I went to Jack's not too long ago to browse some watches that I was interested in. First off, I walked in and was warmly greeted by Jack himself and all his colleagues who were there. Second, his watch displays, as well as other jewelry, are all incredible. Jack walked me through his assortment, and I was glad to went with a Seiko with a nato strap which I love wearing. He also able to service watches and got an older watch of mine serviced, cleaned, and polished, which now looks good as new! There's no question that Jack and his team at Danson are rock stars. I hope to be back soon to buy another watch from them!

He made sure that they both fit flush against my engagement ring. Prior to getting the final products, he made wax molds that I tried on to ensure they were exactly what I envisioned. Also, I purchased a Movado watch for my husband that Jack personalized for me. My husband absolutely loved it and received so many compliments! It was great going in and seeing Seiko watches that most stores don't carry. When I told Jack I was looking for a model he had in the store but with a black dial, he told me he'd get it in and I could come look at it with no obligation to buy. How great is that? Great atmosphere to shop and great service.

Very happy international customer. Ordered a high-end Seiko watch from these guys to ship to the UK. Excellent service throughout from start to finish. Fast shipping considering the COVID-19 backlog with shipments entering the country, but it arrived within 3 working days. If it wasn't for the Weekend, I'd of had it within two days. I did have to pay customs duty, but such is life living in the UK! Fee's we're fine though and worked out about the same if the watch was for sale in the UK (which it's not). Overall, fully recommend the team here. No issues in ordering again in the future.
