Just got home with my Italian ice with custard on top and the custard was gritty and curdled it’s so nasty I’m upset I didn’t try it before I left I would’ve wanted a refund.

We love that we can get a little custard and doggie biscuit for our dog. The whole family can enjoy a Rita's!

Always a good place to go for dessert. The have a fall flavor that’s amazing called “Pumpkin Concrete “ it’s a pumpkin flavored custard with and Reese’s peanut Take Five. And wiped cream on top. Gummy bears on the side is always a plus :)

Love this Rita's. It can get busy, and the parking can get awkward when it is, but it's not far from my home. I love their custard and their ice, so I definitely recommend the gelati. So yummy! The sizes are good for the price. A lot of ice flavors, custards, and toppings to choose from!

Flavors have gotten away from fruit into names that mean absolutely nothing - Unicorn? Ocean something or other? And the items are too sweet without having a discerning taste beyond cotton candy or sugar. I got the cheese cake custard, and I don't know if the machine needed to be cleaned, or if the mix wasn't adequately mixed, but the fat globules weren't completely blended, leaving them on my spoon, with a weird texture. Still, good service, and a tasty treat.

Wasn't very busy, so we were served right away- no waiting. I had a butter pecan custard was delicious. Wife had a 5 layer Gelati, which she said was very good too! Looking forward to visiting again to try other menu items!

The treats were great and tasty!! Service was good but it was towards the end of the night so it was pretty busy. I did have to wait but Staff were definitely working hard and quickly as they could!!

If you go on a weekday you will be served fast and be able to sit down and enjoy your ice cream or ices. Do not go on a weekend you will probably stand there for 10 mins or more in line. Ice cream tastes similar to Carvel and the Ices are better than a Ralphs Ice.
