The food was good traditional Cracker Barrel quality. The cleanliness of the store was horrible. Two bathroom stalls were out of tissue paper. There were no paper towels trash cans were full. The floor in the dining area was disgusting and full of garbage. Our server was attentive, but she did not give us appetizer plates, or bread plate. We ended up eating off of our napkins. When we went to pay our bill, all of the staff was upfront in the middle of a conversation, and I could barely get to the register. Perhaps they should spend more time cleaning the store and less time gathering with their friends.

To start off the experience our hostess was obviously high out of her mind, it took 20 minutes to have our waiter to even take our drink order. Our drinks came out with little to no flavor, and we had to ask for the complementary rolls. When served the rolls weren’t served with plates. The food came out relatively quick but my order of pancake tacos was luke warm at best and my wife’s side of broccoli cheddar casserole came out drenched in oil and had the consistency of baby food. After the service I received tonight I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere.

The manager Tyler handled a situation poorly. I ordered the same thing I ALWAYS order being the egg and bacon casserole with medium eggs. It arrived with scrambled eggs. The server was confused because the computer allowed her to add the eggs this way but the manager comes over and says sorry we have to make the eggs scrambled now no exceptions. Rather than letting me make the choice they brought me what they wanted. The poor server was so apologetic because she knew what I ordered but the manager charged me two medium eggs rather than comping them because they made the mistake. How dare you choose for me rather than allowing me to choose if I want to pay for extra eggs cooked how I ordered them or change my order. I love Cracker Barrel but this Tyler girl should not be in charge. Poorly handled, shame in you. You should be embarrassed for your actions when your restaurant made the mistake. The server was the only one who actually cared, she knew what the right action should have been and couldn't stop apologizing to us. I had to pay for a side of two eggs and remove the scrambled once my correct eggs came. This should be zero stars , sadly it's not an option had to choose one star

Thanksgiving at Cracker Barrel can be and always be "Cracker Crazy " but no matter how chaotic the staff keeps it running smoothly. Jamie, my server was quite friendly and courteous.

Had a good time for Thanksgiving. Not too many places open. Had a limited menu for the day. Food was good and service the same considering the crowd.

Good Ol' Cracker Barrel. A reliable road trip pit stop. Can't go wrong, right? I've been in some that where a little off the mark (mostly due to the Covid shutdown, and the slow re-open) but not this location. Everything was good. My only gripe, and this goes for every C.B., they need better restrooms. People are travelling on the Interstates, and sometimes you need a little more, ahem... "me time".

I’m surprised :( I have heard many times of people going here, but never heard of their experience dining here. This place doesn’t stress the wearing a mask policy, which is awesome. However my experience here was poppy. The place has one entrance, coming through their store literally. Their store is has so many displays of goodies that it felt like I was going through a winding road to get to the restaurant. It definitely has an old-school country vibe, to me it kinda feels outdated. I saw hair hot combs & old barbershop price menus stuck to the walls as decor. I’m unsure how these tops went with the brand’s theme. The place smelled, my step-daughter asked me “why did it smell like cat?” In there. I told her to be nice yikes! The food took a while to come, and when it did come it was hot, dry and did taste good. My fish wasn’t moist at all but did have an amazing dry rub on it. I requested to have a side of their maple bacon sauce & then my fish was delicious. My dumplings weren’t my favorite. It tasted like a boiled flour dumpling that’s pulled after being cooked & stewed in gravy :( I wouldn’t recommend to millennials, but my grandma would love it.

I tried the fried shrimp meal for dinner. I thought the price was great. Easy online ordering. I arrived at pickup time and waited an hour past my pickup time for my food. Lots of people were waiting long. I could understand if they were short staff, but nothing was communicated to us folks waiting. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will try this place again for awhile. The food looks delicious. But we ordered biscuits and they gave us cornbread. The fries were rock hard and the corn had no flavor. The shrimp and hush puppies were ok.

I want to preface this by saying I really enjoy the Cracker Barrel franchise, but today, seemed to be an off day for them. I ordered the country boy breakfast, and when I asked for medium rare, the waitress said "we only do medium and above". I was like okay cool, I'll have medium, but the picture you see clearly shows that it was barely even cooked. It was actually quite cold in the middle. I asked them to make a new one, again at medium, because I was told that's all they do. This time it came out medium rare, which I prefer anyway. However, it definitely seems like there's a misunderstanding between some of the wait staff and the kitchen. The first steak was so undercooked that I could barely get my fork in there. The second one was at least edible, and it was seasoned beautifully, but it still wasn't medium as I was led to believe. I would suggest the wait staff and the kitchen staff come to an understanding so that mishaps like this don't happen again.

Got a to go(ate in van, restaurant was packed), food was good, especially the turnip greens. I got a additional $5 to go item. Not worth it. I got a super small thin piece of meatloaf and about 20 pieces of macaroni(Mac&cheese). There was some semi truck possibly for over an hour in the parking lot. I wish they would ban that.

Came for dinner after working the NRA Great American Outdoor Show on opening Saturday at the PA Backcountry Hunters & Anglers booth. Very busy. Was told there would be a 45-minute wait due to the kitchen being behind. The host offered to text us, but I asked if we could play checkers at the game table in the dining room. With all the people and noise and the host not speaking very loud, the names she called were not clear. We played 1 game of checkers and saw there were several empty tables. Went to speak with the host that was in sight distance of the checkerboard table. The younger host had taken us off the wait list! The older host apologized but was not very friendly. Charles, our server, should get 5 stars! He was attentive, helpful, and friendly, along with displaying mild humor. Charles honored all our requests and was available for extra needs. He said he had only been at Cracker Barrel for about 3 weeks, but had worked at different establishments over the years. Great personality! Made up for the hosts that would have left us at the checkerboard table! All the kitchen and wait staff saw us as they exited the kitchen, and NOT 1 person asked if we were being helped! Why bother to have that table there? Food: Free Bites appetizer when I signed up for their new Rewards program that was advertised in the menu and on the table. Too salty for me! Glad they were free. Food not as good as other locations, but it could be due to how busy they were. Ordered the Take Home meal (Smokey Chicken & Mashed Potatoes - $5 value) to go with all my leftovers. Provided already cold & ready to go. Will see if we like it.

Yes, the food is awesome and portions are great…..BUT DO NOT ORDER ANY FOUNTAIN SODA! I ordered a Coke and the taste was super weak. The reason is that while a Coke tech will adjust the ratio of syrup to soda water for the right taste, the kitchen manager will adjust it to a weaker setting to save money and “up” the profits. Do all Cracker Barrel Restaurants do this? The food is great, but the soda is worse than just ordering water. This is the second time in a row this has happened, so it looks like a management “cost savings” angle to offset food expense.

We decided to go to Cracker Barrel after a doctor's appointment. It had been quite a while since we had been to one. Cracker Barrel was great. We were seated immediately when we went in. The host was very pleasant. The waiter was very kind and professional. He answered our questions and was very attentive. I love the atmosphere of Cracker Barrel. It is actually comforting to me. The food was very good.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star! Not only was this the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel, it’s the worst dining out experience we’ve ever had and we eat out a lot! First, it took 20 minutes to even be acknowledged once we were seated and the restaurant was virtually empty at this point. Charles the waiter finally came over and took our drink order and asked if we were ready to order our food. My husband placed his order. I asked if we could start with an appetizer with our drinks first. He took that down and then I ordered my selection for dinner. As another 20 minutes passed and we watched others receive their drinks and appetizers who were seated after us, we flagged down the hostess and inquired about our drinks/appetizers. She asked Charles who yelled at her, “I know, I’ve got them” as he proceeded to our table with 2 drinks. As he was placing mine on the table he quickly pulled it back to the tray and said “wait these aren’t for you” and proceeded to give them to the table in front of us who were again, seated after us. At this point a full 45 minutes had passed from when we were seated. Multiple employees saw us sitting there that long and no one acknowledged us. We got up and left. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff are horrible and a 5 year old can give you better service than what we got here.

Definitely not what it used to be. This place was my go to for good breakfast foods. Food was always good and service was the same. Now not so much. Every time I go now the food is terrible. I have returned things because they were inedible. Time to look for a new place to go 😒

CHICKEN TENDERS ARE INEDIBLE! The tenders were fried then refried until they were shriveled up, dry as leather and inedible. Could not bite into the disgusting chicken. Hard to rip apart with hands also! The restaurant manager said she's sorry, but no refund. Referred me to the delivery company. The food was delivered quickly by a professional delivery person. All of the food was fresh and hot, except the chicken. That's on the restaurant, not the delivery service (who did not give a refund because they did nothing wrong).

This Cracker Barrel was packed at 12:30 on a Sunday! We waited outside about 35 min for a table. I like to shop the store section usually, but you couldn't get around for all the people waiting. Once seated, we received excellent service. Our waitress went out of her way to make our experience positive, knowing we'd waited so long. The food was the same quality we always get at Cracker Barrel restaurants. Beside us was a huge party of 12-14. They left such a mess that it took multiple people over 30 min to get it fully cleaned up. I asked our waitress if they left her a good tip. She said no. Apparently, there is no company policy for a mandatory tip percent for large parties. Many places have one. Cracker Barrel needs to instate an automatic tip of at least 15% on all parties over 6!

I had ordered the Southern Fried Chicken and two sides, Hashbrown Casserole and green beans and I had Peach Cobbler. The Chicken was one of the best, juicy, tender and not dried out, the sides were just as delicious as was the Peach Cobbler. The service was very good and our waitress was on top of things. The atmosphere was very welcoming and homey and had a nice cozy feeling. I normally don't eat chicken like that being a wing guy, but that meal definitely won me over.

Got Sat, asked to change seat was told no. Sat there for at least 20 minutes until I asked who my server was. She came over I asked if I could have Turkey she told me it was a lunch special. She got me a water ,I ordered a side of Mac& bacon. She did come back for 15 minutes. I asked her why turkey was on dinner menu. She said , I misunderstood her. She was very short with me. She seemed overwhelmed. Someone else brought my meal and asked if I needed anything else. I said the biscuit & cornbread. No one checked back with me. I paid for a dinner portion got served a lunch portion. The food was good but way over priced for portion. Won't be returning. She came over and gave me the check. She shouldn't be working with the public.

I don't know how to rate because dine-in and take-out are two different experiences. Dine in? You're set. Staff is friendly, the food is warm and you get what you order. Although you have to ask for a spoon to stir your coffee which was an issue for my dad. I told him a fork works the same way. And you have the opportunity to ask for anything you need. Take-out is entirely different. I've placed orders that were supposed to be ready at a set time and when I came to get them I had to wait once I got there for the order to be made, which took much longer than my 30-minute lunch break allowed. And then once I opened the bag I found it was not complete or my food was barely warm. Weird if I had to stand in the lobby for 15 minutes for it to be packed up. If you want to eat here, dine-in for a more seamless execution, or take-out out, be prepared to wait, check your bag before you leave (utensils, condiments, etc.), and be prepared to heat up your food when you get to your destination.

The food was great. Our waitress made us feel like we were bothering her while she closed even though we were in nearly an hour before close. Had to ask for refills, condiments, and missing parts of our orders multiple times. She was lucky I'm a former server and left a tip. Had it been good service I would have more than doubled what I left.

Cracker Barrel is a one of a kind restaurant. The food was great, the service was wonderful,we had a bit of a wait for the food but that was to be expected at a restaurant

Probably one of the worst cracker barreck experiences I've ever had. We were told there was a 25 minute wait which okay it's 8:00. It's busy time. When we looked in the dining room. There's about six tables and the rest are filled with dirty dishes. We order our food and when I got the chicken fried chicken with a loaded baked potato, I get it all the time at my local cracker barrel. Normally it's crispy and moist. This time it was bland and soggy. The potato I got, the bacon was ice cold and obviously raw. I pointed it out to the waiter and they said it's just how it is and reason it wasn't hot was because it wasn't under the heat lamp. The bacon was as red as my sunburn when it should be crunchy not chewy. There was no effort to right the wrong.

It was about 8 pm on a Sunday night, and we stopped off for dinner on our long road trip. The food was delicious and quick, and our server was super nice and attentive. Always a good meal and prefer this to fast food on the road. Would definitely come back!

Order was incomplete, food was missing items like NO gravy on chicken fried chicken, biscuits were burnt, and food tastes like its not seasoned at all. I ordered fruit cobble and received a cup of peaches. I do not recommend!!! Treat peoples orders like it was for yourself.

We waited for a table my group had 6 no problem we waited but when we were seated our waitress rushed us to order she was at our table more then necessary I felt that was rude then our dinner was completely ruined from missing things we ordered to the most bloodiest steak I've ever attempted to eat I couldn't blood all over my plate into my other food and the apps were over cooked my husband and I were just disgusted kids didn't want to eat either what a waste of time and our money I won't ever eat here again!! I'm very disappointed and to the cooks who found this funny you should be ashamed of yourselves 😔

I changed my rating to 4 stars. They seem to have more servers now and the wait has not been as long lately. My only complaint today was that our food tasted good but it was barely warm. It was like it had sat there for 10 minutes before they brought it out. Update: I have to say that their breakfast is awesome. The pecan pancakes are so good. Also, I love that you can pay your bill by scanning the check and using Google Pay at the table. No app is required. No waiting in line at a register. Way to go, CB! Wish all restaurants did this!

Worst time ever there. Waited 5 minutes for anyone to come to table. Gave drink and food order took another 5 to10 minutes to get drinks the another 20 minutes to get food which order wasn't correct. Husband ordered scrambled eggs got over eggs. Brought out a tiny thing of gravy for the two of us which menu stated each meal got gravy with it. Husbands sausage was hard and cold. Waitress never came back after getting correct eggs after that. Won't be going back there for awhile.

👍👍 I've been here twice in the past few years when I was up in the area. The food was really great both times. Very fresh, and tasty! Coffee is good too. Staff is always nice. Usually a quick wait because they're always busy ...because the food is delish! Would recommend for sure!
