I was told they were sending a prescription to CVS and CVS never received it. I tried calling the Urgent Care and the robot on the phone couldn’t get me in contact with a worker. So now I’m suffering without the medicine.

Every time we come here it's an issue.Also the waits are terribly long. The place can be empty (just u alone in the building) and you can still can wait up to an hour to be seen. It doesn't matter how many times you come here, you have to fill out all your information as if you are a new patient with all the paper work, showing ID and insurance card etc. It's ashame because this place is so close to home. But now I go further to summit health in rockville centre and they are so much better. Paperwork is all there, they see you sooner (even though they are more busy). As a single mom with two kids it's more easier without all the time wasted and stress.

I checked in at the Urgent Care and was contacted via text when I was able to be seen. I filled out all the necessary paperwork on my phone. Once I got seen the staff was wonderful. The doctor that saw me was very knowledgeable and caring. The doctor answered all of my questions and even told me her hours so I could contact her if there were any other concerns. The medications are helping!!

The facility was clean, the staff was professional & courteous. It was a comfort being able to go to a GoHealth facility on a holiday weekend, rather than staying so sick until my PCP office would have been open again.

People were very nice on the phone, wanted to bring sick daughter to location . Found out it was a four hour wait, (yes New Year’s Day) not urgent care at 4 hrs. Giving me an option was not on the table, took her to the old hospital site in long beach ( minimal wait).

The doctor had a great bedside manner, she was easy to talk to, and understanding, made us feel very comfortable. The office had all of my information as soon as I got there, which made things so much easier for me. Great experience!

On Friday, July 28, I was electrocuted at summer camp. I went to your office because I had to lead responses, my brain was fuzzy, and I was not feeling well. The doctor refused to treat me. She said that because I didn’t have a workers comp claim and it happened at work, she was not going to see me. I tried to explain that summer camp is not my actual job, it’s just what I do in the summer, but she refused to see me. I had been electrocuted. I am currently in the ER. I’ve been here since Monday as my doctor advised me to come. When I told the cardiologist what had happened at your office, he was appalled. He could not believe that you would refuse service. You took an oath. Your entire organization should be ashamed of yourselves.

I visited this urgent care in Oceanside in need to see a dr asap. Well I come in and the receptionist didn’t greet me nor told me to sign on the pad, but I already knew how to do it from previous visits. Then, she started arguing with a patient it got so bad. She was very nasty and rude the whole time, her name is Sophia, this lady is so miserable and looks bad for the front. I would never come back here because no one deserves to be spoke like that.

I wouldn't hesitate to return here if needed. Timely care prescriptions sent out immediately. Great place

The guy behind the desk in January 7,2024 was such a RUDE PERSON!!!!!! I’ll never go back. And I do not recommend that office to my worst enemy.
