We stayed here because we were doing Hershey Park and my kids wanted a place with an indoor pool. The place was not fancy but was very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, while we were there a gentleman named Yul at the front desk took very good care of my family. He went out of his way to help us out and really made us feel welcome.

My boyfriend and I came down from CT for the Great American Outdoor Show. We've stayed at multiple hotels in our history of coming down. This was probably the best one. The rooms were fantastic. The door had three locks which made me feel safer. The shower was very roomy with a large temperature range. Closet was decently sized. Drawers had space. TV was interesting, I could attach my phone to it and play some shows which was an interesting experience. I don't understand why hotels do this. But there are so many pillows with super light blankets and I would love to understand the why of this. I don't need pillows, I need warmth. The curtains too were mildly confusing. There's the light blocking one, the gauzy one for the day time... then a "fake" decorative curtain. I don't feel like the light blocking one blocked much light out, had to use the hanger clips from the closet. And the temperature control for the room was wonky; turning up the temperature didn't change the temperature of the room. The indoor pool was really nice, definitely wasn't heated, wasn't cold but wasn't warm. There was a laundry room, mini arcade, and gym.

Overall it was great ... only problems were towels stained, handicap shower no hot water or pressure at all. And coffee sucked! Chairs, bed, tv were all great & CC worked. HUGE PLUS A SIGN THAT SAID NO NOISE AFTER 10PM! LOVED IT!

Even though the rooms in this hotel are a little dated, they were clean and comfortable. We rented the family suite; the layout was spacious and reminiscent of a condo. The pool is indoor, which is a plus. There is a restaurant on site. Laundry facilities are available, but on our visit, only one machine was working. There are lots of conference rooms, so this place would be handy if having a reunion, party or reception. Located next to the front desk, is a market store with various sundries and snacks. The location ( about 20 minutes) is handy for Heshey Park goers. One important note, is the rooms are set to undergo renovations in late 2022.

Rooms were in need of very minor updates otherwise was a great stay. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Restaurant was great. There was not a ton of noise even with a lobby facing room while a wedding reception was going on. The lobby and pool area are beautiful. Wish we had stayed longer!

Great location. Gorgeous entrance to the hotel. It looked very festive with big Christmas trees and lights. Very elegantly tastefully done. I attended a business meeting there and one of the small conference rooms. Definitely will be returning to stay there.

Nice place. Not sure if room I was in was updated as they were in the process of an update. If so not a good update. Nice to have restaurant attached food was OK. 10-15 minute ride to airport worked out well.

This was the second time we stayed at your hotel and it exceeded our expectations once again. We had a great time two years ago and your staff was again very helpful and personal and ready to help us with anything we needed. We had great meals once again at O’Reillys enjoying both breakfast and dinner. We were lucky enough to have Jill as our server for dinner our first night. We had her two years ago and she was great once again. We did have a little trouble with gluten free orders. (They had a side of bread on the plates) but nothing that ruined a meal. Any problem was fixed and and taken care of. Overall, any time we take a trip to Hersheypark this will be the place we stay! Awesome and five stars for sure!!

Excellent location and provided great location to stay for a show at the Pennsylvania Farmshow Complex. They provided shuttle service, breakfast, and a welcoming staff. Excellent bar and resteraunt attached. Cleanliness of the room could have had some extra attention to detail and the bathroom was a poor design with little vanity space or towel hangers though.

I can't say enough great about this place. We have a company event here each year and from the moment we walk in until the moment we leave they are second to none. The banquet room is great. Very beautiful and the food is amazing. The sound is great to for what we do. They are extremely accommodating and are truly there to serve. I recommend this place for any banquet need. Keep up the great work.

Newly renovated. Beautiful clean rooms. Large clean indoor pool. Gaming area. Not expensive. Close to a wide variety of shopping & dining. Right off the highway. 15 minutes from Hershey. Friendly staff. Definitely will recommend & stay here next trip!

Not sure how they are classified as a 4-star hotel. The lobby area was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Lots of poinsettias around the sitting area and large snowflakes hanging from the ceiling. I also liked how it was slightly dark and calming as you walked in. The room, on the other hand was not that great. Everything needs touch ups or a renovation. The window was disgusting. The AC/heat vent needed to be cleaned. There was a white stain on the brown mattress cover. The paint on the patio does was chipped and the outside light didn't work. There was a brown stain on the sheer curtain, stains on the walls, and the floor was uneven. Stayed here on a last minute get away to the Hershey and Harrisburg areas. Would not stay again.

Excellent experience this past weekend staying at this hotel. Everyone was very kind and friendly especially Jose at the front desk— He was absolutely wonderful and made check in a breeze. Pool was large and warm and rooms were clean and fresh. Would definitely stay here again!

My fiance and I loved this hotel. Super clean, friendly staff and the O'Reillys Pub was an added bonus! The only thing we would recommend is a shuttle service for the convenience of Concerts at Hershey Park. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Exceptional!!!!! Just a fantastic stay!!!! We Loved the room, the atmosphere, comfortable and amazing staff. I highly recommend coming here!!!! They have a huge pool, a nice work out area, huge lobby and a great restaurant with delicious good. The only thing we wish is the pool was open earlier then 10am. It's a late open time.

Booked 5 rooms and one suite. Rooms very clean and better than described on internet. Excellent staff all were very friendly. My only complaint would be the noise in suite. I got a suite so my young grandchildren would have a room to sleep in and the older ones could still watch tv in the other room. This would have worked great had we not been overlooking the pool area. It was VERY loud! So loud that they could not go to sleep until after 10:00 when the pool closed. I would stay again but would not stay in a room near the indoor pool.

Beey nice clean hotel. I checked, but due to a family issue, I had to check out and drive home a few hours later. Claude said there was no charge as a premier member, which was a nice surprise. The rooms were very nice and clean. He told me that they just finished a big renovation in July. So maybe that explains some of the older reviews. Tue staff was fantastic and this is 1 of the nicest BW's I have ever stayed at.

Stayed here for work training, and the service was exceptional. The food was amazing and fresh, the rooms were nice and clean and staff were friendly. Would stay there again! Ph and the pool's temperature was wonderful. Warm water, kid's loved it and I absolutely appreciated how the hallways had the heat on so you wouldn't freeze while walking to your room in a wet bathing suit/clothes/towel. Highly appreciated! Ty!

Our room was newly renovated and the hotel is gorgeous. Despite being a conference center and having a wedding reception going on while we stayed, we had a quiet room, comfortable stay, and would absolutely stay here again.

The lobby is gorgeous and the rooms were very clean and nice! I also thought everyone at OReillys in the morning was very nice! However if you are not used to a lot of noise, I'd choose otherwise. Right next to expressway and really loud drain system!

Attended a few conferences here over the last few years. The food is good and well stocked for the buffet. The coffee ran out but was later replaced. Adequate rest facilities kept clean and stocked. Parking is available right outside the door of the conference room hallway. Temperature in the room was held pretty consistent. I've eaten in the attached bar, and the service was good also.

Everything is always great when staying at this hotel! Hotel is beautiful, clean, the rooms are wonderful and we always encounter friendly staff. As a female traveling with my daughters, staff is always aware of our safety and will never say our room number out loud at the front desk, instead pointing to it written on our check-in tab. We always appreciate this hotel and staff!

It was fine. The thermostat was decorative, but the window unit controls worked perfectly. Nice little arcade. The rooms patio faced the parking lot which was just odd to me, but would be a good place outside of the room to smoke, if you do.

We used the hotel as our wedding venue. Jessica was amazing and very accommodating to all of our needs. Our guests who stayed at the hotel loved the rooms. Our room was perfect for the bridesmaids to get ready in. The food was wonderful including breakfast at O'Reillys the next morning. The ballroom looked exactly as I imagined. Service was exceptional. I have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend for any occasion. Thank you - The Crists

Super pleased with my stay here. This hotel was associated with an event I did in the area and it was such a pleasant surprise. They rooms were great - newly renovated. The staff was awesome. And our casual dinner in the main restaurant was excellent.

I really wanted to like this place (and normally am not one to leave bad reviews.) However, my stay here in January was horrible. I asked to move rooms because of crazy loud freeway noise, so then they moved me to another room off of the indoor pool area, but this one reeked of chemicals and was so humid, I had a hard time breathing. There was no way to get fresh air into the room either, because the windows opened out to the pool. Anyway, I was willing to let bygones be bygones when they agreed to reimburse my second night. But, I have yet to receive said reimbursement months later after following up twice with my CC company, so am now posting here. Stay at your own risk.

Started off a little rough with damage in the bathroom in the shower. After reported the. Manager sent the maintenance to repair and replace damage ceiling. They gave us free breakfast. The last night we stayed constant barking but Manager took care of us one again. Although the manager offered to change our room, we decided to wait it out. Which did die down. Lobby looks beautiful. Staff was awesome! Room 159

Great place for a Hockey tournament stay or with a large group. Especially during winter. Front desk is top notch and the staff from the restaurant is fantastic. With hundreds of kids running around the hotel , I give them a lot of credit. I do have to leave a story that is incredible and I hope they read this. When I arrived at the hotel a well dressed gentleman welcomed me to the hotel with my family. Great smile and great eye contact. You could tell he was confident. Really nice way to arrive. Anyway as we were leaving our room on the last day, I saw a cleaning crew not housekeeping per say coming by, typical sweatpants and a winterhat on, comfortable clothing etc. In the corner of my eye it was the man from the front desk! I was amazed. I stopped him in his tracks and he smiled. I said you are the guy from the front desk. I love seeing this. You want to learn every aspect of the hotel biz. Smart way to get to the top! He agreed and said I want to be a GM someday. Great story to share and meaningful in so many ways. PS- they really should look at opening the bar in the middle of the hotel again I think it’s a big miss especially if big groups are in town.

I always stay here when traveling to the Harrisburg area, which is pretty often. Hotel is clean, restaurant on site is quick and convenient, and the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful! It's a nice place to stay.

I stayed one night while traveling on business. Room was clean, king size bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure. There was a mini frigde and coffeemaker in the room. There was also a balcony that was big enough for a few people to sit outside. Not much of a view but the balcony was nice. Good happy hour in the restaurant (O'Reilly's) in the hotel and their food is really good. They open for breakfast at 7 AM and some mornings they have a breakfast buffet.

High recommend staying here! The lobby has a nice vibe, dim at night with hanging string lights and natural sky light during the day. Staff is welcoming and helpful. They have a minimart with quite the variety of snacks (including ice cream) and necessities. Guest room beds were very comfortable (probably the best hotel pillows I’ve slept on) and room includes a microwave! Gym has a variety of equipment in good condition and the pool has the same lobby vibe (dim at night and natural sky light during the day) loved it! Restaurant inside had a variety of Irish dishes and a very cool pub setting. Loved the bangers and mash.

Hotel was very nice and inviting from when you stepped in the door, it was also very clean staff was very friendly. Pool was great for the kids and was heated. Rooms were nice and clean we had a suite so it was bigger for our family vacation. Close to restaurants and Hershey park and shopping centers. Overall a great stay and will book again next time we plan a vacation to Hershey!!

Went here for a birthday party. The food was catered by the hotel. It was disgusting! The mashed potatoes were stiff and dry. The beef was dry, there was no gravy to put over it or it probably would've been a little bit better. Nothing was seasoned. There was stuffed chicken and ham but I didn't bother with that. The best thing I had was the salad 🥗 . 0 out of 10 wouldn't recommend the food. There were also staff to take away dirty dishes and whatever else we needed. They were a little aggressive, and I'm not the only person who had that opinion. Can't comment on the rooms or anything else, I didn't stay overnight.

Go visit this hotel and consider their reasonable options. Wedding planning has exploded into a ginormous industry that can feel confusing and ridiculous. Jessica is the event planner at this location and she was so helpful! We ended up booking elsewhere to keep the location closer to my future in-law's town, but if you are looking for a ballroom in the Harrisburg area, I'd strongly encourage you to check this place out! Their pricing is also the most reasonable, out of the other hotels in the area.

I will say compared to what this hotel was a few years ago it has made some improvements in looks. The hotel has been or looks renovated but still need some more touch ups in the rooms. To start, the bed is as hard as a rock. My whole body is in pain, lol. They may need to spend some money in upgrading the mattresses. This is my second time staying here and I booked this hotel by mistake and would not book it again for the bed discomfort. If it were a one day stay then it would be find but we had a 3 night stay. My reviews are based on my experience and my expectations on what I paid.

Clean hotel. Your able to adjust the temperature of the room which is great. Swimming pool was really nice. Lobby was beautiful. Gym was locked even though it was suppose to be 24 hours. Small arcade. Would recommend and would stay again.

Staff retreat was held here. The reason I liked this spot was because everything was conveniently located, the desk , the elevator and the conference rooms were big enough to spread out. The staff was courteous and on point with flipping and setting up for the meals. I will definitely recommend this hotel . The rooms were nice but I prefer a shower only bathroom.

The customer service at this hotel was excellent and felt like a throw back to old hotel days. We ran out of towels and moments later warm towels were delivered to our room. The front desk was super responsive, helping my husband find the perfect band aide for his minor injury. While the building itself is a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and clean. The pool is large (although deep so be sure to watch kids) and the game room was affordable. There was a laundry room and all machines were spinning when we passed. There was a friendly security presence walking the hallways and it was good to see the 10:00 PM quiet hours enforced. This hotel is great for families located about 20 minutes from Hersheypark. We weren't able to go to the resteraunt for the complimentary free kids ice cream, but I suppose it is a good thing that the establishment was so busy. Management can take pride that staff, from cleaning to front desk were very on top of their jobs.

Hotel was nice, room was clean. Good amenities. Hotel is currently under construction. We’re woke up Monday and Tuesday morning between 645-715 to contractors drilling and cutting in the room directly under us. Would not have stayed here if we had been made aware before hand

Fantastic rustic atmosphere! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, heated pool and kind service. Only two downsides are that there is no hot tub and no free breakfast.

This was such an awesome hotel! It's around 20-25 minutes from Hershey Park but absolutely worth staying at if you don't want to spend your entire holiday fund on a hotel room. The rooms are updated and clean. They have dine in options and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also an indoor heated pool which was amazing for our kid and it seemed like other families loved it too. We would definitely return again and recommend staying here.

Gorgeous and clean hotel. Our suite was large and extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved it there! The indoor pool was large and the kids had a blast!

This was my second stay here. They have finished their renovations and the upgraded rooms are very nice. My only complaint about the rooms is that the bathroom toilets give off a strong sewer smell. I have been in 3 different rooms and they all have that smell in the bathroom. The lobby is beautiful and clean. There is a little snack/convience store near the check in area. The rooms are clean, and traveling as a single mom with a small child I always feel safe here. I also love that they have a sign out to call and ask for anything you have forgtten to bring or just need like toothpaste, toothbrush, sewing kit etc. It's nice to have a restaurant on site and the food is decent. There are also vending machines with drinks and snacks on each floor. The drive to Hersheypark is 15-20 minutes and the price is always great. One thing to mention is that since this hotel is a great value it attracts alot of camps, sports teams, field trips etc. and since they are large groups of kids - teenagers they can be loud or rowdy at times. Nothing unmanageable and im confident that if it became an issue the hotel staff would address it. My original visit there I lost my wallet and didn't realize it until I got home to Long Island. I had made multiple stops on my way home so I didn't know where I lost it at. I called all the places including the hotel but nothing had been turned in and they checked the room and didn't find it. Fast forward 8 months later I get a message on Facebook from a staff member that my wallet was found behind the furniture while they were doing renovations and he wanted to return it to me. He shipped it in the mail the next day and I got it back a few days later. My credit cards and license were still in there and the wallet was a Gucci wallet. I was very happy to have it back and am grateful there are still good people out there.

This hotel looks to be recently renovated. Extremely clean! The room is very large. I would highly recommend! We choose this hotel because it is close to Hershey Park. There is also a restaurant right in the hotel - I would recommend it.
