This was my first visit to any med spa in PGH after moving here earlier this year. It’s always so nerve wracking to have to find all new medical teams, hair stylists, etc., but let me tell you: this was such a pleasant experience. The environment is zen, the injector was extremely knowledgeable, the staff was calm and kind, and I knew I was in good hands. I had the pleasure of receiving a Botox treatment from Cara and she was incredible! She is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining the procedure to me and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend her to anyone and I will definitely be coming back to see her!

Rachel in Shadyside is excellent 👌 She is patient & goes over lots of information very thoroughly. I had tons of questions esp.being diabetic. She was gentle when giving botox. My results are amazing and not over done. Recommend 10 out 10!

I've had services from Cara a couple of times now, (botox, microneedling, microblading), and each experience was wonderful. I had a wonderful experience with Cara who gave me a diamond glow facial and dermaplaning treatment at the Skin Center in Shadyside. Cara was so kind and answered all of my skincare questions! I recently had my first experience at the Skin Center in Shadyside with Rachel Gill and can’t say enough good things about my appointment. I have considered Botox for years and knew when I finally decided to do it, I would only allow someone I knew and trusted 100%. I have known Rachel for over a decade, working along side her in the ICU for many years, and her dedication, knowledge and compassion for her patients is why I chose to trust her with my skin care. I value her attention to every tiny detail as well as her ability to answer every question I had before I had the chance to ask!
