The staff at Vanguard Medical 🏥 Group was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs. The receptionist was pleasant as well and helped me with any questions I had about payments all the way to questions about COVID-19 Booster Shots. Overall, I would highly recommend this medical 🏥 facility to anyone who needs medical 🏥 care with a helpful and understanding staff.

This group is incredible. From the front desk to the provider to the lab I highly recommend Vanguard. I was able to have my labs drawn in the Quest lab (located inside the practice) and I got my results back within 12 hours!!! All I can say it wow! Vanguard is a gem that I will be using for my entire family!

Dr Julie Matthews is a breath of fresh air. She will find out your problem and explain to you the different ways you can get better. If you need a sports medicine doctor don't see Dr. Yuct. I have been in major pain for years. I didn't have insurance so it took me a while to be able to get an MRI. I still paid alot but that's besides the piont .. he knew that I was waiting to know what was going on! It took two weeks for him to tell me to go to a different doctor. Thanks for caring doc!

New to the area. Went here for a physical. Horrible experience and not a thorough exam. Didn’t even get a doctor. Was a physicians assistant. All the guy did was go over my blood work, check my ears, and put his stethoscope over my sweatshirt. Nothing more. Was a total waste of my time and now I have to go to a real doctors office to get a proper exam. This place is terrible and I’ll never go back. I urge you to avoid Vanguard at all costs.

Dr. Christina Conklin is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure to see. The NFL always available always on time and always very informative. Her bedside manner is a five star.

Great scheduling flexibility and fully staffed so I can be seen quickly when needed. Very convenient on site lab and imaging center to have most tests done on site. Have always been pleased with the care I have received so I highly recommend VMG.

The PA I saw (Khan) was fantastic about addressing my concerns. We discussed a path forward, gave me watch outs and let me know to contact her at any point before my follow-up if I had additional concerns. I highly recommend the Vanguard group.

Do not go with Dr. Daftani if you are a person of color grieving!! She did not take my grieving period serious and caused me more stress. Because of her lack of urgency on my disability paper work, I did not receive my disability funds for 6 months! literally my last day of work was May 2023 and I just received my funds in November 2023! I got eviction notices and could not pay my bills. I started speaking up after about 4 months because I was denied my disability twice at that point. And then when she got tired of me speaking up for myself, she tried to submit paper work with inaccurate dates so that I wouldn't get my full past due amount. Literally I had to have her resubmit THE SAME PAPER THREE TIMES IN ONE HOUR! If I did not read through it, I wouldnt have gotten my full amount. She continuously made me come back for check-ups to pay the co-pay, just to not submit my paperwork accordingly or at all. I am livid and she will be reported to the department of health. I will never go back here. The receptionist all seem friendly but they also were responsible for submitting my paper work on time. Dealing with them was THE WORST part about my grieving process. If you are anticipating disability, make sure you SEE a confirmation that it was submitted. Or just go somewhere else. I specifically waiting until my disability was approved before submitting this review out of fear they would try to further delay my disability payment some more.

Front desk personal very helpful. Calling in to get a appointment. They listen to your needs an times an do there best to get you your times. From Dr. Moscato my primary to asking for whoever is available. Always professional. Listens to concerns. Goes out of there way to explain. Been a patient a long time an always excellent care

Lara Kothari, PA-C has been my primary physician for years. Lara is professional, thorough and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend her.

I don’t mean to be rude, but my God the receptionists here are terrible and not very good at what they do. I accidentally clicked the wrong button during the automated confirmation call a few days ago and didn't confirm the appointment. The day of the appointment (today) I called and asked if it was still on and if I could change from in person to Tele visit, was told yes. I never received a link and followed up with another call, was told they were busy and there's probably some delays and I'd get it any moment. Waited over an hour, nothing. Called back and was told the appointment was cancelled since I didn't confirm during the initial call days ago... No more appointments until May so I decided to go elsewhere since I already had to wait a month for this. I realized after disconnecting I was already charged the copay and called back for refund. Was put on hold then hung up on, twice. When I called back I was told to speak with billing. Billing said they can just void the transaction and connected me back to office. Office didn't even answer this time and sent me straight to vm. I had a billing issue once before with Vanguard and never saw that money again. This is a terrible experience overall, but I feel like i dodged a bullet with this place. I'm definitely not rescheduling or recommending this place to anyone. What an unnecessary waste of time.

I'm not one for really enjoying doctor visits, let alone physicals - but I am really happy to have Dr Seise. I feel like he gets you, and has a great memory for making a connection that feels more so than Dr/Patient. Can Guard Medical us also very clean, safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend if they're in your health insurance network.

I have been a patient here for the last 30 years. The staff is always friendly & accommodating. All of the Drs and PA’s are thorough and the follow case is excellent. Very well-run office, I am always impressed by their efficiency and attention to details.

I’ve been going here for 20 years on and off. They are the best. My favorite doctor retired but they are still the best set of doctors you’ll find anywhere. They accept a ton of insurances. Only downside parking sucks at the Verona Office if it’s a busy day

This drive-up service was amazing. I had just spent 4 days in bed with a fever waiting for results from the AFC in Cedar Grove and when I never received my results (4 days later) I had to call them to find out what was going on and the lab said the never received my specimen. So I went to Vanguard today - same day scheduling. I pulled up a minute late but their check-in process was so smooth. A girl came out to do rapids for me for Covid and the flu then swabbed my throat for strep. They had set up a telehealth appointment for me 45 mins later where I spoke to a doctor and they gave me my results all in one shot. So what took me 4 days at AFC arguably took me 56 minutes here. Turns out, I’ve had the flu for 4 days and couldn’t change the course for meds bc theraflu would’ve needed to have been taken the 1st or 2nd day of feeling sick in order to be effective. 👌🏼

Vanguard is a great office. I've only had good experiences there and the office staff is always able to get me an appointment right away when I'm feeling sick. For regular check-ups, the PAs and doctors that I've seen are so kind and good at listening to my concerns.

Vanguard has been my medical group for many years and currently my primary care physician is Dr. Smith. My experience with the facility, staff, and Dr. Smith has been wonderful. This is a very well run institution, and when you need an appointment, it is quite readily available.

Julie Matthew is a wonderful PA-C at Vanguard Medical. She is kind and caring, and very knowledgeable. She’s not afraid to get a second opinion when something looks questionable in a CAT scan or MRI. She wants the very best for her patients, and is a good listener. This makes her patients feel comfortable and at ease when they have an appointment with her. I am very thankful for Julie.

The staff are caring and nice. No wait you go in time. The clinic always not busy because they’re very organized and punctual and sometimes they don’t accept new patients because they do not want overload. The doctors and the PA’s ,Nurses are very knowledgeable and nice. I would advice anyone to be a patient there.

Just had an incredible experience at VG Verona. They had an in-car COVID test before my appointment and a sick entrance. They listened and took the time to hear my symptoms. Thorough. Patient kind and smart. So grateful.

Very official, competent medical provider. Sometimes the original appointment can be delayed for more than 20 minutes, the medical person assigned to you seems very willing, patient, and capable in answering any questions you have and listening to your concerns. Also there is an automated check-in process that does not complete successfully unless you provide front and back images of your driver's license. What's up with that?

All the staff at Vanguard Medical Group have been nothing but professional, compassionate, informative, and super helpful. I was ill and needed care and they were so quick to schedule at the soonest available times. The Nurse Practictioner I had a Telehealth appointment with shared valuable information and was supportive. I highly recommend this practice!

My most recent visit to Vanguard Medical was to go over some test results with my doctor. Dr. Smith was wonderful - patient, kind, answered all my questions, was thorough but not alarmist. I feel fortunate to have her as my doctor. The staff was also very good.
