, returned with nothing and said I probably came to the wrong location and tried to close the door in my face. When I assured her I was in the right place & told her the name of the person who took my order (which was probably HER) she deep sighed, fake smiled and said “give me a moment please”. 5 mins later she found my 1 item purchase (right on the main counter) I could see from outside, And she acted like nothing ever happened. Sally’s must pay minimum wage because every location I visit has grown women & girls that could care less about their job and have zero social skills.

    The girl was extremely rude and clearly didn't want to be bothered. When I asked if I could ask her a question, she rolled her eyes at me. Like are you serious? Right after that I left without purchasing anything. Never coming to this Sally's again.
