EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND INCONSISTENT. Food good 2 days then next 2 days horrible. There is 1 cook that makes good food. Whoever the other person in is horrible. The CHICKEN * MEAT is 99% overcooked & over fried Due to my crazy work schedule I have been here about 30 times in the last 3 months. **Last night the food look so horrible like a kindergarten kid cooked it.All I mean all of the food look dry & horrible. It was only 6pm. Done with them.

I love the energy in this place. Once you get into the spot they're playing music that keeps you vibing and active. The food here is amazing, they have everything from crab legs to pasta. This is one of the first Caribbean spots that I've seen do buffet style and it's very well done. My favorite things to get from here are probably the carrots, the oxtails and pepper shrimp.

This place doesn’t even try anymore. The food is absolutely Gross now. Zero seasoning. Zero flavor. Zero effort to make anything edible. I genuinely believe no one even tastes the food before they put it out. It’s just slop like they are feeding pigs. N I’m a longgg time customer. I use to love this place. N I can tell u the fall off has been steep n fast. Anybody that knows anything about Caribbean food knows this place is just not it anymore. So heartbreaking

I found this place by accident, and I am so happy that I did. It is a little place on 232 Street and Merrick boulevard it is small does not have much seating but the food is amazing. I personally had the oxtails, and the jerk chicken along with their macaroni and cheese. It is a buffet style serve yourself and you pay by the pound. Very reasonably priced If you love Caribbean and soul food this is a Must try. I would give it more than five stars if I was able to.

This is a little treasure in New York! First of beside the amazing food here this place is so clean!!! I had a little bit of everything today the jerk chicken and the fry fish and the curry chicken yummy 👍🏼 and I love that you can pick out whatever you like!

The potato salad was spoiled I was instantly sick while I was eating my food and a guy and his son were cross for me eating , He noticed something was wrong I closed my food and ran to the bathroom throw up because the potato salad tasted funny and I instantly started throwing up Once I ate it, I asked someone to help clean up and the lady told me well, we have napkins there you can clean it up ! WITH AN ATTITUDE!! I spent $25 on my food that made me sick and I couldn't finish my $25 food and you want me to clean it up ?! was the look i gave, and walked out!! Horrible service the people are nasty !

This is a take out restaurant and they take cleanliness to another level, because it's a buffet style restaurant, customers have to wear disposable gloves before serving themselves. The food is good but I have some concerns in regards to the pricing. The food is weighed during checkout so I assume that you will get charged based on the weight but yet they opened the lid of my container twice to peek inside before determining the price, so I am not sure if it's priced depending on the selected items.

The place ok. Very expensive. I suspect they sneakily add on extra charges. They also inspect your dish to ensure you are charged extra for any specific meats you may have.

First, Great Jamaican cuisine!! It can get a little pricey because it’s buffet style by weight, but it’s worth it. It’s delicious and has lots of food options to choose from.

I love their hard dough bread. It looks like a very clean place. The food is a little on the expensive side, so I basically stick to the bread and patties. Overall, a very nice restaurant.

This is a buffet style restaurant you take as much as you want and they weigh it, the choices were great as they had everything they require that you sanitize your hands and wear gloves on both hands which was provided but the food area is completely open to all I think that they should have a glass shield which would provide some kind of protection my meal which I had was not very tasty I was disappointed because it looked so good but give it a try you may find it is good for you

I am so disappointed to know that the chef cooked with rotten bok Choy! It gave me a tummy ache and it’s sad because I really wanted to keep supporting this business. Please be considerate with the ingredients you are using to cook. I am spending hard earn money to eat out , not to get sick . Thank you

Ridiculously overpriced although the food is decent. They have a system where they weigh things on a scale and then charge you accordingly, but no matter what I get it's always expensive and I truly wonder if it's because of my white skin. I could put two things in the smallest container they have and still pay up the wazoo. I've started making this kind of food at home for myself instead but if you're truly hungry get the beef or chicken patties which are excellent and made from scratch.

They have great food, and you can customize your dish they way you want. No restaurant in Queens can match this place. I would recommend this place to everybody. Keep up the good work. I eat there everyday.

Clean and sanitary restaurant! With fresh, hot food served buffet style. Appreciated it after a completely opposite experience at the Jerk Hut across the street on Merrick Blvd earlier in the day. SMH. Will never patronize that Jerk Hut location again, unless I want to get sick. Thank you Jamaica Breeze for your hospitality, delicious food, and professional environment!!! The food is good and so are the selections. Never had a bad meal from here. Staff is also pretty friendly as well. I'll def come back!

I have been to this restaurant pre-pandemic and more recently last week. The difference in the taste of the food is significant and not for the better. Previously, the food tasted great. Even though it was a bit pricey it was definitely worth it. Now it's just a 3 🌟 🌟 🌟. Just average. Big disappointment because it was a great go-to spot for variety. Willing to give them another chance but that's it. The average meal here is $20. Can't afford to hope my food is worth it.

I enjoyed the food here. This time, it was later in the evening, and the food was not as hot. To their credit, I did see them replacing some items.

I come here all the time to find a dead roach in my food today. I called them to tell them and the guy asked me to come back to show him. I was sitting outside eating when i found this went back inside and it’s as if it was normal to see roach. All his reply was omg I’m sorry. Never going back.

This place is robbing ppl blind. This is what I paid 12 dollars for. This makes no sense. I will never support a business that's robbing its own ppl.
