We ordered about 20 minutes ago, both baristas work in slow motion, it drives the whole line of people insane. 10 more minutes of wait and they FORGOT about our drinks at all, asking me what were they with faces like they are tired of life.

Wow, it’s 37 degrees out… ordered Trenta Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade with no ice, was told would be given same amount of drink as with ice. So I pay for a largest size drink but get a little over half of Venti cup. Rude, cheap, worst customer service of any Starbucks I’ve been.

Walked up and the Barista started by saying “Just so you know, I am not mixing anything, the coffee machine is down and the oven doesn’t work.” I just said “Alrighy then” and walked away. Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever and if you are not going to make anything, then why bother opening the store. Call your manager and quit.

Starbucks is still a hit or miss on the taste and quality of their drinks, from store to store. However, my most recent experience at this location was a hit. All the drinks were flavorful and tasted good.

The Batista delivered terrible service: My cup was only half full (mostly foam) and I had to return to ask for a straw which clearly irritated her. I understand that not everyone has a good day but energy spreads.

The young lady that took my order was very friendly I think her name was Grace. The lady barista making my drink was just down right rude. I asked her a simple question and she answered me so rudely. I proceeded to take my drink and I told her she didn’t have to be rude. With that being said I will die of thirst before I ever give this location another dime of my money. I spend money at Starbucks all the time and at different locations. This was my first bad experience.

Not happy with the experience! Stop by to grab a large hot coffee. Was told unfortunately they only have small cups right now for hot coffee. Literally this cup is the size of a kids meal drinking cup. I'm a truck driver like what will that do for me smh. Also they do not allow you to scan your mobile app or use your points here either. .

The service team was so sweet and even though one of their milk machine was done they were just as sweet as can be.

Open again after being renovated all damn winter with no warning. New staff same drink products. Got a sale for travel mugs. No wait Wednesday afternoon.

8am at a highway rest stop and Starbucks has scheduled one (ONE!) person. He’s friendly and efficient, but the line is getting longer and people waiting are getting impatient.

Starbucks sucks. Coffee feels like hot black liquid lava, has nothing in common with coffee. Prices are not indicated on sweets, so you never calculate how much you’ll pay

Got to the register and was told they are only taking cash payments. So I step out of line and get cash, wait in line again only to be disappointed. I list off 3 different drinks that they apparently don’t have the ingredients for so I ask for a food item. Handed them a big bill that they cant break…

Lady that took our order gave us all wrong size drinks. When asked she said it is the correct size. The iced coffees we got (4), 3 were ok at best and 1 taste like rotten cream was used in the whipped cream.

7am last day of May 2023. Excellent service I ordered a pineapple with almond milk refresher and a small coffee. I didn't get the young sista name, thank you for providing me pleasant customer service. I really appreciate you!!!!

The service was very bad, waited half a hour just for a hot coffee and they charge me more than supposed too, and she gave me the wrong order and when I told her she made me wait another 15mins and when I asked to speak with manger he didn’t do anything they were all rude for no reason, we understand that everyone has bad days but not at their point where you make everyone have a bad day and you ruin their coffee and over charge even though y’all made us wait more than supposed to just for a simple coffee. The service was really made. Don’t recommend coming here at all.

Early morning girl working there literally after asking her for 2/3 cubes of ice proceeds to fill the whole cup with ice. When i asked her to remake it the way i asked she hands me a cup telling me to do it myself. Upon asking for a refund instantly starts going off as if I’m in the wrong. This location needs to get it’s staff in check. Will definitely be taking this up with their Business Consultant.
