My favorite restaurant in Princeton. The food is scrumptious and staff is brilliant. Great wine selection. We also like ordering couple of appetizers and wine just to evening if we are not too hungry. The main dish portion is quite big.

My new favorite spot! The Sangria is delicious and not too sweet. We came for brunch without reservations and were seated at the bar until a table in the wine cellar opened up. The atmosphere is upscale but casual. The short rib hash was unbelievable, probably one the best dishes I’ve ever had! Their salads are amazing as well, with the flavors being incredibly well thought out. Our server was professional, prompt, and efficient!

Made a reservation for 8pm, was seated within 2 min of arriving. Our waiter Liam was courteous, helpful, and fast but a little quiet. Food overall was excellent, standouts being the shrimp tacos, margherita pizza, and Venison. Dessert was also good but not on the same caliber of rest of food - try to go to the great ice cream parlors of Princeton instead.

I went here with friends for a birthday. We had to sit at the bar, which got a little uncomfortable after a while. But the food came out pretty darn quick. I had the shrimp tacos as an appetizer, and then the crispy chicken as the main course. I don't think I've ever tasted chicken with this kind of flavor. I'm not sure what they use exactly, but it is delicious. I was indifferent on, if I recall, is buttermilk ranch. For some reason, a little bit of red pepper flakes seemed to be added to it. My peers mentioned that their food seemed to be over-spiced. You can easily devour this chicken without the need for the ranch, which seemed a little watery for a ranch. The star of the show, in addition to the chicken, however -- was the vanilla ice cream for dessert. I do wonder if this is the result of food tasting better with friends -- but to be honest, my awesome friends totally said the ice cream was delicious too. So yeah. Enjoy your meal. But get the ice cream. It is totes worth it.

Really enjoyed this spot in Princeton. Known for the flatbreads - but everything on the menu was fantastic (had the tube ceviche - and a frittata). Drink selection was nice - and service was very attentive. Make sure you make a reservation!

We visited on a Tuesday for lunch and the place was hopping! I recommend you make a reservation to be sure you don't have to wait for a table. Staff was friendly and attentive and service was quick but not rushed. The homemade lemonade was the best I've ever had, the food was fantastic and save room for dessert. I highly recommend this farm to table restaurant if you are in Princeton.

What I loved? We loved every dish and drink we tried from the seasonal pomegranate sangria to the cappuccino! Why do I love it? Dishes tasted fresh - fresh herbs, vegetables, scallops, etc. No fillers. Large portion sizes so be sure to be hungry when you arrive. The atmosphere is high energy so if you are looking for a place to have a quiet conversation this is not it. It is lively and energy filled - all positive. The server was excellent, too. He asked great questions to help us assess our best meal choices (this was our first visit). What dishes/drinks did we have? Pomegranate sangria, calamari (so fresh tasting with a wonderful sauce and arugula), scallops, vegan chili, cappuccino, lemon meringue tart (we licked the plate on this one- THE freshest tasting tart I had ever tasted). What should you know before you go? Two things: 1) Definitely make a reservation well in advance. This was THE best advice we were given. The restaurant was packed on a Thursday evening at 6:45 pm when we arrived. 2) Plan to spend $100-$125 per person. BUT the meal and drinks are worth every penny. In fact, my colleague commented at the end of our meal that he would have paid even more! I agree. Do I recommend? Emphatically yes! In fact, I look forward to returning when I am in Princeton next! See also the photos I’ve posted of the menu and presented food!

Went out to dinner there on a Friday evening for our 33rd anniversary. Had to book of course - place was packed and loud - hardly surprising. So if you want a quiet romantic evening there, perhaps during the week might be better. Food was absolutely superb - local halibut was perfect, duck confi was delicious, dessert was lovely, coffee was excellent (45 Roast we were told). Service was excellent too. Highly recommended.

SO delicious! The menu looks like your typical American fusion restaurant. But it was far from it! I’ve never had a spicy Ahi Tuna Tartare before, but it was incredible! All the dishes had so much flavor. Portions were just right. And the ambiance was lovely! Service was also very kind. If you’re in the Princeton area, check this place out!

We decide to come here because of the search for Micheline Restaurant in around Princeton area, we asked the waitress several times whether they are Micheline Star, no response. The food is Micheline quality. Good presentation. They even convinced me fusion food can work if the ingredients are fresh, which they are Jersey fresh. The balance of color and favor was impressive. Who cares if they are star restaurant or not.

Agricola Eatery has disappointed me on several occasions. Despite booking for a birthday, we were led at the wrong table and had to return to the front desk. While service was friendly, it seemed rushed. Prices are high considering the quantity and quality of food. The steak was cooked well but lacked quality, while the chicken soup was lukewarm. The layout of the tables is uneven and not secure. However, the flatbread, salmon, and scallops were cooked well. Overall, Agricola is not suited for fine dining, with many details needing improvement.

Agricola Eatery is a must-visit for anyone looking for a delicious and unique dining experience in Princeton. The restaurant serves up farm-to-table American cuisine with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu is creative and innovative, and the dishes are beautifully presented. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Agricola Eatery, and I was blown away by the quality of the food and the service. I started with the roasted beet salad, which was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The beets were roasted to perfection, and the salad was topped with a generous amount of feta cheese, toasted walnuts, and a balsamic vinaigrette. For my main course, I had the pan-seared scallops, which were cooked to a perfect medium-rare and were accompanied by a creamy risotto and a side of roasted vegetables. The scallops were so fresh and flavorful, and the risotto was perfectly cooked and creamy. The service at Agricola Eatery was also excellent. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all of our questions about the menu. He also made some great recommendations for wine pairings. The atmosphere at Agricola Eatery is warm and inviting. The restaurant is decorated in a modern rustic style, and there is a large open kitchen where you can watch the chefs in action. The restaurant also has a small outdoor patio that is perfect for dining al fresco. Overall, I had an incredible dining experience at Agricola Eatery. The food was delicious and innovative, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special occasion meal or a casual night out.

I came here with a friend on Monday night. We didn't have a reservation but were able to get a table right away. Service was excellent and we got our food quickly. The pomegranate salad was super good and I definitely recommend it. The steak was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be coming back.

It’s a very good place with nice ambience. The service is very good, food is great but not for the price that we paid. Overall it was a good experience and I will recommend this place. It was also the rush hour, so but crowded and noisy.

Amazing food and service at this place! It is perfect place for a date night and wine & dine, closer to Princeton university to walk around after dinner. They have few veggie options but I am sure you won’t be disappointed with limited option! Beef dish was great too! They gave us perfect table as requested. The server was polite, frank and helped us with cocktails and food! They have nice drinks and food! Definitely recommend for family gatherings or date night! I would recommend this place anytime when you want to have good dine and wine experience with utmost nice service.

Princeton Farm to table eatery. The decor is modern rustic farm style. The service is delightful. The appetizer was excellent everything was fresh. The cocktail was strong definitely top shelf liqueur used worth every bit of $15. The entree was more then what I could of hoped for. The combination of pork shank collard greens and polenta mixed was a masterpiece. It had flavor in every bite. Savory and tender. The portion was more then enough. I was so full I couldn’t order dessert . I will definitely be back again.

Boy what great food. Service and atmosphere were also very good. Ribeye and rigatoni were enjoyed by others and boy was the ahi tuna was good. I pushed them to make it very rare and they accommodated my request. I definitely would go back.

We had lunch at Agricola's while visiting Princeton. It was an okay experience. The waitstaff was nice and efficient. The food itself was not bad, although a bit overpriced. I had the dry-aged burger while my wife had the Margherita flatbread. I definitely recommend the latter – it was really tasty. The burger, however, was not as enjoyable. The meat tasted bland and sometimes left a burnt-like taste in my mouth, which was unpleasant. The fries were decent though

For what the prices are the food and service are not worth it. I had 3 German clients with me for lunch, most of us being left underwhelmed by the food and displeased by the service. We entered and immediately order only to have our food brought out , eaten, and plates immediately taken from us once finished. In Europe having your plate taken by staff while a person is still eating is highly rude and we were all surprised. Aside from the service the food was mediocre, burger was nothing to write home about, fries bland. The frittata and flatbread margarita were tasty but not large enough to be filling. I don’t mind paying top dollar for high quality food and service but our experience unfortunately didn’t deliver.

Fresh and delicious food! Went here for their winter brunch menu and was not disappointed. They had a great selection of vegetarian options to choose from. The taste was amazing and everyone enjoyed their dishes. Would definitely recommend!

A busy spot even on Monday night and seems quite popular for all ages. Gin Martinis are well balanced and foods are decent. Of the dishes I tried, like the strip steak the best and chef prepared the steak towards more rare side.

Vibe of the restaurant is good and the food is decent. I think the portions are a bit small given price of items. I’d recommend giving the mushroom pate a try. I also plan to come back for drinks, as their cocktail menu looked solid.

Service is great. Our waitress is a sweet lady. Short rib is really nice, the sauce and vegetables are all tasty. If you want a place enjoy your day or night around Princeton, I will recommend here. They have great bar and nice cocktails.

Made reservations for dinner and we were looking forward to the farm to table dining experience. Regrettably, food was a bit underwhelming. The highlight was the Hummus Platter, which was amazing. The Tuna Tartare was meh. I was disappointed with Panzanella Salad and the Margherita Flatbread. The Steak and Bronzino were just about fair. The Raspberry Sorbet was fantastic. Unfortunately, for the money, it was not a memorable meal. It missed the mark…

There’s been a few times I would have given Agricola 4 stars…which is on the the generous side. Today was am giving a 5 star review because: first: the kale salad which I normally order and loved but gets a minus for the large kale leaves was transformed into a almost chopped salad! Easy to eat, just the right amount of dressing, chicken grilled to perfection and kale was chopped to fit even tiny mouths! It was a perfect combination! Second: we were sat at the room next to the open kitchen, and interacted with Executive Chef Paul. It truly makes a difference of perspective when you see the work they do in the kitchen, the leadership and focus…it reverberates in the food! You can taste the details! 4 stars for service. I feel they need to reinforce the great quality of food by empowering the serving staff to have cohesion and confidence. Overall, do I recommend? Yes.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The attentive service and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a great meal. I savored the shrimp tacos and burrata salad, both earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The blackberry mock-tail provided a refreshing touch with its balanced sweetness. Additionally, the fingerling potatoes were a highlight, offering a delicious side that complemented the main dishes. Overall, a highly recommended dining destination that left me satisfied.

We have eaten here about 10 times. The food is always exceptionally delicious. The choices are unique and refreshing. The service is consistently great, and friendly. We have never had a bad experience or even negative moment. The atmosphere is fantastic. We recommend the cheese platter with a glass of wine to start. This is a reliably great restaurant with healthy and delicious choices. We will consistently go back for future special occasions. I also appreciate a special note given to us when we sat down to acknowledge our anniversary! Also they ask you about allergies as soon as you sit down which is a considerate touch.

We were here for a team dinner. Excellent location, rustic and very good ambience. It’s a busy place. The ribs tips and salmon very juicy and cooked to perfection I feel. Loved it! They had a decent collection of wine but less of beers. A nice place overall. Can get really busy.

Delighted to support Farm to Table practices, my cousin and I had a fantastic lunch experience at this establishment. The calm and inviting decor, coupled with professional and sweet staff, set the stage for a pleasant meal. I opted for a fresh and juicy burger (sans bun), while my cousin enjoyed the chowder as an app (10/10!!!!) and the jerk shrimp tacos, rating them 5/10. The true standouts were the Broccolini with Caesar dressing and Brussels Sprouts with bacon – absolute flavor sensations. The charming ambiance downstairs has us excited for a return visit, this time for dinner!
