    Went in today (drove a half hour) to buy the products recommended to us by our awesome tech who visited our home, and we were turned away because they couldn’t give our tech commission for the work he did if we purchased through anyone but him. It honestly felt like the employees didn’t want to do all the work if they weren’t getting the commission since they were closing in a half hour. I don’t know who to blame - the employees or Best Buy policies. Some clarity on this would be appreciated.

    Usually a pleasure to visit. We were looking for a new dryer. We asked to speak to an associate in appliances. After waiting for half an hour - another associate takes care of us. He then indicated that the staff for the appliances was not available until 10 am. Wow! Staffing issues. We decided to purchase elsewhere, same machine, lower price, much better service warranty at a better price. Plus immediate service!

    I purchased this expensive Samsung refrigerator with the warranty and delivery and installation all through BestBuy. The order was delivered with a huge dent on one side and long scratch, they changed out the unit for a brand new one, or so I thought. After a while, the ice machine began to intermittently work and dispensed this shard of plastic into my lemonade, I drank it only to almost choke on this plastic piece that was dispensed. I called Samsung and they sent a repair tech to my home and found this large plastic piece lodged in my ice maker, the piece does not belong to any Samsung fridge and definitely not this one. This refrigerator has never been taken apart or fixed by anyone, only delivered and set up by the BestBuy vendors at my home. How is this possible!!! I have spoken with several Samsung reps and managers and they state it is on BestBuy to resolve this. How is this possible. Two refrigerators with issues from BestBuy. This one cut my mouth on the inside as I almost choked on this plastic piece.

    Wish I could leave zero stars. I signed in using their scan to sign in. Waited around, saw multiple employees gathered talking, asked the gentleman behind the counter if he was only one actually working, he looked like a deer in headlights saying I'll get a text. I didn't waste anymore time there. This Best Buy used to be pretty good but I've walked out three times now because of nobody to help and bought a refrigerator elsewhere, upright freezer elsewhere and now a phone.

    Initial order for 4 Samsung appliances was placed on 8Jul2023 with delivery of 3 items within week and received on time. 4th item (refrigerator) they rescheduled 4 times (delayed by 4 months) accusing Samsung production issue. Finally they called me in Oct to inform that I will not be getting this item because Samsung do not make this model any more. I cancelled the order and order new one - same story with new model. They rescheduled 2 times and at this point I still had my kitchen pending completion of renovation because of this last piece of appliance. I ended up ordering same model from Samsung with better price and was delivered in 3 days. On top of this sales rep (Blake from Woodbridge Best Buy where order was placed) is one of the worst rep I have seen and dealt with in my life. This guys will not take any responsibility, even he promised to call back and he never did. Below picture is from Samsung refrigerator that I received from Samsung directly.

    When customer is doing research online before purchase big ticket item a washer dryer or tv or any electronic. Best buy is the place to make final purchase. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I was helped by Luis. It was very busy store hours, he took his time to explain us about the electronics we were purchased. Thank you

    The Best Buy in-store experience keeps getting worse but this store was the worst I've visited so far. There was no one to help and I was being redirected from one section to another saying that someone would come to help you out while I saw most of the associates standing around and chit chatting with each other. A lot of other customers were also having the same experience. Probably better to buy it online.

    Best buy's been around for a long time especially this one right here, the quality demand of customer satisfaction is no longer a grade (A) I think with a little bit improvement they could get right back on track, although it's the number one spot for electronics.

    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Spent 2 hours being transferred to different departments. Everyone was incompetent Update: I am not someone who usually takes the time to write these reviews. But, today I went for the installation of the device that the employees told me I would need to purchase in order to accomplish what I was looking to have done. Unsurprisingly, they had told me to purchase the wrong parts meaning that I wasted a full day at Best Buy. P.S. I reached out to the owner as they requested below my post to tell them about my incident and was told it was a "one-off incident" and my frustrations were completely disregarded. Recommendation: Do not waste your time with them!

    We waited 25 minutes inside the store while several employees said someone would come to help, after all this time no one came back. We left the store and purchased online with the promise that the item would be ready in one hour. After one hour and a few minutes we called the store because we never got any text with the order update, they said over the phone they didn’t know when they would have my order ready. I even said that I would wait another few minutes, but clearly they didn’t even know where was the item or didn’t want to prepare the order. After all this we canceled the order and purchased at Target which provided us with a better customer service

    I visited the Geek Squad at Best Buy regarding my laptop (at least 4 years old). The staff was awesome. They were professional and personable. They listened and did not make me feel like an idiot. They, for example, conducted diagnostic check, viruses removal (key logger type virus), removed the infected virus protection software, and recommended and installed another virus protection software. They explained the issues in clear and precise terms. My computer was ready earlier than expected. The cost...Luckily for me, I had a Best Buy/ Greek Squad protection, which covered the entire cost.

    There are a lot of empty shelves and open box items. It looks like a place going out of business. They had several customers waiting for assistance without enough people to help. At the front there were 2 guys working really hard to handle checkout, returns, and online orders. They really need to figure out appropriate staffing.

    I had to drive to another store for my TV they didn't have in stock. All I'm going to say on this matter but I got my product from Best Buy this time around.. maybe not next time if a TV purchase is going to be so much work for me the customer to get my product the same day in store. I like the human interactions in store but can do without hassle. Step it up Best Buy! logistics shouldn't be too hard for an established company such as yours.

    Unfortunately purchased a few defective parts and had no issue at all exchanging them for new. Great help. Minus one old fat white guy. Told me he'd get someone to help me and then completely forgot as I stood by the Ram display case for 15 minutes. Besides that, 5 stars definitely.

    Bottom line: don’t trust a thing they say—do your own research and check item availability on the app. I have came here twice now, and both times, the employees have been misinformed and condescendingly insisted that their own false facts are more reliable than my own knowledge of what I need. I assume it’s because I am a young woman, but if I come in looking for a very specific part that I can name, it should be assumed that I know what I’m looking for. Yesterday, I came in asking for a certain SD card. The man working in the photography section immediately told me that they don’t carry the kind I needed, and when I responded to his question asking about my camera model, he asserted that I would only be able to use a small sized card because it was an older camera. *Everything he told me was wrong.* I went home, selected the exact card I needed from the app (which it said was in stock) and ordered it for pick-up from that same location. Unsurprisingly, it actually was available in the store for me to get within an hour… and also unsurprisingly, it works perfectly in my camera and when importing the photos. Taking this as a life lesson.

    Placed an order for curbside pickup and waited for over 20minutes. I then called and asked if anyone was coming out with my order and the guy just said "uh yeah sorry you're gonna have to come inside" I then explained that my toddler was in the back sleeping which was the reason why I chose to do curbside pickup and he didn't care and said I still have to come inside and pick it up myself. I had to wake up my son up and deal with a meltdown because no one was capable of doing their job. Don't offer a service you cannot provide!! I also would've been very understanding if they had called me themselves to let me know that I had to come inside instead of waiting for over 20 minutes like an idiot.

    Ive been shopping for a second sound bar for my home and i chose buying it at best buy...the salesman Louis was one of the most patient members if ever delt with at this store throughout all my years of going there.... he was very detailed with explaining the pros and cons of various bars and without any pressure left the choice to be up to me... he was very knowledgeable about all of the products and although it took me 3 different ones to eventually find the one that worked right for me... im very happy and i hope that every member of the best buy team could follow his lead . This man took time from his break to help me and made sure i was satisfied ..👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾Thank you again Louis and i love my Samsung sound bar!

    When in need of an item quick and can’t wait for shipping, Best Buy in-store is a great option. Easy to go in get what you need and get out. Not much of a wait to check out if any. Staff are usually helpful but most of the time I don’t need help. They have a good amount of stocked shelves and quantity of items. Overall good store.

    Holy hell this place is bad, no employees and they don’t wanna be bothered. Truly was dumbfounded walking around this place, the guy at geek squad was entertaining a conversation with this woman for over 35 minutes about setting up an email while I and a woman on crutches finally got up and left. The line was 11 people deep, this is truly ridiculous.

    Great store. Never overly crowded and generally someone is available to help. I wish they had less products on the floor (i.e. open box tvs that are lined up) but otherwise, no issues. If I was hunting for open box items, this would be a great place to come though

    Bought an occulus but sat there waiting by the item for a very long time. Wish that they had sales reps walking around to help customers. I had to hunt someone down at a desk and was directed to the register and had to ask for my item there. They really need to offer better assistance to people like me who don’t always shop there.

    The biggest highlight and the reason I chose to write this review is because of my most recent shopping experience at Best Buy during which I encountered very knowledgeable sales associates, who were patient enough to help me even during the busy holiday season. Whenever I had a question or needed help making a decision, I was able to find someone who was able to assist me. They were patient and took the time to explain different features and options, which made it much easier for me to make an informed purchase. To sum this up, I would certainly recommend shopping at this location for anyone in need of electronics or home appliances, especially for someone who is looking for help. The store is well-stocked, the prices are competitive, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best locations I have been to and I am saying this because I have gone to other locations where the service wasn’t as great.

    Mostly worked with the Cellphone Department!! Overall a great group of lads. I was helped mostly by Matt and Chris and they knew everything and everything about the phones and the cellular services. When a problem arose with a defective phone I received they stayed on the line with Verizon for I kid you not 3 hours, making sure that everything would be reimbursed and I would receive a proper iPhone 14 Pro. It was all hands on deck at the tech department and it seemed like everyone was willing to help Really nice staff overall, haha their GM even gave me a water because he saw I was waiting for so long.

    Went there looking for something specific. Asked one employee and he went and "checked," but quickly came back with nothing. While I was walking out I saw Alicia, and asked her about it; just to make sure. She went to check and immediately showed up with several options of what I was looking for! Alicia was absolutely amazing and helpful, where as the other employee didn't even try. During checkout, she was very friendly and even funny! You should hire more people like her because she kept me as a customer.

    If your goal is simply to see an item in which you are interested at a brick and mortar store, you might accomplish what you need here. But if you need help or want to talk to someone to provide information about a product, you’ll likely be out of luck. On the day I was in store, the only staff were found at the returns desk and the geek squad desk. No one on the sales floor, no one in the Magnolia area, no one even in the cell phone phone dept.

    ***update*** I was surprised to see the merchandise holes that I saw today (5/4/22). I've posted a picture. Not blaming Best Buy as I'm sure all electronics stores are feeling the supply chain shortages, but my purpose as a reviewer is to inform on current situations. I'm giving this rating based on an internet purchase that I used the curbside pickup for. The instructions and design of the process was easily understood and efficient.

    Had my wife's 2017 Subaru Crosstrek taken in for a radio upgrade from Mike and Joe who did a phenomenal job. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable before, during, and after the install was completed. We both would definitely come back even considering our 40min drive just to get there. Thank you both once again!

    Purchased a mobile phone in store which they issued a gift card. When I am returning both mobile n gift card, but they denied to return full amount although there were clear instructions in bill that only deducted if I don’t return the gift card. Tried to explain to supervisor. Mr. Travis but he keeps telling that system is not allowing and he is not guaranteed what it’s prints in bill. So whose responsibility then ? Totally unacceptable and explaining me that he has not designed the billing system. Store supervisor is asking me to check with customer care although purchase was in store. Please have look of purchase bill what it was printed. kindly be aware of these gift cards and purchases in Best Buy.

    Plenty of parking, lots of selection, the layout of the store is much better then before. Real easy to find what you are looking except for a sales person to help. BB is getting like Home Depot, everything you need except for the customer service. I was finally able to get someone to help after wandering asking different associates for help with an Apple Watch. I didn’t need to know about the watch and how it works only want to purchase it. 30 minutes later I purchased it and walked out.

    I ended up buying a new tv for my bedroom. It was good experience and I got a really good deal on a nice Samsung TV. Very pleased with the store manager and Casper my salesman. All went very smoothly.
