RUDE A*S employees who don't like to do their job! My mother asked for a chocolate milk shake they handed her this clearly white milkshake instead. Said that isn't chocolate the employee brought it back just to return it and say it is chocolate. These people refused to fix what my mother paid for. It's a strawberry and vanilla milkshake mixed together! They were huffing and puffing around. Nice job and again they want 15+ an hour just to not do their job especially the manager that refused to change it too. Good job being awful at your jobs........

Walk in order for take out found my double quarter completely saturated with grease. So much so that touching the bun will have grease dripping from the bread!!

I do drive through and i loved it when the adult happy meals were out and i love the combinations

Between this crazy heat in my sweeter tooth, I just pulled off the busy roadway wanting a Oreo McFlurry and it was delicious and it called me off and made me happy. This is a nice little restaurant with pretty good desserts and I recommend trying it right off the highway and they have a big sign with a yellow M for all to see. Very tasty little Hometown restaurant

This particular McDonald’s seems to be pretty fresh, quick and simple polite. Just what fast food should be, right!

Went to the drive through tonight, ordered a medium sweet tea. They gave me a small sweet tea (as shown in the picture) and the employee told me that that was the cup they used for medium sweet tea. So either the cup is wrong or…?

Every time I order from here I always have some type of issue. This time I paid an extra $3 for bacon on my McGriddle and didn’t get bacon. Why pay extra if your workers don’t bother to read a ticket when it comes through for an order.

The caramel iced coffee would've been better if there would've been some sugar in it!

Food was good. Although, they (almost) served me a sweet tea. Hashbrown was just okay...greasy and undercooked.

4 chic nuggets, med fries and a bottle of water, $10???? The food sucks and is way over priced. I wouldn't go there on my own, but Micky d has done a great job brainwashing kids, so my grandkids think it's the only place to eat.

Everything is so hot and fresh, staff always keeps the dining room clean, best McDonald's in the area for me 😊

pay $10 for a breakfast combo, a sausage and egg mcgriddle with no cheese, and instead I get no egg, and still got cheese. Staff is rude. Store is dirty. If I could give negative stars I would.

Second time in row order wrong. First time required trip back. This time caught at window and Hispanic lady at window who did not hablo English that well had three opportunities to get it right and still managed to short me a sandwich even with being told twice and having my receipt to work off of. Didn't use to be a problem at trindle road location but something has apparently changed..not for the better.

I’ve usually had pretty good experiences with this specific mcdonald’s. However, my last trip was highly disappointing. The person working the drive through was extremely rude. I also ordered a sweet tea and was given straight up iced black coffee. Really upset.

Every time I stop at this store for breakfast the decaf coffee is just warm NEVER hot. I call them out on it they take it back and bring me ANOTHER WARM DECAF COFFEE. All I want us HOT COFFEE. GET WITH IT. TURN UP THE DAMN COFFE TEMPERATURE. I have moved on to a better place.

Plenty of workers in the building. None available to take an order. There was one other guest dinning in. Tables were all dirty and floors had dried up mud and napkins on them. Watched a manager clean off a table for herself and her team to sit at and have a meeting. Very bad poop smell coming from the bathroom and filling dinning area. The food is probably pretty good but this leadership team is not paying attention. None of the employees here interacted with a dine in guest at all. Almost lost a customer that couldn’t figure out how to use the kiosk.

Almost every time i come here the food is cold and taste like it’s been sitting out for so long.
