Horrible horrible!!! I ordered through door dash. I’ve ordered from this place multiple times in the past and it was amazing. However , The last two times were horrible. My order was completely messed up both times and the chicken was gross. I threw my food away. Never again!!!

I would have given a zero if possible, Me and my family got food from there the other day and all got food poisoning and when we called to tell them they just laughed and said it had to have been something else but like we told them that's the only thing we all had the same that day so it has to be. Plus the food wasn't fresh and looked like it been sitting all day, I wouldn't eat here ever again and I told all my friends and family the same. Find somewhere safer to eat!! Very disappointed with this situation, bad business..

I just moved to this erea.. i had learned from this place .. catchy name for nothing.. di not want to come here and do this .. but so disappointed i order big amounts good food.. sad part yesterday was a disaster.. lets start with the beef stew the meeat so hard almost broke my tooth .. threw it out.. no yellow roce they let u pick but they send white. I am from new york and family owms restaurant and i an i was a chef before my hand operations ... the chicharon only bones .. the morir sonando is not some wierd orange juice all is fresh ... so disappointed. But they will be more disappointed since no more orders from there... will be ever purchase keep my 50 dollars..the reason y'all getting a star is do to not letting me postthis reviews

Food was good but presentation was horrible. Service was even worst. How do you have tables and I had to get up and order get up to get containers and my bill. Seriously only thing brought to my table was the food. I should have ordered to go. Then no detail bill given so I uad no idea what I got charged for each item. First time going here and definitely the last.

My husband and I buy dinner at Punta Cana once a week for our weekly "date night". Lots of meat options, but not vegetarian or vegan friendly. Pricing is great. Portions are large so you are definitely getting your monies worth. Parking can be a little tricky depending on what time of day you stop by because the restaurant is in a small shopping center. Not a lot of seating for dine-in. The restaurant is more setup for take-out. For the non-spanish speaking folks like myself, the staff is bilingual. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for great food at an affordable price point

Went to this place for the first time. Took my empanadas order and they took sometime to prepare my order (I liked it as they were preparing it fresh). empanadas were good too. A bit disappointing with the price! It was marked at $2 per empanadas on the black board at the restaurant and even on the menu they have shared online but I was charged $2.50 The price of empanadas is $1.50 or $2.00 in the area but thats ok. Rest, I have no complains but price point is something they can always work !

Garbage. Rice was dry and hard. Service even worse. It was only 7:15 and they were already cleaning the place while me and my friend were eating. Had the place smelling like pine sol and couldnt even enjoy the food. Couldve atleast gave us 15 minutes to finish.

The empanadas were simply awful! Chicken was dry and tasteless. The cheese empanada was terrible, too.

This place is all bad. The food is sitting out and the chicken is hard. Nothing is fresh and the customer service is terrible. I asked about the plantains that come with the meal and she said they are out and no substitution. The lady was very rude and the restaurant was empty. Just skip this place all together. I would give zero stars if I could.

We enjoyed their pulled pork, yellow rice, chicken empanadas, chicken noodle soup and baked chicken. It was all very flavorful. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. 👍

Excellent pernil! Delicious empenadas! And ther service was fast and friendly. Can't wait to try their mofongo next time I'm in the area.

I just ordered this shrimp meal and either the shrimp was cooked previously and refried, bad or they totally forgot it was cooking. The rice was also cold. They should be embarrassed to represent themselves this way. I do not recommend Punta Cana Grill as they have no pride in their food and they evidently don’t care about customer experience. Very disappointing.

I LOVE their Mofongo! Delicious and flavorful I also enjoyed the bean and rice as well. The cashier was so nice because I asked if they served Mofongo because most places I went to would say, "No" at certain times. She said, "Yes, but it'll take 20 min's because they make it fresh." I waited the 20 min's and it was worth the wait! I do recommend this restaurant, because this will be my go to Dominican restaurant even though I don't live out here.

I just purchased 6 empanadas and the empanadas was filled with air and hardly no meat inside. I was more friend dough than meat

After craving some tres golpes I decided to look up authentic Dominican restaurants nearby since I am new to this area. And this restaurant was amazing. Will definitely be back to try dinner options next.

Every time I come to New Jersey I always stop to eat at my favourite restaurant, Punta Cana Grill, it makes me feel like in my country, the combinations of flavours in each of the meals are better and better, the attentions are the best, the truth is that I give it a 10/10

Hands down worst Spanish food and service I ever got from someone who don’t write reviews. The food is extremely mid. Rice is dry even with gravy. I went at 7pm and the lady got mad we ate in was rushing us saying she was closing while store hours say 8pm starting using cleaning products while I was eating so strong I lost my appetite. Don’t go here.
