    It’s just a great feeling when you get the right service & great quality food. I was helped by Renea when I first placed my order & even though it’s the fast food industry she had the utmost patience with me and my friend. After placing my order I was delighted greeted by Destiny at the pick up window. This young lady really know how to communicate so gracefully with people & also the attention to detail on ensuring I didn’t forget anything. Sheeshh I wish I lived around here so I can visit everyday

    Very strange experience, felt like I walked into a hidden camera show. Dined in around 9pm, took the cashier about 6 minutes to complete our very simple order. Watched the kid cooking in the back picking his ears and touch food. Cashier kept telling us and other customers how bad the manger smelled. Lost my appetite and ended up not eating the food when it was finally ready about 15 minutes later. Watched some people stand at the register for about 10 minutes and never get waited on, they eventually left.

    I sent my son to Wendy's for some food on a Saturday night. When he got home my mom noticed that her potato (that was supposed to be chili and cheese) was a teaspoon of beans and cheese. And while I understand that chili has beans in it, it should also have meat! I called and the manager (I think her name is Renee) was rude to the point that I told her I was on my way back! When I got back the dinning room was locked, so I waited at the drive-through window. In short, the manager was completely rude and tried to close the window in my face which I gladly held open which lead to the police being called! In short, food service is a CUSTOMER SERVICE position and as a manger you have the ability to correct any concerns that your guests have. If you lack people skills you are in the wrong profession never mind the fact that every person that patronizes that business pays your hourly wage. Watch how you treat people!

    Food is fine if you're up for a wild wait. It's Wendy's, the food is what you'd expect. However the management seems problematic. A lot of delegating going on, but no doing. At any point the manager could have stepped in and helped any of her staff and moved through their orders a little quicker, but she apparently felt it better to just ask for our patience and then stand with her arms folded looking at the poor girl she had running the front move around like a maniac to try and get literally anything done. The girl actually working was assembling orders, taking orders, organizing things for the online orders, and handling what looked like drive thru orders. The cooks were working as best they could, understaffed by the looks of it, and as I said the manager just standing with her arms crossed. Delegation is important, but it isn't a crime to you know, actually do anything to help your staff. One guy in line walked out, the other one behind me was showing active frustration, but this lady held steadfast in her approach to not lift a finger. I won't be coming back.

    Spoke on the phone with Stephanie (spelling questionable). My order was missing something and she made everything right. Mistakes can be made. We're all human. But it's how you handle the mistakes that matter. You guys went above and beyond to make it right even though I already drove 20 min home.

    We stopped to have breakfast before getting onto the turnpike. The lobby doors were closed. The signs all say 6:30am, we were there at 7am. We called to ask if the lobby was open the manager stated they are "kind of" short staffed and chuckled. There were plenty of employees working from what we could see. There no need to not open your doors, it's laziness and not wanting to run 2 registers. We sat in the parking lot for 20mins, only one other person attempted to go in.... the drive thru wasn't busy either! Never coming back and will discourage all friends and family to not stop either.

    Used to go here all the time. Spent $60 on 4 meals this last Saturday to bring to a friend's house. We all got super sick and vomited that night. I called the store Sunday morning. Was told they would have the manager call me. No one called. A simple resolution could have kept a repeat customer. Don't eat here unless you want to get sick. Food poisoning pitstop

    I am a DoorDash driver that was crazy tired. Natalia was absolutely on point! I said I would wait in line and take orders after. She took the initiative to prep the 2 orders and brought me a coffee on the house. This expedited serving 2 customers through DoorDash and helped a tired driver recover. She is the reason I will be bringing my family to THIS Wendy's to celebrate the first week of school. Good call and great customer service (the store manager should be proud).

    No teas out in the dining area, today.... When I told what I wanted on my order..2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers, no bun, but everything else.... There was no mayonnaise on the burger or on the side....women's bathroom trash was full, couldn't even press it down...

    Stopped at this Wendy's halfway from NY on a long trip. The service staff were extremely friendly and helpful going above and beyond to take care of me and my family. Fantastic people work at this Wendy's.

    Everytime i go here late at night my order is screwed up .. lay off the green peopke damm ... But tonight the drive through guy was very polite and helped me get sour creme and butter when i came back ariund since they forgot it ofiginally . So thank you drive through superman ! Keep it up

    I placed a mobile order for a Baconator sandwich. That was all. Pick up time was for 12:05 pm when I arrived burger was sitting in the chute, it was 12:15 before I finally got my order. Folks ordering at the counter were getting there orders before I received mine, burger was cold. I don't know what y'all are doing there but I'm no longer paying higher prices to compensate for paying employees more!!! Also start putting napkins in the bags for front counter!!!!!! NO MORE WENDY'S!!!!!!!!!!!

    Food was cold. Had to wait a long time in the drive-through. Was directly across the street from the restaurant, and by the time I got to my room, my food was cold and we had to put it in the microwave. I get the sense that they are short staffed and overwhelmed. However, no excuse for cold food. The lady at the front window was very polite though.

    Handed the wrong food to us. When we brought to their attention they grilled my wife like we were trying to rip them off. Food was ok once we got our order. Won't be back. Not because of the mistake, but how my wife was treated.

    The other evening, I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. The cashier, Kenny, was friendly and attentive, and he, along with several others, offered great service. Unfortunately, the food didn't seem fresh, but I do appreciate the good customer service!
