I had never been to a Popeyes before today. Their commercials make the chicken look so good so we decided to try it. It's good but not better than KFC or Cracker Barrel's fried chicken. The girl that took my order seemed very rushed even though there was no one behind me. They really could use a bigger parking lot if the drive-thru is going to be backed up.

I went to the drive through last night.7/9/23. The young man was very patient and kind. The food was ready quick and hot. I asked to talk to the manager. To tell him what a great job the young man was doing. The manager also was kind and sweet. This is a breath of fresh air to finally get treated with respect..and it was late and I appreciated the kindness more than they knew. Great job to all on this night. Went through the drive thru about 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and they only had a few select items available for order. Said they already shut down the fryer and were unable to make anything fresh. So basically they wanted to get out of there early as possible and didn't honor the hours of operation advertised on the store's front door. I understand the staff wanting to clean up and go home as soon as possible but i believe that they should still be able to serve fresh chicken until the advertised closing time, otherwise they should close at an earlier time. For this reason we never even placed an order, we went somewhere else.

2/2024: First, the location is just awful. If more than two cars get in the drive thru, the parking lot is completely blocked in. Second, the general attitude you get at most Popeyes is certainly present here - as if you’re inconveniencing them by ordering food. God help you if you want it other than exactly however they want to prepare it… Third, they completely forgot utensils on my to-go order. Almost every side item requires some type of utensil - just put it in every bag! Gross incompetence.

I got the chicken sandwich combo last night around 10:30. The food was fresh and delicious. However, it tasted like the sweet tea had been sitting for 3 days before it was given to me. I ended waking up in the night and throwing up and I’m pretty sure it’s because the sweet tea was bad.

My wife and I grabbed lunch at this location in Saturday the 10th. The customer is front of us had a difficult order that took a while to translate to the staff at this location. When it was our turn to place our order, the staff member was so polite and helpful with our order. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. We had barely no wait for our food. We will be visiting location again!

Very impressed with this Popeyes, chic fila moved down the street so they stepped their quality up, food is always hot and fresh, and are better than that particular chikfila on the same street. I've been there more times than I can count since chicfila arrived ironically

I think they still Dont allow you to come in but that's fine by me. The food at this location is always good. Jonestown Rd location is easily the better choice between the Popeyes we have locally. They even have better options available. Day and night difference down to the people who work there.

This was probably the best Popeye’s I’ve ever been to. Zaire took my order, was very thorough, patient, and pleasant despite my long list of things I ordered. The manager Salena was cool and even put me onto their new sauce.

Probably one of the worst locations for a restaurant with a drive-thru I have ever seen. Long lines of cars that block you from even parking in their parking lot and stretch out into the street. At least 6 times I have driven out there because I love their sandwiches, but they are so backed up they if I got in line I would be blocking the street so I just drive away. They would be smart to relocate to a better location as it is killing their business.

Very busy place hard to get into and out of was made fun of in the Drive-Thru cuz I had a false leg never heard anything from customer service about the experience but did not like how all the employees thought it was funny that I only had one leg I pulled up to the window, all I could hear was jokes about being a amputee , after this experience I went to other restaurants. I still go there but not as often and when I recommend it to anybody who is handicapped

It's fast food fried chicken, there isn't a whole lot to say. The bar for that isn't really set too high. We've been here about three or four times, I can remember one time they actually got our order correct, and the spicy chicken is good. So, I guess there's that. Again, it's fast food fried chicken. Not much more to be expected.

First it’s supperrr difficult to get into the drive thru, 2nd while i was taking my order the person was rushing me and telling me to hurry up, then finally when i got my food it wasn’t crispy at all. when i first went to this location it was actually very good but over the months the quality has declined tremendously.
