    Worst Burger King to date! No one says anything at counter, you just have to notice the sign that says order at the kiosk. Only one kiosk works and it's super slow and doesn't print receipts. They are out of basically everything, the breakfast sandwiches we got were cold, and the hash browns had a bunch of burnt black stuff on them like the deep fryer oil needs to be changed. Would not recommend.

    I'm not sure if things are done differently up here but I like my bacon cooked. Couldn't eat it, couldn't even bite through it. Half my onion rings seemed fresh the half tasted old and stale. Maybe it's me, nah. Cashier seemed nice so two stars.

    Worst Burger King I’ve been to. Don’t go here. They refuse to acknowledge you at the counter and insist that you order at one of their two kiosks…one is completely broken and the other requires you to press “try again” multiple times before it loads properly. This one doesn’t have a receipt printer either. They have printed AND handwritten signs hung up everywhere about what they are out of and a very small hard-to-notice sign asking you to use the kiosk. They won’t accept cash either… one thing they probably should have on one of their million signs. While waiting to be attended to you can hear the employees in the back asking Siri to play music for them… This Burger King obviously has terrible management because the employees were nice and just seemed like they were doing what they were told to. 🙄 Burger King should get rid of this location before it ruins everyone’s opinion of them.

    Not bad for a Burger King. I ordered the classic royal crispy sandwich, which included crispy chicken, lettuce, tomato, sauce, and a side of fries. The sandwich tasted fine and the service was quick, although the portions were a bit small. Not much more you could ask for at rest stop Burger King. I’d recommend ordering here for a quick bite to eat on the road.

    My triple whooper was cold along with the onion rings. They want $15.00 an hour and don't rate 15 cents Burger King has really gone down hill

    Don’t go there, find another one, bad customer service, I don’t mind order at the kiosk but let people know that’s how it works, her back turned, acting like she is an executive to some company or somethi’n having conversation with her colleagues, “ chicken was so hard halfway through I almost lost one of tooth I complained she said I was looking for a free meal, “ they didn’t say it in front of me but I know they said behind me. I wasn’t about to pay $15 for half a sandwich

    First, I used to kiosk to order during COVID to minimize human contact. Little did I know that my order gets sent to the other side of the tollway (unreal). After waiting patiently, I asked the guy at the register and he said it was a known issue that his manager knows about. While talking to him, I asked about the lady in the back who had her mask around her neck (see photo), and he rolled his eyes. Thankfully he gave me a refund for my order. Suggest Sbarro instead for this rest stop visit. Good luck.

    Food wasn't right, one sandwich had mayonnaise when it was supposed to be taken off, my sandwich needed to had tomatoes, money wasted, a lot of bags with one just containing fried and another containing one of the burgers

    Worse Burger King that I have been! Oil is like 5 years old, French fries and onion ring taste bitter! Whopper came without tomatoes, and when we asked about they just said they run out of it!

    What a terrible experience! The wait was astronomical.... Aside from the front counter person being unable to communicate with the cook, the cook clearly being inept at preparing orders, and the place being a mess.... the worst part was waiting 30 minutes and food tasting like rubber and being cold. My husband took one bite and spit it out. What a shame for a traveler on the Indiana Toll Road!!!!
