Pretty much what you'd expect. Drinks are fine 90% of the time with the exception of the pearls and any other toppings you might add. Sometimes the pearls are rock hard and it'll catch you off guard. The place is filthy though. Looks like it's never been swept and the tables are rarely ever wiped off.

This specific location I highly recommend to NOT order from there. Me and my wife ordered today for a pickup. When we got home, her drink wasn't fully sealed and everything fell out. Mines was sealed wayyyyy too tight to push anything through and it was already cracked at the bottom (didn't notice until we got inside). When I pushed my straw through finally, the whole cup collapsed on itself. Long story short they need to re train the employees on how to properly seal people's drinks. We did get a refund but that's not sufficient enough for me to continue this franchise. No thanks Update 10/06: they have gotten sooooo much better and the staff is on point with the orders. Haven’t had a mishap with the sealing situation ever since I got an apology from the manager and a promise to Re train the team. Im literally a regular here now every night to get boba for me and my family. Appreciate y’all following up and improving so much!

I love this place. It is hard to find bubble tea places in NJ, and this saved my life! Super friendly, clean, and chill. The selections are good, and expected because it is a chain. The only thing I would suggest is to add a 10% sugar option. Right now, the little sugar option is 30%.

I have been coming to this location for a long time. It’s always fast and the customer service is always good with helpful staff. During my most recent visit, after I left the store, I immediately dropped my bubble tea. Totally my own fault. They saw what happened and replaced it and helped me clean up the mess. What more could a repeat customer ask for!

Last couple months the quality of the bubble milk tea has gone down. The taros are inconsistent compare to other kung fu tea stores in the area. It could be hard, stuck together or mushy. The drink itself taste like powder. While I wish to give better review, the quality control needs to be better.

Conveniently located Bubble tea store. There’s quite a wide variety of teas and smoothies to choose from which are delicious. You can access the site from the street or through Bonchon which is quite convenient (that’s how I found it).

1, the price of the menus on its store much more expensive than it posted here. I just purchased coconut milk tea with the price of $5.45 + $0.75 bubbles + $0.42 Tax = $6.62. But its screen showed $6.82. I asked the owner and he said the screen showed here. I checked the screen and totally mess up with $ 4.85+$1.55+$0.42 tax = $6.82. He charged me 20cents more, and I just let it go. 2, some of the bubbles are soft and some are very very hard like rock. I believe the store used overnight bubbles together with new bubbles! 3, The milk tea is terrible that I taste much power in the milk tea, which is totally non dairy ! 4, I heard some restaurants post cheaper price of menus online like the Gongfu tea does in order to attract customers to purchase their food. Apparently, this Gongfu tea shop is worst because it cheats customers twice. One is posting fake menu with $1.25 lower than the menus in the store. Another is even you are in front of the real menus, their electronic device still over charge you again! And the milk tea is terrible for non dairy and hard like rock bubbles! So do not shop at the store!

Just ordered 2 teas, when I tell you the amount of sugar that went into 1 drink is more than enough to put a diabetic in a coma…. Disgusting! Do better! Took 1 sip and had to drink a 1 liter bottle of water right after!

I am usually very pleased with my order but this time I feel like I wasted my $7. My drink was made with way too much ice. I ordered a blueberry lemon slush. I could only tell it was blueberry because of the color of the slush. But when drinking it there was little to know flavor of blueberry or lemon. It tasted liked all crushed ice. I was unable to bring it back because I had an appointment. There is definitely a difference in the flavor of the drink based on who is making it. Some employees nail it better than others.

This shop has such a good atmosphere. kiersten was my server and they chatted with me to keep me good company! Thank you Cozy Tea!!
