These folks are awesome. For 20 yrs I was going to the wrong optometrists.. My power was one level higher (wrong) and it was causing issues with reading (I'm in my 40s) none of the prior places and optomotrists recognized this... But Dr G recognized this with the simple questionnaire I filled out and did all the appropriate tests to confirm. I went down on my eye power thanks to him and can see clearer than I have ever before and I don't need reading glasses like I feared I would need. Thank you sir!! The staff was wonderful as well, from the ladies at the front desk who were very welcoming and engaging and even when I was leaving the eye glass specialist as well. True gem of a place.

Have been going to Long Island Vision & seeing Dr. Mark Schnur for many, many years. He performs routine eye health exams & eyeglass prescription evaluation. I trust his work & have alot of confidence in him as he is thorough & comprehensive.

First visiting and it felt relaxing up in entry. Staff was extremely helpful and amswerwd my questions in detail. Definitely the place to go whe you're ready to make a life change that means focusing on the well-being of SELF. Thank You!

Look elsewhere! I visited the new location at Walt Whitman Mall in early Nov. I paid extra to be fitted for contacts. I have an astigmatism so contacts are a challenge. The Optometrist ordered contacts for me to try since each eye has a different prescription. I was to be called to come pick them up. I have called at least 3 times since that visit for my contacts. First call told they must not have been ordered so they would order/call me. Nothing. Called several times again-told a manager would call me back-never happened. You have a lot of options for a vision check, contacts and glasses. Look elsewhere.

Dr. G was an absolute delight. He understood all of my concerns and left confident that my eyes were in perfect health. The office itself was clean and modern. I will definitely continue to trust my eye health in his hands!

I love this store!! My exam was thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Tom in the store section, was also knowledgeable and helped me not only choose frames that were good for my face, but researched all possible combinations to get me the best price. I ended up buying 2 pairs

When my contact lense got stuck under my upper lid earlier this evening, I called our local Lens Crafters store in Walt Whitman Mall on Long Island. It was shortly before closing time, but they told me to come right over anyway. Their doctor on call saw me right away and was able to locate and remove my lense, which had torn in pieces. Lens Crafters saved the day for me in a really tricky situation. I can’t thank you enough!

Doctor G.was very nice, seemed very knowledgeable, and a nice modern office but the technician had no clue how to do an eye exam using the machine. I've been to many eye doctors and never had to sit and redo that test over and over and then not even have it completed. I think they should train the technician better so they know how to properly do an exam. Last time I will go here.

Facility is equipped with the latest technology and equipments. Good experience compare to other providers I have been visiting for number of years. Good collection of frames and associates were helpful in providing options based upon my initial choices.
