Places like this are really hard for people to walk into and feel comfortable. However, the staff here definitely made it easy for my wife and I to feel welcomed. Our first interaction was with Rose, she had amazing energy/product knowledge. When we were iffy, or unsure about things, she gave us great advice.. Compared & contrasted brands for us.. And even let us feel a few things to make sure we were okay with the texture. (She made sure to put on gloves... great sanitary environment.) One of the toys didn't have a charge to it & she kindly charged it for a bit while we browsed to make sure we knew everything the product had to offer. Next we went over to the "smoke shop" area where we interacted with Katie. Katie was a joy! She was funny, light hearted, & very very smart. When she told me about the products, I felt confident in what she was saying. Because of her I signed up for a membership with the smoke shop! This was by far one of my favorite experiences I've had in an adult store. It was well lit and very clean and didn't have that "creepy" vibe a lot of us are afraid of. These ladies were awesome!! This place was awesome!! And I'm gonna copy and paste this review on ALL their sites just so people can know how great they are!!!! (Ps, there's a CRAZY sale for 4/20 weekend.. If you're reading this.. GO NOW!!!)

The staff are always polite, helpful, knowledgeable and totally professional. Sexual health and education are so important now and always. I'm so grateful we have a store like this in our neighborhood.

They have an incredible selection if EVERYTHING!!! I was/am always pleased even if I think they're a bit overpriced. I have found similar items of same quality on Amazon, so it's more of: "Do I want to wait, or do I need/want something TODAY?" It's a great store/chain and the employees are super helpful. Don't be embarrassed, just Go In!

went in for a nectar collector. didnt catch employees name but was knowledgeable with the products they were selling and helped me find the piece that was in price range. thanks again!

Unfortunately they do not allow returns on hosiery items or lingerie duhh but wow not even store credit. So sad. I spent $90. I was convinced I would be able to return and wasn’t told about the changing room option until now. There’s honestly nothing good in this area I should open up shop. 👀 most places like this try and rip you off you can clearly see by how they conduct their business.

Great store with amazing selections! The staff are helpful. There's a customer loyalty program based on your total purchases. You don't feel pressured or a guilty pleasure as you wander about the store. There's demo pieces on display to play with.

The only place in the area I will go. The employees are always so helpful and polite. Great selection no matter what you're into. Forget the shady, creepy places all over the area.

Bought a toy that didnt even last a week.. little on the high side as far as price for one of there top of the line products. So i go to make a return right away and they wouldn't refund nor give me another one... i wont ever make a purchase in that store again.

I had a very good experience at Hartzdale Dr. The girls were not only friendly, but extremely knowledgable of the products. There was a huge variety of prices ranges. From fairly cheap-way too expensive. There was a lot of sale and clearance items as well. The store was very clean. Will definitely return!

Our favorite store in the area. The staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. It's a fun stop on date night!
