I
don’t
mean
to
be
rude,
but
my
God
the
receptionists
here
are
terrible
and
not
very
good
at
what
they
do.
I
accidentally
clicked
the
wrong
button
during
the
automated
confirmation
call
a
few
days
ago
and
didn't
confirm
the
appointment.
The
day
of
the
appointment
(today)
I
called
and
asked
if
it
was
still
on
and
if
I
could
change
from
in
person
to
Tele
visit,
was
told
yes.
I
never
received
a
link
and
followed
up
with
another
call,
was
told
they
were
busy
and
there's
probably
some
delays
and
I'd
get
it
any
moment.
Waited
over
an
hour,
nothing.
Called
back
and
was
told
the
appointment
was
cancelled
since
I
didn't
confirm
during
the
initial
call
days
ago...
No
more
appointments
until
May
so
I
decided
to
go
elsewhere
since
I
already
had
to
wait
a
month
for
this.
I
realized
after
disconnecting
I
was
already
charged
the
copay
and
called
back
for
refund.
Was
put
on
hold
then
hung
up
on,
twice.
When
I
called
back
I
was
told
to
speak
with
billing.
Billing
said
they
can
just
void
the
transaction
and
connected
me
back
to
office.
Office
didn't
even
answer
this
time
and
sent
me
straight
to
vm.
I
had
a
billing
issue
once
before
with
Vanguard
and
never
saw
that
money
again.
This
is
a
terrible
experience
overall,
but
I
feel
like
i
dodged
a
bullet
with
this
place.
I'm
definitely
not
rescheduling
or
recommending
this
place
to
anyone.
What
an
unnecessary
waste
of
time.
