    Moved into a new building which makes it closer to the Tesla Superchargers and safer to walk to. ~1 minute walk.

    Good location, I don't go to this location often but when I order ahead, my order is usually waiting for me at the pickup counter. Ordered the Nitro Cold Brew Grande coffee and it tasted great. No acidic taste, and very smooth taste. Definitely order it again if I want a coffee treat.

    Horrible customer service period. Rude employees should not be in FOH  if they  are not equipped, successfully trained,  certified  to care for guests to provide a simple customer service and go above and beyond the call of duty. Rude employees should be terminated period. If someone asks for an Ice Macha with no ice, simply give the customer an Ice Drink with no ice: End of conversation. An employee on drive thru today Sunday 9/17 at the store located 939 US-1, Edison, NJ 08817, told my wife and I quote " If you ask for an Ice drink than is an Ice drink and its comes with Ice in the the drink" A hot drink is a hot Drink end quote" are you serious? This is how startbucks train and certified employees to behave this way and handle customer by being argumentive? If I ask for no ice, then I will expect my Ice Macha drink with no ice.  Starbucks has a negative reputation with badly trained employees and atrociously handling customers with the most basic requests. Starbucks is a prestige brand and keeping badly trained employees should not be an option on the table. I don't want any coupons, I don't want a free drink just stop recruiting rude employee because that ruins the overall guests experience.

    Sneha, who took our order was very friendly and attentive. She totally made a difference by being happy and cheerful even at the end of the shift. She was very helpful and patient while she took our order and while explaining to me how I could earn stars in the Starbucks app. Great experience

    What seem to be a new employee made my drink. She looked like she was in a rush and clueless. After trying to put the lid on the cup, instead of calling someone to help her, she just gave me the cup and the lid and told me to do it myself. I asked if someone can help her because I couldn’t get it either she said she didn’t want to get her manager. I was annoyed already with the long wait so I left without a lid and my drink ended up spilling. Never going here again if the service is going to be like that.

    Typical Starbucks quality in a nice spacious place. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The outdoor seating area and drive thru is a plus.

    I frequent this Starbucks all the time even though there are two other locations closer to my home. I just love the location and atmosphere of this Starbucks and there are plenty of fun things to do in the area after you grab your drink(s)!

    I hate this location! My order is always wrong! Placed an order on Uber eats and immediately called to politely ask for light ice since they no longer offer the option. My drink is 98% ice after they said no problem. Just wasted $25. Will NEVER be back! This is my drink with all of the ice removed for reference.

    the new employees are quite rude and make the drinks wrong. you pay for espresso and they just dont know how to put it in and i get the wrong drink 2/3 times. Other locations are much better. bad employee training.

    Customer service needs a lot of improvement. It seems like they can’t retain their employees and always have new ones. Only 1 or 2 people really understand what they are doing unfortunately.

    Either the girl was new, or I don't know what. But, my boyfriend asked for a Large - Venti Peppermint mocha, and I heard her repeat "okay, a Venti peppermint mocha, and what else?" We proceeded to order a Carmel ribbon crunch, which was grande. He asked for a Black iced coffee. We get to the window, I see her making grande sized drinks, he says something, manager says we ordered a grande. Which I very well didn't. Then stared at us after handing us 2 drinks and looked scared asking "why were were still here" so we had to mention our Black iced coffee, which was large, and they added sugar to.

    Everyone at this location is always friendly and if there’s a wait they acknowledge you first and make you aware of the wait. This is the only location where they actually listen to my order and get it right every time. Stop reviewing based on price and wait times. It’s Starbucks, there’s usually always a wait. I’ve been to numerous locations and have been buying Starbucks coffee for over 10 yrs. This is one of my favorite locations to visit every morning.

    Beautiful spacious store. Not busy in the seating area, but the drive-thru had a decent line around noon. Staff were friendly and chilled, this is a plus for the store. The store management team has a huge room for improvement, especially the efficiency. No reason for me to wait in the store when no one else was there being served. Staff didn't event acknowledge while chatting. Interestingly they almost forgot my drink while everyone who came after me got theirs. Disappointing!

    Barista didn’t even know that a Caramel Macchiato is supposed to come with vanilla, so he kept making it wrong. Also really unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Never coming back to this location.

    Person at the drive thru at 9:26 am on 11/10/23 is extremely rude. I ask for median hot coffee with cream and sugar, and the female cashier asked me “How many sugar?” I said to her”just regular sweets .” “ How many sugar.?” “ Make it regular sweets.” “ How many sugar?” “How many sugar?” So horrible!!!

    I don't know why but the coffee I get here always tastes bitter it seems like they don't clean their coffee machines on the regular basis those things have to be thoroughly flushed every day so there is no residue that gives it's that nasty aftertaste.

    We stopped in after our karaoke Bridal Party to have drinks and the Starbucks counter girl came over with a free drink that the bridesmaid was interested but didn’t end up ordering. Really nice people and added to our happy occasion. Thanks guys!

    Chubby guy and the lady who did the drive thru on Dec 3rd at 8:30am is very rude and has no customer service. She got some nerves refusing a refund for a drink when she made it wrong. If you hate your job that bad just leave and stop taking your frustration out on customers.

    I will definitely sue on them the way they treated us . We request so many times to put very very light Ice but, still they put half cup of ice and I’m very alergic to Ice they didn’t listen to their customers properly I think they need ear checkup every single day blood stupids.

    I removed 1 star just to warn people do NOT ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS. Your drink will arrive leaking with more liquid in the bag than in the cup. Having said that, I am a loyal customer to this location. People who give 1 star clearly don’t know what it’s like to work in a fast paced and understaffed environment with demanding customers and complicated orders. They’re doing the best they can, people. I’ve had to wait a while in the drive thru so tip: order on the app then pick up inside, it’s usually a little faster or at least you can wait to pick up your order until it’s actually ready. I had a wonderful experience today with a newer employee- didn’t catch his name but he had some blackout tattoos and an awesome mullet. My order was wrong and even though it was hectic and overcrowded he was very polite to me, he even took the time to apologize and tell me to have a good day. It may not seem like much but it was crowded and chaotic and he could have tossed the drink my way and walked off. I appreciate the courteous attitude very much. This is one of the only times my order was wrong too. I am begging you one star reviewers to have more compassion. If it’s too busy and you’re complaining about the wait, order ahead or invest in a coffee maker.

    I am very impressed and pleased by the experience manager Mia gave me visiting this location.She was very knowledgeable and concerning how my coffee was being made. I will highly recommend anyone to this location
