I went there with my nephew. I thought the sandwich was great!! Toppings were cold, fresh. I watched as they sliced the cheese and meat. The slices were paper thin. I was surprised at how thin they were. Maybe it was the person slicing it, not sure

Didn't feel valued as a customer by the person working the cash register. The workers that took our order were friendly. The subs great.

They cut the meat right fresh in front of your face then they build your sandwich however you want it and we had a cookie that they bake right there and it was fantastic I would highly recommend stopping in and relaxing for a half hour

I ordered my subs through the app. When arriving the store was extremely busy however they were already starting my LARGE order. They were only behind by about 5 minutes which was very impressive considering how busy they were.

Staff was friendly, fast, and clearly enjoy interacting with customers. Food was fresh, all ingredients were well stocked, fresh and counters were clean. We were served and on our way in just a few minutes. Recommend.

I worked at a Jersey Mike’s for a year and can confidently say this is the worst one in the area. not only are the subs eh at BEST, but the service is slow, lazy, and rude. from my experience at my old store, i know their manager is not the problem. i waited until my 5th time ordering to write a review in case it was a fluke, but after 5 orders i can say that this place is the fluke. they skimp you on portion, leave hot online orders sitting on the back counter to get cold, and really make no effort just the bare minimum. if you want jersey mikes on the west shore, take the little extra time and go out to the pike.

The only difference i see in jersey mikes and subway there meat is cut fresh it actually takes a little longer but i dont like deli ham so i get cheese subs but but over all i dont have a issue on that

I'm not a sub guy, but Jersey Mike's is easily the best sub place to get these delicious sandwiches. Blows everyone else out of the water.

Delicious sub, but even better than that was every single employee! Prompt service and extremely friendly. They were all very welcoming with smiles and a little small talk that made me feel like I mattered. Very much appreciated after getting off work, myself.
