They're always friendly and have delicious burgers.

Place is horrible I ordered a burger with onions and mushrooms they gave me everything but patties Why go to a burger place and they forget to give you the burger will never go here again I suggest everyone just drive 5mins more down 22 better spot down the road

I understand businesses are short staffed but I placed an online order when I was about 10 minutes away. I got there exactly at the time it said my order would be ready. I know it normally takes a little bit longer...but not 43 minutes longer...this was just for 2 burgers. My web order should have gone ahead of customers who hadn't even ordered yet while I was in the store waiting. However they received their orders before mine. The way the in person and online orders are processed was extremely poorly managed, this aside from the staffing shortage which was visibly noticed. My experiences with Five Guys has been becoming noticably worse and worse, not specific to this location...all of them overall. It will definitely make me reconsider ordering in the future.

Out of all the fast food places, this is the best burger around. You can customize just how you like and all the ingredients are fresh and crisp. Small fries is more like a large and shareable. Fries are the best!

It was my first time visiting. I truly enjoyed their hamburger. The meat is cooked to perfection, I love their fries, although I wish they didn't overcook it.

Best five guys spot ever! The fries were honestly made with so much love (and seasoning) and the burgers really hit the spot too.

We came on a Monday afternoon shortly before dinner time and it took almost 25 minutes to recieve an order of small fries. The fries were very soft and not well seasoned. Don't recommend visiting if you're in a time crunch.

Ordered, Lettuce wrap little cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, mayo and extra pickles with fries. Lettuce wrap wasn’t edible. Came with NO mustard. The burger was dry. Fries COLD! I will never waste money at this location again! Very disappointed!

Things can add up fast, but at least the quality is there. The thing to be aware of at any Five Guys is that when you order a 'burger' it's automatically a double, unless you tell them that you want a 'small', which is their code for a 'single' patty. If you can, before you go know the kinds of toppings you want so you can help expedite your ordering process and not be the kind of customer who just blankly stares at the menu and says uhh, and I'll take some onions on that, no, wait a minute, make that sauteed onions, and umm katchup, and, ummm pickles, uhhhh . . .'. You get the gist here, right? Speaking of toppings, I love bacon, and love my burgers with bacon, but I've changed my mind on ordering bacon from Five Guys, or any fast food burger joint for that matter. What Five Guys, and most every other burger joint does, is they deep fry the bacon to cook it. Doing this destroys the bacon and its flavor as most places overcook the bacon with the method. It's just not worth the additional price for the bacon because the flavor and the texture just isn't there for the additional fee. Oh yeah, I find that the fries just aren't cooked enough for my liking and i always as for 'extra well done' on the fries so that they eventually end up crispy when I get them. Am I the only one who is bummed that they no longer have 'coffee' flavored shakes? Maybe I was the only one ordering them, but I do miss those.

I don't know why, but I love their burger. Cajan fries to die for. Can't wait for the peanuts to return post-covid.

The store was clean everybody had a pleasant attitude they even let non-customers use that bathroom even if he wasn't buying anything they still let you use that bathroom so yeah I think that's pretty cool

I love 5 guys burgers and there were pretty good. The service was ok and the fries were on the old side - i was on the fence about return them for fresh ones.

Picked up a Two Patty Cheeseburger, Large Fries, Two Oreo Milk Shakes and Salted Caramel Milk Shake, First off the fries, there are so many fries, and they're scrumptious, the burgers are perfect, and the milk Shakes are yummy, I personally like them after they've sat a bit in the freezer. Absolutely delicious and the service is very nice too.

I always enjoy five guys! Almost as quick as the crummy fast food, burger joints. Burgers are always delicious and fresh. Service was prompt and friendly.

Second time in 1 week that a simple order has taken over 30 mins. 3pm on a Saturday with less than half the tables filled should not take 30 mins (still waiting as I write this review). Nothing is coming out of the kitchen. If you are in a hurry or on lunch break find another location

Huge regular cheeseburger.. Next time I need to get the smaller version. Very tasty. However $40 bucks for 2 with 2 fries and 2 sodas. A bit much for fast food.

Good, quick, clean, and efficient upmarket burger joint, when you are in the mood. The menu is typical for all 5-guys locations, the kitchen staff is fast. The tables get cleaned regularly, which is a welcome change from most 5-guys locations. 2022 update: service got way slower, and coke machines are half-empty if flavors.

I simply enjoyed the meal. It was a little bit of a wait time. I'm not going to lie. But the food made up for it to be honest.

I had ordered online and the wait time was supposed to be about 30 minutes from ordering and it would take me about 20 to get there. I received another notification that it was already ready on my drive over. Upon arriving, I was told my food was still on the grill. I didn't expect to be waiting 45 minutes for a hot dog while I watched several other orders go ahead of me; one online order and several in person orders, including someone who had an order issue and added to her order. I understand being short staffed but this was ridiculous as I watched other orders go ahead of me. Only one employee checked in with me a few times while I was practically ignored by the other who was operating the grill. I have never had to wait so long for my food, had I known the wait time would be that long, I would have gone somewhere else. It's super disappointing because I do like their food but the insane wait time and way they go through orders was not worth it.
