This
message
is
in
regards
to
THE
STANDARD
HAIR
SALON
and
their
worker
SHANA.
I
had
the
rudest
experience
just
trying
to
walk
in
to
a
different
hair
salon
at
this
location
and
she
tries
closing
the
door
on
me
as
I’m
trying
to
walk
in
which
then
led
to
me
asking
if
this
was
the
hair
salon
as
I
was
a
bit
lost.
She
states
in
the
nastiest
attitude
that
it’s
multiple
businesses
inside
and
that
she
doesn’t
have
to
time
to
speak
with
me
and
tries
to
walk
away.
Again
confused
I
let
her
know
I
was
looking
for
a
hair
consult
with
a
different
salon
I
didn’t
understand
why
I
couldn’t
walk
inside
to
the
place
I
intended
to
go
to.
She
then
says
again
very
nastily
“
Well
you
can’t
just
come
in
here
from
the
street
and
walk
around
trying
to
make
an
appointment
like
you
just
can’t
do
that”.
I
said
well
I
needed
a
hair
consult
I
didn’t
know
you
needed
an
appointment
for
one.
Typically
a
consult
you
walk
in
and
they
look
at
your
hair
so
that
you
can
then
make
an
appointment
which
I
told
her
I
was
trying
to
do
and
I
have
done
at
other
salons
before.
She
says
well
if
you
need
a
consult
there’s
a
beauty
school
up
a
few
stores
you
can
go
there.
I
then
asked
her
if
I
was
being
rude
because
I
didn’t
understand
her
nasty
demeanor
as
I
was
being
nothing
but
polite
to
her
and
didn’t
understand
her
hostility.
I
truly
felt
like
she
was
discriminating
me
because
I
am
Hispanic
and
felt
like
I
was
being
talked
to
in
a
condescending
manner
for
absolutely
no
reason.
Needless
to
say,
I
wouldn’t
go
to
that
salon
or
any
at
this
location
unless
you
want
doors
slammed
in
your
face.
This
Shana
character
acted
like
she
was
a
top
notch
salon
on
Fifth
Avenue
and
you
were
beneath
her.
This
place
is
just
a
bunch
of
rented
chairs
in
a
strip
mall,
she
needs
to
check
the
attitude.
