Love Texas Roadhouse. This a great location. Greeters, waiters and all staff energetic and friendly! Not a place to go for a quiet dinner, but if some country family ye-hawing is for you, then go. Prices are reasonable, portions are BIG, nice variety and our party of 6, all enjoyed their food! Only complaint was with the bathroom. I know it was dinner rush, but the bathrooms were in need of attention.

Great service, the place was full for a Monday night but still got our food pretty quick considering how full it was. The ribs were amazing, fall off the bone perfection and the sauce was on point! Fries could have been a little fresher but the blooming onion more than made up for it!

I am amazed at how the service staff here keeps up. The wait to get in can be long, but once in the staff is fast and polite. I cannot say this was the best steak I ever had. It was okay. The blooming onion was tasty. If you are diabetic, do not eat the bread or the butter. Both have added sugar. For most people that is a plus, but for those who have to, or choose to, avoid sugar, don't eat them. You can consider the buns to be your dessert portion. That is how sweet they are. This felt like a happy place. I prefer a quiet experience when I eat, but if you like loud, party atmospheres, you will like this place.

The people running this location are doing it right. No matter how busy the food comes fast and accurate. The service is on point. It’s clean and well organized. And they must treat their people well because we have gotten to know a Number of them over the years since we come a-lot (shout out to the amazing Jordan!) While other places around are always short staffed and rarely have the people stay, this place has consistent staff. We love it here!

I had a great friggin meal here. The salmon was cooked perfectly as I requested. Our server was very friendly and even though it was packed it was a good environment. Other than the music being turned up a little loud toward the end of our meal - it was great. I'll be back for more and would recommend this place to you.

While I understand it’s one of the busiest days being Mother’s Day the food and service at this place was despicable. The food was all cold and I asked for my steak to be medium- it came out burnt and terrible tasting. The entire experience wasn’t as expected for a Mother’s day dinner out. I hope that management works with the staff to ensure quality customer service in the future.

Our first time @Texas Roadhouse!!! The food was great...The first thing that they give you is really hot and fresh Lil rolls w/ butter... The rest of the food was hot and delicious!!! Highly recommend!!!

Our meal was exceptional 👌 and the wait time was only about 15 minutes. The service was awesome....our waitress Carly was very sweet and appreciated the manager, Tessa asked if everything was good 👍😊.

We decided to run to Texas Roadhouse for our 1 year wedding anniversary today over lunch while we had someone watching our little 8 month old daughter. Ordered my steak medium well and when I sliced a piece off I noticed it came out medium/medium rare. I asked the server to toss it back in the grill. The manager came back out with my steak…with a large piece of it missing….larger than I had cut off. I told her I’d love my entire steak. She went back to the kitchen and came back out telling me they didn’t have the missing piece. She said it could have been a piece of grizzle/fat that came off (it was a 6 ounce filet so pretty fat free) and the best she could do was have them cook up a medallion for me. I told her not to bother since I didn’t have time due to needing to get back to our kid. She took $5 off the order therefore not charging me for my shrimp sidekick. Poor service on her part. All I wanted to do was step away for a nice lunch and couldn’t even get correct food during lunch hour. The waitress was beyond apologetic and very nice. Wouldn’t go again to this location

I was so unhappy. We were at the table for about 20 minutes before anyone came to even take our drink order. Then we ordered our food and I asked for my steak medium well and it came out bleeding. They took it back and it took 15 to 20 minutes for them to bring it back out. So everyone was done eating then I had toppings I had ordered on my steak that I never got. I don't know if I will ever go back to that lactation again. And to top it all off we all had to keep our cost on because it was so cold in there. Do you not have heat.

Great food for the price, large meals well worth it.

Checked in at 3:40pm about 3:45ish we got seated. Ordered our meals, waited an hour and still nothing. Sever Kody was polite, friendly and checked on our order a few times (great job to him). Guest that was seated after us got their food and finished before we even got our food.

Enjoyed my visit to Texas, I will admit, I ordered the pulled pork with Mac n' cheese, with baked potato and was not very thrilled with the meal, the waiter attempted to warn me that the Mac n cheese it Kraft, so logically I felt like you couldn't mess that up, but I was wrong. My family members ordered the ribs, smothered chicken, steak etc and they were all in their glee, which made me happy. They had a kids menu available for my 10 and 7 year old which they enjoyed and was a great portion for children, enough to ensure they were full but not enough to over feed. The waiter was an absolute joy, he was attentive and pleasant (I am sorry I can't remember his name as he definitely needs his kudos), he made sure we had an even better time with his lively personality. And let me not forget the rolls and the honey butter, OMG they are sooooo good. All in all, will definitely visit again.

My wife and I came in on a Saturday evening. We used the call ahead ability. All was good until we were seated. The service was crazy slow. It took over an hour for our meal to come out and the shrimp and steak were cold. Our waitress was friendly- but it wasn’t worth the $60 we spent at this location.

Mariah was awesome!!! She was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the prices and discounts available. Our table had a lot of requests ex. more butter, extra rolls etc., and she took those requests with a smile on her face and a "no problem, I'll be right back with those." And she was right back!!! A fine job of balancing her tables and being friendly while doing it! Great experience.

We got take out for Christmas Eve, the first time we have done this. It was very good and definitely comforting for the holiday! We choose 5:30 pick up, at 540 the food was ready. The order was all correct and saved us a lot of time cooking or cleaning up. Thanks TR you made our night easy and pleasant!

My family and I love coming here! For it being a saturday, we only had to wait 35 minutes to be seated, which wasn't bad at all. The food is always amazing and the servers are very friendly. My husband and I each had the Dallas filet, and I swear they cooked it to perfection. Also, the bread and butter they provide you is a delicious treat and helps to hold you over while you wait. My son had the mini cheeseburgers and fries, and he said they were so good. He even wants to come on his birthday next month so that he can sit in the saddle and have them gather around him and chant/sing. I will continue to come here for as long as they are around.

The food was good, the atmosphere was festive, we had shoddy service at this particular restaurant. The wait staff was not friendly, didn't smile one time, did not come back and refill water. I suggested to our party that she may have been having a bad day, and we left it at that. We have been to Texas Roadhouse many times without bad service. This may have just been a one time occurrence, but no matter where you go out to eat, when you treat friends for a meal, you want the whole eating out experience from being greeted, seated, and served to be a pleasant experience.

We have been here several times over the years. Service and food have been constantly good. We have had mediocre visits. However our last several visits have been exceptional! Service was great! Food was great! Pricing continues to creep up. What cost me $85 out the door for a party of 4, now costs $110. Still, we consider this a nice treat and I am glad that our last several visits have been worth the price paid.

We stopped here for lunch while in town for a Ninja Warrior competition. It did not disappoint! We were seated quickly, though it was pretty busy, with a basket of delicious hot rolls. Our waitress came relatively quickly, and took our orders. She was friendly and attentive, but not annoyingly. Our food was delicious, and we enjoyed the whole experience!

Stopped in today for lunch and everything was great. Our hostess Caroline was kind and welcoming and our waitress Elena was knowledgable and helpful. Food was up to par and a good value. Would eat here again!

Came for dinner, received wrong order at first but manager named steve came and corrected it for us and let us keep the mistakes for no charge! Also waiter steven was absolutely so sweet! He seemed so tired but he was doing his best! If you see this , you’re great! Keep it up! They didn’t charge us for the whole meal just some parts of it because they messed up. Honestly I wasn’t even mad because the service was phenomenal. They handled the situation quick and efficiently. Would definitely come back ! Edit: came back again 2/17/22 server brandon was amazing! Was in and out in 40 minutes! Very very attentive & quick! Thank you for your amazing service brandon :)

The wait was extremely long. When we checked in, we were told 40 to 50 minute wait. After 50 minutes. We went inside, and was immediately told that if you did not get a text to come in that we must go back and wait in our car. After another 10 minutes, we got our text. Went inside, then had to wait in line to be seated. Once that was over and we were seated. Everything was amazing. Our waitress was kind, funny and full of energy. She took care of all our dining needs. The food was great. The servings were big, and I had to take some home.

Put my order in at 5:30 PM for a 6:45 PM pick up. There were people standing in line for over an hour waiting for their meal. I waited an extra half hour. I don’t recommend pick up at the window. Food is always delicious. The service sucked tonight and atmosphere. They had good music.

We got the trio appetizer plate and our meals. Everything was delicious. It was my grandsons first time there. He absolutely loved it! Can't wait to go back again!

The very friendly great atmosphere it took a little bit of time to get our stuff but our waitress was very attentive. The Caesar salad didn't quite have enough dressing. They gave us a large amount of rolls

System at host desk works well to expedite customers. Had sirloin & found it to be tender. Didn’t think quite medium but close enough. Didn’t find it hot & juicy though. Do a good baked potato. Table service fair. Staff largely friendly. Would return to try their chicken fried steak or catfish.

My steak was cooked perfectly. Lots of onion and mushrooms. They were very busy but worth the wait. Once our table was ready the service was fast the food was hot and fresh, and we were not neglected like some places when they get busy like that.

We had a birthday dinner for my daughter, Our waitress was awesome, Sorry, I can't remember her name, but she was very energetic and polite.

We had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse. All the staff really seemed like they enjoyed being there. Our server, Mary, was great! She always checked up on us, seemed genuine at all times and just made the experience near perfect. The only thing I would take away was the prime rib was a bit fatty. Thanks for a great experience. We'll be back.

Went in and had Izzy as our server. She was great, absolutely no problems with her. Our main problem was with the kitchen. We ordered a salad and a steak and it took over an hour to get our food. When it came out the steak was over well done when I asked for medium. The manager didn’t believe us that the steak was over cooked and wanted it brought back to the kitchen. After that our server came back out and handed us the new check just for us to find out the manager would only take $9 off of our bill because the sides which came out before the steak were eaten. I don’t have a problem with being charged for the food we ate, but the fact that we waited over an hour to eat and to have our food messed up was unacceptable. Izzy offered to get us a new steak but we weren’t about to wait another hour for it to come out. So we paid our bill and left. Terrible service from the manager and kitchen staff.

My son and I went to TRH after his baseball tournament. Our waiter was a nice young man. We had timely service and the food was very good. It was very busy but the atmosphere was positive and staff were polite and nice.

Pretty nice place! The food was okay, not too good if you're a vegetarian or vegan though!! They definitely need more veggies here! The service was awesome though! Everyone was super lovely and the atmosphere was quiet but engaging! Sadly no peanut that I've famously been hearing about. (For better or for worse honestly)

We had a good experience from the host to our server. We were seated promptly and our server was at the table quickly for drinks. Our food took a while to arrive but it was hot and came out the way we wanted it. We were downing rolls like no tomorrow with butter too. We ate ribs, chicken tenders, rice and fries. We went to the store around 6pm on a Sunday and there was no wait. Parking is ample. We will return when we are back in town. It was a good experience.

The food is truly Amazing here! One of my fav! Will def be back to visit from Canada! Very nice&friendly staff that greats you. The bread is a must try!! everything tasted fabulous!! Thank you!
