We
waited
25
minutes
inside
the
store
while
several
employees
said
someone
would
come
to
help,
after
all
this
time
no
one
came
back.
We
left
the
store
and
purchased
online
with
the
promise
that
the
item
would
be
ready
in
one
hour.
After
one
hour
and
a
few
minutes
we
called
the
store
because
we
never
got
any
text
with
the
order
update,
they
said
over
the
phone
they
didn’t
know
when
they
would
have
my
order
ready.
I
even
said
that
I
would
wait
another
few
minutes,
but
clearly
they
didn’t
even
know
where
was
the
item
or
didn’t
want
to
prepare
the
order.
After
all
this
we
canceled
the
order
and
purchased
at
Target
which
provided
us
with
a
better
customer
service
